Review: The company Rebel Circus appears to have charged our credit for $482.62. This occurred several weeks ago. [redacted], an associate that we have been working with refuses for refund the money. He also refuses to give adequate information about why the items requested were not shipped. He has promised a resolution several times and has failed to deliver any of his promise, repay the money or provide the requested items. This has caused severe stress for my family as these are very difficult economic times. I have had to call the United States several times. This means I have called from Japan at 2 a.m. so that I could contact [redacted] about this matter. Wife has asked for a refund several times. He refuses to issue a refund for the amount in question. There were two orders that totaled $482.62. He has taken the money several weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I/we would like a complete refund for the $482.62 as soon as possible.An apology letter/email would also be nice.

We have received complaint ID# [redacted]. Please note, the complaint does not include the order number and we will be happy to address this issue with [redacted], however, her name does not come up in our database. As a side, we do have a [redacted] working for us so I do believe they have contacted us but we do not have any information under this name on the complaint.

Furthermore, I see in the complaint that the buyers address is in Japan and shipments overseas have many variables when it comes to shipment times. For example, customs could have held the item or transit time may be delayed depending carrier delays out of our control.

Nonetheless, we would like to handle this issue immediately so please do advise us of the order number so that we can address the concerns of the complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#[redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Following is a reply we received from Rebel Circus.

I am not sure why customs would be mentioned in their reply to the Revdex.com.

Also, they must have the order numbers because the person who sent this reply has the order numbers.

Lastly the issue was why we were told several times that the orders had actually shipped and this is why there could not be a refund. We were told that the orders actually shipped already.

Here is the reply received from Rebel Circus (an associate named [redacted] replied).

Hello [redacted],

I am reaching out on behalf of Rebel Circus in regards to your orders. We have received a letter from the Revdex.com. In efforts to resolve the situation I have the following updates for your three orders.

Order #[redacted] - According to USPS Tracking Number: [redacted] this order was delivered to your specified shipping address at 12:33pm on June *, 2013. USPS confirmation page attached for your reference.

Order #[redacted] - Unfortunately, The [redacted] Hi - White shoes included in your order are out of stock. We do however have one pair available in a size 7. If you would like to take that please let me know -or- if there is any additional footwear you may like in replacement please specify and I will make the necessary updates. Otherwise, I am happy to issue a refund for the order.

Order #[redacted] - Unfortunately, the [redacted] Hi - Multi are out of stock and not available at this time. If there is any additional footwear or alternate item(s) from Rebel Circus you would like in replacement please let me know. If not, I can of course issue a full refund for this order.

I apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. It was certainly not our intention to overlook your pending orders! I apologize for the poor service you experienced with our customer service team as well.

I will look out for your response and we can get this squared away!

This Customer was contacted several times regarding alternative sizing/purchase due to the items being out of stock. Once we received the complaint/inquiry, we refunded the full amount of items not in stock.
