Good Afternoon, Our local management team in New Jersey has left a message with the customer in regards to the home damagesWe will thoroughly review and inspect the new sofa and love seat before being deliveredWe have been informed that the customer had an electrician check the power in their home to confirm that is not the issue The management team advised the customer that if the issues persist, we will see what other options we have available If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. The business has offered a 20% discount off a future purchase and a $gift cardAfter what we spent on this set of leather furniture,this does not come closeto satisfactoryAkeem at the business was very courteous and understanding but it seemed that the decision was not his but uppermanaIf I need to take photosof the furniture or ha e someone come here and see it, we can certainly arrange for thatWe feel we should atleastget a replacement of equal value of what we spent considering the horrendous quality and customer service we have dealt with.

Leadership has reached out to this customer and we have offered to exchange the dining table. A new table is scheduled to be delivered to the customer on 4/23/16. Customer has accepted the exchangeThank you, TF*

We did call them within days of noticing the damageWe noticed when we moved into our home in JanuaryAll our damages ARE COVERED by the platinum protection plan and the sales person that sold us the protect plan MADE IT VERY CLEAR to us that if the damages couldn't be FIXED IT WOULD BE REPLACED!!! Therefore I DO NOT EXCEPT their response.

the business keeps referring to the issue as stains, these are NOT stains! They're bleach like marks where the color has disappearedThey forced me into exhausting my warranty on the last issue, and when I asked if the new furniture discolored as well I was told the manufacturer would replace it with new slip coversI was home 1/6/18, they failed to call the correct numberThey keep making promises and they keep lyingI paid over $3k for this set I deserve an undamaged itemThese people are rude and meanI have multiple sclerosis and dealing with them and the stress causes flaresThe furniture is NOT stained, the places it has discolored can prove that a so called stain couldn't occurI welcome you to come to my home and seePlease hold this company accountablethank you*** ***

I did not accept the offerI said I would go to the showroom and lookI did and talked to Carmen the Sales ManagerI looked at other furniture and I regret that I must refuse this offerWhen I purchased the furniture it was on sale and I got a discount tooI believe they are offering me around $1800.00. I would have to pay full price on another set so I would have to select a set of lower quality set to stay in the $rangeSo technically I would be buying something 30% lower quality So my ONLY option is for Raymour & Flanigan to replace my complete bedroom set I have now with same new so the stains match tooNo broken tracks/draws/frames/scratched/holes
