I just wanted to let you know that in all of my communications about my return and refund, that nearly two weeks ago they said they issued a refund, and only today did I receive an email regarding the refund. It still has not reflected back in my account. I am terribly disappointed in the way this company does business. You said I had two days to return my item, and I returned it less than an hour from the time you stated this policy. The fact that it took almost a month to even receive an email regarding my refund, and still not have my funds back is just awful. I work in finance, with peoples money and customer service, refunds! Not only would I never purchase from this company again, but I will join the many many similar reviews that you have regarding issues with your company just doing bad business. Which is so unfortunate, because you have wonderful product. Your company is only as good as your people, and when customer service does not come first, growth and continued successs will not be the reward for what you sow into your customers.

I am full of grace, but I have never had issues like this before, not even close.

The shirt that was refunded did not have an extra shipping charge since both shirts were coming from same place. Anything under 1 pound is the same price for shipping, which is why nothing was refunded for shipping. You received one shirt the second was no extra...

Photos prove that I was overcharged in shipping. One package was 1 oz (As photo shows) and the other was 5 oz ( As photo shows). The third photo shows that I was charged $10.02 which is $5.97 more than I should have been. I run my own successful business and know the cost of shipping items. This shows that they had the intention of keeping the extra shipping amount. Very disappointed. Will never buy from this company again.

After looking through my e-mails, the first free shipping offer I could find was on 12/[redacted]/13 . Which part of my order did not even ship until that date. Also nothing was mentioned about some sort of credit for the broken umbrella.

I am unsure as to the cause of this zip code discrepancy. I apologize I cannot provide further information on this.

Please respond to [redacted] to handle this matter directly. This does not qualify for free shipping if you ordered it on black friday weekend. Additionally, if something is broken, we will accept a refund if the item is returned or we deem it useless to return.

The returns policy are on our website which is standard protocol. We provide a seven day window for returns from the time the order is received. This is the time frame in which we should have been notified for the proper returns procedure. Thank you,RC

I responded to the message by e-mail to [redacted]:  This is in response to the last message I received via the Revdex.com. I was told to contact [redacted]regarding the shipping and broken item. A reputable company wouldn't have such a hard time satisfying their customers. I think I should at the least be refunded the shipping for the items which were not shipped until the [redacted], when I placed the order on the [redacted]. The umbrella was a gift, after spending my own money to have it fixed, I gave it as a gift. I don't expect a whole refund on the umbrella as of now. But I do think I should be credited a portion. I don't think any of this is unreasonable to ask for. Especially after its been a month and a half of your company ignoring my messages and making it impossible for any contact.
Which in response she called me. She told me they are not able to give me any sort of compensation for the shipping nor the broken  merchandise.  A decent, even semi decent company would offer something. I told the girl on the  phone, it's not about the  money, but about  the companys integrity. I guess Rebel Circus has none. They could have offered a coupon, a free small item or just about anything. They will not do anything. And then try to tell me it was a courtesy to adjust the sale prices, it's not a courtesy when their website was not working properly. I will close this complaint when I see the refund they said they issued today.

We are willing to provide a credit of $41.58 which would be the same price as when they were discounted. However, we did not start offering free shipping until Christmas Time. All shipping costs are defined prior to placing order. This is not hidden. Our vendors provide weights which may or may not be accurate and based on this is how the system calculates the costs which is defined prior to checkout completion. It's impossible for us to charge an amount other than the...

Review: I ordered a shirt online and paid for it. I received an email from Rebel Circus telling me it wasn't in stock and if I prefer to receive a refund to respond back via e-mail. I did on October [redacted], and they said it will take 7-10 days. I didn't receive it, so I called on the [redacted] and they apologized and said they will notify billing and make it priority. It is October [redacted] and still nothing. I notified [redacted] and they said the same thing they did on October [redacted]. I need help to refund my credit card for Ticket ID[redacted]Title: Rebel Circus Order #[redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund now, they always tell me they notified their billing department with zero luck.

Review: I placed an order with Rebel Circus through their web site, which was paid through my [redacted] account on 10/**/2013, which shows "completed" on the Rebel Circus website on 10/**/2013; I have still not recieved the items. I contacted Rebel Circus through their help desk on 10/**/2013 to inform them that I had not yet received my purchase. On 10/**/2013 they responded, asking for the order number, which I provided on the same day; I did not receive a response. On 11/**/2013 I made another inquiry as to why I had yet to hear anything back. On 11/**/2013 I received this response:

I am contacting you on behalf of Rebel Circus in regards to your order inquiry. I do apologize for this shipping delay and will get this sorted out immediately.

After nearly another week has passed with no response, I have informed them that I would like an immediate refund of my money; I have also filed a claim through [redacted].Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of money for not only failure to provide goods paid for, but also for lack of care in resolving this issue on behalf of Rebel Circus.

Review: I purchased a necklace on January [redacted] 2014. I received the necklace and wore it for approximately 1 week before a stone fell out it. I first contacted them around 1/**/14, I do have all the emails, they responded asking for pictures which I sent immediately. There was no response so I emailed again, still no response so I posted on their [redacted] page asking for help. Got a response on 2/**/14 that they received the pictures and were reviewing the issue. Today is the [redacted] and I still have no response from them.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I do not want another necklace, I do not want to do business with them anymore.
