Review: On *Oct. ** I ordered a dress from www.rebelcircus.com. Usually if there is none in stock, the company will notify you that they are on backorder. I contacted the company *Oct.[redacted] to see why the dress had not shipped yet. They told me that it was on back order for 2 weeks. I requested to cancel my order because I needed the dress for a function and it would not arrive in time. They agreed on *Oct. [redacted], and told me it would be cancelled and refunded.*Nov. ** I received an email saying that the dress I ordered had been shipped and attached was a tracking number. I checked with my bank and the refund never went through. Rebelcircus.com shipped the dress although I had a written and documented, numbered ticket stating that everything would be taken care of. I once again, I contacted the company to let them know of their error. 4 days later I received a note simply saying they were sorry, and giving no instructions for a return. I had to contact them further to see what to do with it once it arrived. They told me to contact them once it did. The dress arrived on *Nov.**,and I contacted them as instructed. I did not hear ONE word back for 5 days. I wrote them 3 times within those 5 days. FINALLY they sent me a return label on Nov. **. The dress was shipped BACK to them on *Nov. [redacted]. It is now Nov. [redacted] and I have heard nothing from them, and I have not received my refund. I am mostly frustrated by the fact that I have been getting the run-around for almost 2 months. I believe it should have been a problem that they should have tried to resolved with more promptness than they have. I am upset that I had to contact the company at every step to make sure things were being taken care of, only to be ignored for days, get unhelpful responses, and jump through hoops due to their mistake. I also have not received any confirmation that the SHIPPING charges will be refunded as well. I would hope that I am not charged shipping on an item I had a confirmed cancelation on.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of ALL charges on the dress, including, but not limited to, tax and shipping. ...And ultimately for the company to be aware of the disorganized way they run their company.

I know the shipping costs for each package because I run a successful clothing business that ships across the USA daily. All shipping costs are defined prior to placing order. This is not hidden. Our vendors provide weights which may or may not be accurate and based on this is how the system calculates the costs which is defined prior to checkout completion. It's impossible for us to charge an amount other than the one defined. Please show us your receipt to address the issue and if in the unlikely event you were charged a different amount than the one defined, we will gladly refund.

Photos prove that I was overcharged in shipping. One package was 1 oz (As photo shows) and the other was 5 oz ( As photo shows). The third photo shows that I was charged $10.02 which is $5.97 more than I should have been. I run my own successful business and know the cost of shipping items. This shows that they had the intention of keeping the extra shipping amount. Very disappointed. Will never buy from this company again.

We refunded your $5.97 as per your request over two weeks ago as a courtesy. Your bill invoice is the only evidence to be provided and it is 100% correct and if you did not like the shipping charges, you should not have bought the items as it was defined prior to checkout. This matter has been resolved and closed as the refund was processed and completed weeks ago.

Review: I purchased two t-shirts from Rebel Circus on 10/**/13.

They only sent one t-shirt.

They never sent the other.

After about 15 e-mails they eventually issued a refund for the t-shirt, however they did not refund the shipping cost for that t-shirt.

I persisted with e-mails however they have stopped replying.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the shipping cost for the t-shirt they never sent me.

The shirt that was refunded did not have an extra shipping charge since both shirts were coming from same place. Anything under 1 pound is the same price for shipping, which is why nothing was refunded for shipping. You received one shirt the second was no extra charge.

Review: A dress was purchased by my wife Christi on line and confirmed on December [redacted] from Rebel Circus. My PayPal account was immediately charged in the amount of $24.20. A USPS tracking number was given and it only shows info received but does not show product has actually shipped. We have twice completed the on line customer service form with Rebel Circus and not received a response. We have made many phone calls and left messages with no response. We have sent messages on the Facebook page with no response. We would like our PayPal account credited back for this purchase that never shipped.Desired Settlement: Refund to our PayPal account

Review: We ordered two women's shirts and a men's shirt in July 2013. We received the men's shirt with a note that the women's shirts "did not ship." We have attepted to contact Rebel Circus via email and telephone with no success. Two weeks ago [redacted] with Rebel Circus told me that Rebel Circus had emailed my husband back in August that the shirts were not available, but that we could pick other items to cover the expense. I had not received a shipment was sent email for 5 days. I contacted them to see if I would get an email when it in fact did ship, or to see if it was maybe shipped and I didn't receive my email.. The woman told it takes 3-5 days. until 3/** I had no email or notice of my package shipping. that was 8 days later. On 3/** I received an email with a tracking number that my order shipped ([redacted]), until today 3/**, that tracking number has no information. it is still in Rhode island at the facility.

I emailed yet agin yesterday saying that I wanted an updated on this package and to not respond until they have an actual answer for me, and of course I get the automated "it takes 3-5 days" this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I would cancel this order, but I don't want to wait a year to get my money back!

never in my life have I dealt with a company that takes a month to get a customer their package!! the amount of time they spend on "FALSE" advertising on Instagram and the email alerts I get for products, you would think they would have creditable service! Review: I purchased a $169 pair of boots for my daughter far in advance of Christmas to avoid the holiday rush. (approx 90 days before Christmas). I gave them to her early and they didn't fit. When I contacted [redacted] to inquire about a refund or exchange I was told their return policy is 7 days. That's it. No offer for an exchange and upon reading their website policies I learned they don't do any exchanges period. You have 7 days period. After that you are stuck with the merchandise. I am very unhappy due to the cost of the boots. I feel this is an unreasonable policy and never would have purchased the boots if I was clear I could not do an exchange but the website policy is not clear to me. I am happy to pay the return shipping.Desired Settlement: I understand I do not qualify for a refund as they only give you 7 days (very unreasonable amount of time) and I would at least like the ability to choose other merchandise in exchange for the boots. Otherwise I have just thrown away $169!

Our policies are stated very clear on our site and to not look at these policies when buying 90 days in advance is not something we can accept a refund on. Review: actually this complaint has to do with refunds, customer service etc. Unlike the other complaints on here. I've heard nothing from this company...for a mere 12 dollars!!! I want my money. They failed to include a poster with my shipment order #[redacted]. I emailed them right after christmas and no one emailed me back. I called them and left a message, yet still no one called me back. It's very frustrating when you're dealing with people who do not even call you back. From now on, i'm checking the Revdex.com before ordering from any company online. Review: I ordered 2 dresses for my wife on June [redacted] for our Anniversary, a month and a half later I recieved her 1 dress and that was after I called and told them. It is now going over the 3 mth mark and we still have not reciecved the 2nd dress. They have charged my credit card for both dresses. On October [redacted] the tracking number still did not work, I emailed customer support and I received this response "I am seeing this was shipped on the [redacted]. The tracking just needs to be updated. It should be by tonight." , It was still not updated on October [redacted].

On October [redacted] , I called their customer service at 1019 AM, was told that they too could not figure out why it wasn't tracking and that they would contact the warehouse and I should receive the shipping information immediately and they would ship the merchandise.

On October [redacted] I spoke with customer service at 1115 am for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. he said the tracking number did not work and that he would call the warehouse, I explained to him that I was already told that and that due to poor customer service I just wanted an immediate refund. He said that he could refund the money immediately and that I would get a confirmation email regarding the immediate refund.

Today is October [redacted] , I have received no refund and no email . I deserve a full immediate refund. and everything that they have told me so far has been a complete lie. they do not come through with the order, they did not come through with the refund and the entire public should be aware of this fraudulence.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete and immediate refund of $71.89

After a week, Rebel Circus finally wrote to say it had been dispatched on the [redacted] of October However the USPS tracking website says only that USPS have received "Electronic Shipping Info" and nothing else. I have tried every method of contacting Rebel Circus - email, website form, telephone, [redacted] and have not received any reply of any sort. Although they post regularly on both [redacted] and [redacted], my requests for information via these methods have been completely ignored. Their telephone contact just goes to a messaging service no matter which option one selects, be it customer service, accounts, tech support - all lead to an answer service. I have left messages - no response. Sadly, after doing some research it seems like this is typical operating procedure for Rebel CircusDesired Settlement: I expect a full refund and an apology for wasting so much of my time trying to chase down this company

Review: I purchased some items from Rebel Circus on November [redacted]. I received the three items on about December [redacted] & contacted the company to return all items for a refund. The company instructed me I had 48 hours to get the items in the mail & recommended I purchase insurance for the parcel. I mailed all the items back to them on December [redacted] & insured the package. I received a refund for one of the items on December [redacted]. I waited a few days for my refund for the other two items because I was not sure what their process for refunds was. After I did not receive my refund for the other two items, I contacted Rebel Circus on about December [redacted]. The company replied by saying they only received the one item and said sorry for the inconvenience. I then made contact with the company saying that could not be true as ALL three items were mailed in the same package. If someone was going to open the package, I'm willing to bet they would have taken everything OR the actual item the company claimed they received as the product from this company was of poor quality and the sweater that they refunded me for was actually the nicest item. I told the company I would be turning them into the Revdex.com. Then the company emailed me back and said they would investigate and get back to me. That was on December [redacted] and I have not heard back from them. I did file with the [redacted] and received a refund for the other two items the company "supposedly" did not receive.Desired Settlement: Since I got reimbursed by the [redacted] I am not asking Rebel Circus for a refund also. I just feel like something is fishy about the situation and I think it should be investigated. As I said previously, I have a really hard time believing that someone stole from the package and left the best item. Review: The item was ordered on February [redacted], and it was not received until March [redacted]. Written in small print (and nowhere on their bill of lading), is their 7 day return policy.

The items that were ordered were 2 dresses, size XL. They are both too tight, so I cannot even exchange them. The gentleman I spoke to did not even offer to let me return the dresses for a non-wearable item, such as a purse or something else.

I am now stuck with 2 dresses that I can do nothing with!Desired Settlement: At the very least, this company should issue me a credit. I cannot believe their business practices, and would like it on record how inflexible they are when dealing with the general public.

The company could offer me an exchange of merchandise under the circumstances. While they do show on their website that they have a 7 day return policy, it is not stressed and I feel a 7 day return policy may as well be a 'no return' policy. They have not satisfied the complaint to my satisfaction, and clearly do not care about the needs of their consumers.

Review: I ordered two dresses from the rebel circus website ([redacted]) based in New York on the **February 2014. Since then only one dress has arrived. I emailed the company and received a reply on the **February 2014. They informed me that the dress was no longer available and I would be refunded the cost of the dress and associated shipping, which I estimate this to be $70.87, within 5-7 business days . Thus far this refund has not happened. I emailed the company directly on the [redacted]February as I had not received a refund.

After not recieving any emails from the Rebel Circus I then opened a Paypal dispute but PayPal (after a number of weeks) said they were unable to assist as Rebel Circus had refused to refund the partial payment despite promissing it on the [redacted]February. Instead stating they would only refund if we sent back the one item we had received. This would not be possible as given the length of time the dress had already been worn and washed since it had been purchased.

After speaking with Citizens Advice they suggested you would be able to help in some way. I am struggling to understand how a company can flat out refuse to refund money for an item it didn't send and breach its contract with me, the customer, and get away with it. I am simply requesting what they have previously stated they you would give me.

I have all correspondence saved, any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the cost of the dress and associated shipping, which I estimate this to be $70.87

Review: On December **I placed an order for three items, a pair of black yoga pants, a pink racer back tank top and a blue beautiful disaster hat. I received the yoga pants but have not received the other two items. I was never sent a shipping notification threw e-mail either.
