I made a purchase from *** a few weeks ago containing purse, shirt for myself and shirt for my husbandThe checkout process went fine as I paid for my itemsI waited a while then to see when I would get a confirmation email on my order but it never came and I wanted to know the status of the orderI went and logged in to the website and it did not even show that I had made a purchaseI called the customer service line to check on it and after a little searching, the woman on the phone did locate my order, but she said that my payment had been rejected on their (Rebel Circus) endI was confused, and as I told the customer service rep, my payment did in fact go through as it showed right up on my bank account after and was still showing I made the purchaseShe said that what that meant was for some reason the payment did go through but was rejected by Rebel Circus and would automatically be refunded into my account within 3-days, but most people only wait about

My year old got on my cellphone and made an unauthorized order and they refuse to cancel it and they say that one of the items cannot be returned

Ordered an item was charged for it, received shipping notification Was never shipped but was chargedTrying to reach company several times without responseWant my money back

I ordered a dress in November that arrived well after it should have I called after two weeks because the tracking number they had given me still said it had not shipped After that call it finally shipped Once I finally received it it was to large I emailed for an exchange and was told that I need to return it and was given an RMA # and instructions which I followed and shipped out priority mail insured the following day With my tracking number I was told the item had been delivered to an individual on 12/** According to Keith at Rebel Circus I would receive and email and credit within 5-business days I have sent multiple follow up emails as of today 1/**/and still no reply I returned the merchandise and followed all instructions and want my money back I was originally charged back in November, received the item in mid/late December and even though this was returned on 12/** and it has been business days still no resolution

The company could offer me an exchange of merchandise under the circumstances While they do show on their website that they have a day return policy, it is not stressed and I feel a day return policy may as well be a 'no return' policy They have not satisfied the complaint to my satisfaction, and clearly do not care about the needs of their consumers
