Hello While we are truly sorry the customer is experiencing the problems described, Raymour & Flanigan Furniture denies all allegations that the merchandise we delivered had bed bugs in it when it was received from usWe carefully follow best practice protocols to ensure our merchandise is

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOn 12/1/the BBC received the following from the manager of the Poughkeepsie Raymour and Flanigan: 'After reviewing this situation we were able to come to an agreement with the customer and would be refunding back to the customer $plus taxAt this time it appears the customer should be all setPlease let us know if anything else is needed.' I am still waiting for the refund to appear on my credit cardI have spoken to the manager twice since 12/and he assured me the refund would appear on my credit cardI find it interesting that the initial credit for the purchase ($plus) appeared on my credit card in minutes, but the refund hasn't been processed in days

room that they purchased furniture fromAt this time it was stated that they would be calling us back when they decide which showroom they would like to complete the reselection in.Thank you!
