Review: I ordered a purse through this company in November 2013 and the item was delievered to another address with the wrong zip code listed for delievery. I contacted the company with 2 service tickets numbers [redacted] which one was closed immediatly and the other was last repsonded to Dec [redacted]. My account was still charged and I never recieved any product.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to do the right thing and resend my order to the correct address.
