Review: I received a Rabobank Visa Business Card application with promotion of a $100 hotel voucher. I thought it was perfect for my troop for our 'yearly troop trip'. Anyways, I applied by phone, gave her the promotion code, and was told after certain time of keeping account open the voucher would be mailed. Months later I called several times to ask about the voucher and I would just get the same answer, my account was fairly new. Months later, I mailed a copy of the promotion flyers together with my last bill. Then weeks later, I received a letter from Rabobank stating my only intention of opening the account was the voucher. And soon I should be receiving the voucher. It's been months now and there is still no voucher. Regardless what my need was, they had no right to act this way. I thought it was low coming from a bank. All they need to do is follow through and all set. All I want is to keep my account open and get the voucher. My troop is in need of a trip and we would be happy customers.Desired Settlement: A $100 hotel Voucher

Review: Back in 2008 I had a charge-off that was connected to a collections case that was settled. However Rabobank never changed the credit reports to reflect it was paid. Many times I disputed this via credit bureau's but it would always come back defended by Rabobank as it was accurate. On 7/12/2013 I got a letter from Rabobank stating that after in internal audit they had a bank error in my favor of $412.02, and would be applying it to a debt. No they are stating something very illegal given the fair credit reporting act and that this was a settled collections case they can-not take that action.I called the collections department, provided copies of my paperwork and demanded, the refund and my credit reports all be updated to reflect paid and remove the negative mark that has been reporting erroneously for about 5 years. The collections agent said she would have to talk to her manager and get back to me, which was done a week later. Linda said, your credit reports will be updated but we cant send you anything as proof, and your refund should be received in three weeks. I called today 8/23/2013, because I have not seen any refund check and its been a good three weeks. Linda said, and I feel its a lie, that they are making changes and it could be another three weeks before the refund is received. The bank needs to correct this, like as of 5 years ago!!!Desired Settlement: For me to consider this Revdex.com complaint as Settled, the following are required or this will remain unresolved....1] Refund on $412.02 in my hands by September 1 2013.2] A copy of the file from all three credit bureau's reflecting the requested change they submitted be in writing mailed to me by September 1 2013.3] A letter from upper management stating they are sorry and offer some way to make up for the inpact over 5 years because of there mistakes and errors.
