I PLACED A ORDER ONLINE FOR AROUND FEB ** ITEMS WERE SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES FIRST ORDER CAME AND THE BOX/PACKAGE WAS EMPTY-I CALLED SEVERAL TIME TO REACH A PERSON-THEY NEVER ANSER THE PHONES--I ALSO EMAILED--I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED--THEY SAID THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND IN 5-DAYS--I WAITED OVER DAYS AND GOT THE REFUND DURING THAT TIME OF WAITING THE SECOND PACKAGE CAME -IT WAS LEFT OUT SIDE IN HEAVY HEAVY RAIN AND SNOW--I PICKED UP THE BOX AND THE BOTTOM FELL APART ALL THE ITEMS IN SIDE WERE LOOSE AND ALL DAMAGED FROM BEING OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND SNOW--I WAS SO UPSET--NO PACKAGE MATERIAL TO HELP PROTECT THE ITEMS--I GOT ON THE PHONE TIRED TO CALL BUT THE V.M BOX WAS FULL-I WAITED TIL NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN--PHONE JUST RANG AND RANG NO ANSWER SO THEN I EMAILED THEM--WAITED A DAY NO ANSWER BACK--CALLED AGAIN V.M BOX FUI EMAIL AGAIN WAITING FOR A REPLIE BACK--WAITED DAYS-NOTHING AT ALL--EMAILED AGAIN AND CALLED-- CALLING ALL I GET IS NO ONE ANSWER

Placed an order for a product on - Order still had not shipped so I emailed customer service to get tracking and see if it has shipped and received a reply that they would check into it and get me the tracking as soon as possible316- Have not received a tracking number or update on the order

The shirt that was refunded did not have an extra shipping charge since both shirts were coming from same placeAnything under pound is the same price for shipping, which is why nothing was refunded for shippingYou received one shirt the second was no extra charge HW

I ordered and paid for clothing items online from Rebel Circus in January items arrived approximately weeks laterAfter another weeks I began emailing to enquire about the other 2, I was told that an enquiry would be raised with the [redacted] , and that the consignment could be anywhere between the origin and AustraliaUpon checking the tracking number, the [redacted] indicated that the parcel had arrived at facility in NY on [redacted] February No further details - this status has not changed, it seems obvious it has been lost at that faciltyRebel Circus however, when they bothered to reply to my emails claimed there was a lengthy process to be followed including investigating with Australian Customs, which seems ridiculous when by all available information the package never left the USI have requested more information numerous times, and finally asked for a refund to my credit cardAt that point I stopped receiving any responses from Rebel Circus altogether

I made an order on the *** Feb for a Frida khalo skirt , however it's been one month and no item has arrived I have made contact by email questioning the whereabouts and I get an automated email Then in the automated email , it states to check with customs There is no location of my parcel and I've contacted revel circus again but no response , absolutely disgusting conduct to treat a consumer like this

I just wanted to let you know that in all of my communications about my return and refund, that nearly two weeks ago they said they issued a refund, and only today did I receive an email regarding the refund It still has not reflected back in my account I am terribly disappointed in the way this company does business You said I had two days to return my item, and I returned it less than an hour from the time you stated this policy The fact that it took almost a month to even receive an email regarding my refund, and still not have my funds back is just awful I work in finance, with peoples money and customer service, refunds! Not only would I never purchase from this company again, but I will join the many many similar reviews that you have regarding issues with your company just doing bad business Which is so unfortunate, because you have wonderful product Your company is only as good as your people, and when customer service does not come first, growth and continued successs will not be the reward for what you sow into your customersI am full of grace, but I have never had issues like this before, not even closeFormer Customer,
