I am rejecting this response because: I was told the money had already been spent on the program that my daughter was unable to attend because she was unable to flySo, if the money was spenthow is that my money available to be transferred to a program for next summerWhen I spoke with James I informed him that as a graduating senior next year my daughter would be unable to attendone of the programsI understand if they don't want to refund all my money but I would like for them to refund at least half of it

What we can do is waive the $transfer fee and transfer the tuition to a program during the summer of 2016. At the point of enrollment on March 18, 2015, the agreement terms and cancellation policy were accepted The cancellation policy stated that cancellation requests received on or after April 2, are not entitled to a refund. Again, at this time, we would be happy to offer a transfer to a program and waive the $transfer fee. several issues about this and this school will not refund the we paid in installment payments. Envision Response: Per the Terms & Conditions that the parent/student agreed to upon enrollment into the program on January 13, 2015, any cancellation requests made on or after April 2, do not allow for a refund of tuition The cancellation request was made on July 13, for the program began on July 19, 2015. We would be willing to transfer the students tuition to a program occurring in the summer 2016, but per the agreement, we cannot issue a refund. I asked who gave my daughters name and information out The teacher referenced in the "invitation" is not a teacher at *** *** School I want to know who gave you my daughters private information If indeed a school employee gave out information, I want to know EXACTLY who, and your contact info for them I have inquired with the school and they assured me nobody gives out information

I do apologize for any confusion there may have been. In reviewing the case, the cancellation policy in question was agreed to on September 20, 2016. The cancellation policy was stated on the enrollment page and again in the Terms and Conditions document that was agreed to during the
enrollment process. The cancellation policy states that any cancellation requests on or before April 4, 2017, result in a $cancellation fee. In addition to the cancellation policy being displayed and agreed to in the online enrollment form, we provided the cancellation policy in the confirmation email sent on September 20, at 8:PM EST [email protected] $nonrefundable deposit fee was agreed to during enrollment as well, in addition to the $cancellation fee.Given the terms of the agreement, we will be refunding $25.50, which is the purchase price of the program photo.For your records, please see the cancellation policy that was agreed to below:Student Cancellations and RefundsBoth Student and Parent understand and agree that any cancellation request for refund must be submitted in writing by mail, addressed to Envision EMI, or by calling (855) 571-or +The request must be submitted by the Parent who signed the original enrollment applicationAny supporting documentation related to a refund request must be received in writing at the time of the cancellation requestAdditionally, if Student has subscribed to the Tuition and Travel Protection Plan, a claim must also be submitted to the Plan administrator identified in the Tuition and Travel Protection Plan summary sheet and brochureAll cancellation requests must include Student’s full name, Student’s ID, a brief reason for cancellation and an acknowledgement of the cancellation feesStudent and Parent further understand and agree that the following cancellation fees will apply to Tuition and any additional Aor service as applicable:Cancellation ReceivedEligible RefundOn or before April 4, 2017Tuition less a $feeOn or after April 5, 2017No refundStudentswho are dismissed from the program for disciplinary reasons or who leave the program early for any reason whatsoever are not eligible for any refund of the Tuition.
