Review: I started to use Red Payment as my credit card processor since Nov 2014. When the sales come to me, he guaranteed there will not be any "earlier termination fee" if I want to cancel this account. And I can close this merchant account anytime. Now, I am going to sell my business, and I will not need credit card processing anymore. so I called them three times about closing this account. I was amazed with what I heard from customer service of this company. They said they will need to charge me $2600 for close this account!!! I think it is too much for just to close a account. Beside we have use it for more than a year, so it is not even a "early termination". Now I just want to get my credit card processing account closed with no fee. Hope Revdex.com can help me with it, or I will have to take further action.Desired Settlement: I want to completely close my merchant account with Red payment, and they should no charge me fee to cancel this account, and should no longer charge money from my bank account.

Response:

while you were with red payments we provided all equipment for free we constantly did rate changes for your account and constantly sent you paper you got refunds for all annual fees and PCI fees so unfortunately the cancelation fee stays

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

We have use Red payment service for more than a year. Before I sigh up to use their service, the salesman told me the cancellation is free. Even there will be a cancellation fee, $2200 is not making any sense. it is too much for a cancellation for any service. this company did not telling the truth when they tried to sigh me up. So I don't agree with this response.

Sincerely,

Business

Review: Received a call saying they were with our credit card processing company and that they were going to be sending us a new machine to process our payments on. We would also be receiving a cheaper rate. This was a scam. A gentleman by the name of [redacted] or [redacted] he goes by both names was a former employee of Bancard Payments and was fired has some of their records. He is contacting clinets. Thankfully them machine did not work with our system but this is a fraud and he has all of our business & some of my personal information.Desired Settlement: I want this gentleman arrested for fraud and Red Card Payment needs to answer for this event.

Review: First of all, I should have known, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably IS NOT! ON 3/**/2013 A REP BY THE NAME [redacted] OF RED PAYEMNTS WALKED INTO MY STORE AND TOLD ME LET ME SEE IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR PROCESSING WITH US YOU WILL GET THE BEST PRICING POSSIBLE, TO WHICH MY RESPONSE WAS WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT HIS ANSWER WAS NOT AT ALL JUST SIGN HERE. ON 3.**.13, I CALLED TO SEE IF I ACTUALLY SIGNED A CONTRACT TO WHICH THE RESPONSE WAS YES YOU DID BUT ITS NOT BOARDED YET, TO WHICH I SAID PLEASE CANCEL THIS AS THATS NOWTWHAT I WAS TOLD, TO WHICH HE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE VICE PRESIDENT [redacted]. AND HE SAID OH SORRY IT WAS JUST BOARDED AND CHARGED ME AN UNAUTHORIZED ETF CHARGE OF $650!!! They withdrew the funds WITHOUT MY CONSENT THROUGH PIVOTAL EPAYMENTS SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING I HAVE TO SPEAK TO RED PAYMENTS . I told them that I never gave ANYONE authorization to pull money from any of my accounts. They simply stated that they could not reimburse me, Strange that I NEVER RECEIVED A MACHINE FROM THEM NOR WAS THE ACCOUNT BOARDED OR PROCESSED ANY TRANSACTIONS, but they were able to pull money from my bank account. IN ADDITION THEY BILLED ME A $35.19 FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2013BEWARE CONSUMERS!Desired Settlement: I want any and all monies taken from my account reimbursed IMMEDIATELY. I do not want either entities to respond stating they are reimbursing until such is ACTUALLY reimbursed to me. I WILL NOT withdraw ANY complaint I file related to this with any consumer agency UNTIL I am actually reimbursed. I want any and all entities involved in this matter to refrain from touching any of my personal or business accounts. These entities TOGETHER were able to pull funds from my account in LESS THAN 30 days, I am certainly ENTITLED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS QUICKLY AS THEY TOOK IT. I ask that Revdex.com and any other consumer assistance organization RATE both of these companies poorly. They somehow find a way to take money from consumers and reading all the complaints, don't return it unless forced to do so. They are willing to take your call when you, as the consumer, feel there is "help" out there for your small business, but after they take money WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and the consumer requests reimbursement, they seem to pass the buck or not return, be as courteous as they initially were. I WANT MY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION BACK IMMEDIATELY.

Review: I have contacted Red Payments on a number of occasions in an effort to resolve their failure to live up to their contract agreement. Their representative signed an agreement that states: "I [redacted] as a representative of Red Payment agree that the terms and conditions have been accurately represented to [redacted]. and [redacted]. The terms include a monthly fee of $5.00 and batch fee of $.25. The company should also not expect a fee for chargeback, retrieval as these do not apply. No fee will be assessed for the use of the credit card machine. The organization should also not see an unexpected fee and I will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The company also understands that there is a 2 year term with the possibility of a waiver if terms change and the company deems it necessary."

Red Payments has only lived up to their end of the agreement for 1 month, August 2013. The rest of the months through January 2014 saw substantially higher monthly fees and even an addition of a yearly fee. Red Payments have been contacted and our company was assured that payments would be credited to our account. This has been promised on multiple occasions and has never happened. According to the agreement above, we wish to exercise our right to end this contract due to breach of contractDesired Settlement: We wish two things occur.

1. A refund in the amount of $325.62 which represents the amount of money deducted from our account that do not follow the above terms

2. An end of our current contract with no fees assessed as Red Payments breached the contract

Merchant's message:

Representative came into my business and offered merchant services and straight up lied about the fee they would pay if we cancelled with our current service....he also lied about the fee charges we received and he never returned my 50 calls after everything he had stated to me was not coming to light, I called and left messages and messages...he never returned my call not even once!! This company is nothing but a scandalous company!!!!

Review: When I signed a contract with the sales person at EVO Merchant Services([redacted]) who was so persistent and calling me 3=4 times per day and GUARANTEED me she could produce the same product---i.e. a report that was mandatory for my business. She could not produce this report. I told her that she could not produce the same report and I cancelled the service on May [redacted] without ever using the terminal they sent or their program. In the contract it states the unreturned equipment would be charged at $150.00 but they withdrew $500.00 from my bank acct but I was able to stop the process This was fraud on EVO Merchant Services. EVO has a counterpart or subdivision called Red Payments Red Payments has charged my credit card for three months in a row for services I never received because the terminal was never set up and the program removed. The complaint is that they have charged my credit card ( I had to close that acct.) for services in May for $47.99, June for $30.00 and July for $57.99 totaling $135.98 The billing was for non-compliance services which I pay through another billing company and they had no right to charge as they were doing no business with me. Secondly They also charged for concierge service, what ever that is. I have repeatedly called Red Payments 15-20 times to no avail. They have ignored my calls, transferred me, hung up on me, left me on hold for an hour and never picked up. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that a [redacted] would call me back and never did. A supervisor named [redacted] told her employee she had spoken to me which she never did. I have also spoken to a [redacted] twice and a [redacted] plus three or four others. They have been rude and extremely poor customers service. Their billing me for services not rendered is fraud.Desired Settlement: A check in the amount of $135.98 and I am more than willing to send back the terminal at their expense as it has never been opened.

Business

Response:

Dear [redacted],

We understand your frustration. You have requested for your terminal to be able to print out a current report, and we did have to troubleshoot your machine in order to update the settings. Producing this report is not a problem. We are able to provide this service.

You state that you were never set up. However, you only realized that the kind of report you wanted was not being printed after you were set up and were testing the terminal. You requested to close your account when updating the settings on the machine did not work successfully on the initial attempt. During our subsequent attempts to reach you, you refused to speak to us and hung on the phone on the several people who attempted to reach you to discuss reporting options, and alternate terminals. For this reason, your account remained open for several months. We did advise you during several conversations that we are able to provide you with the reporting that you need, but you declined to allow us to do this.

Your account was closed on August **, 2013 because your bank account rejected the July fees.

We are still able to set you up with the reporting feature you require, and if you do use our service, we will be glad to refund all the fees you were charged thus far, and to waive the negative balance.

If you choose to keep the account closed, no refund can be processed, because the fees that were charged will be applied to the cancellation fee.

Please be advised that if you will not use our services, our equipment should be returned to

Red Payments

Attn: [redacted]

Since your account was closed on August**, please return our equipment to us by September ** in order to avoid being billed $600 for the terminal. As per the Merchant Agreement (page 6 of 8 of the Terms and Conditions; Part Two: Terminal Bailment), the terminal needs to be returned immediately upon termination of the account (however, we agree to receive the terminal within 30 days of termination).

Thank you.

Review: Company is trying to put me into a lease when I did not sign any form about a lease for credit card machine. Sale representative of whom I dealt with will not respond to any calls or text. Sales Representative will not give me a copy of the papers that I have been asking for since the day I signed them. I have continuesly asked for them but yet to receive them. Spoke with one representative from main office and received one email message from him. Not resolving anything.Desired Settlement: Do not wish to keep a merchandise if trying to put me in a lease. Will keep if what was agreed upon.

Business

I apologize but the lease had got terminated, you should not have been charged If you were charged please contact us at [redacted] we will take care of the charge for you Again I apologize for the inconvenience

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Paul P[redacted] came to me in March and asked if he could do a review on my merchant account services.. He explained how I would save money in so many ways. After a couple of weeks of him persisting my business, I decided to give them a try but only with a 3 month trial period. While I read and signed contract he wrote on contract about the trial period and free terminal machine and I signed next to it. Come to find out a couple of months later, Paul P[redacted] and employee of the company altered my contract and whited out all the extra information we added to the contract including the Trial period. I found out about it and now he won't answer my calls or texts. HE is the worst human I have ever encountered in the merchant services business! DO NOT do business with Paul P[redacted] or Red Payments.. He also changed the fees and I've never saved money, I've been paying a lot more with RED PAYMENTS! they stand behind Paul because I'm Sure he lies to every Small Business to get them to sign and then whites out the contract to his advantage! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RED PAYMENTS LLC! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LYING EMPLOYEE PAUL P[redacted]! BEWARE OF HIM, MAJOR SCAMMER!

Review: In November 2015 we were charged a $149.00 "PCI Fee." Upon review of our account we realized we were already charged a "PCI Fee" for the year. I contacted Red Payments to advise them of this for a refund Dec. * 2015. I spoke with Jennifer (?), and we were advised their company "ACCIDENTALLY" charged us this "FEE" instead of their annual ? fee of $99.99. Quite honestly, that is a fraudulent charge that is "STEALING" money from us. Red Payments has no legal right to charge us fees that are not agreed upon in our contract. With a review of our contract, it shows NO WHERE that we are to be assessed a "PCI FEE," that we were also charged for in June 2015.

During the process of them "STEALING" our money we accrued two overdraft fee's. Jennifer advised me to send a picture of the charges to her via email. Later that day I received an email stating that Jennifer's computer was down so [redacted] sent me a email about the issues I spoke with Jennifer about. The following day I received an email from Katherine again stating the "refund was submitted and approved. We will be making out a check which you should receive by next week." (I have the corresponding emails as proof of the conversation.) So all in all we should have gotten $110 back for the $50 that was "STOLEN" from us and the two $30 overdraft fees.

After receiving the check over a month later, due to them not sending it to the correct address that I gave them, the check was only $50. It also happens to say "Refund annual fee adjustment and the over draft fee." Interesting.... I'm not suppose to notice that you just happen to miss adding the other $60 on there. Upon receiving the check, I have called several time, at each had to leave messages for both Jessica and Katherine as well as several emails WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! Talk about a disloyal, disrespectful, stealing, fraudulent COMPANY!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT THIS YEAR!

Not only did we have an issue with a refund at this time, we also encountered the same issue when we signed up for this service. Red Payments promised me they were going to pay for the cancellation fee from the previous company I had a contract through. At which time I canceled the other contract, I was assessed a $500 cancellation fee from them. Red Payments was suppose to reimburse the $500 into my account immediately. It took them over a month for them to send the reimbursement money to send me a check. During this time I also received several overdraft fees that were also promised to be "taken care of," that were not. I was so tired of fighting with them about the $500, I just let it go. Their excuse for not reimbursing my money was that they didn't see me using the service yet.Desired Settlement: I EXPECT THEM TO STOP STEALING FROM US!!! WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK! I need the reimbursement money that they promised me. I feel I should also be reimbursed for the PCI Fee that is not in our contract. I also feel it is only fair that they also reimburse us for the other overdraft fees we accrued when we were promised when we signed up for this service. I expect respect in this matter to make right of your wrongs. STEALING IS NOT OK!

Review: Collection Company said I need to pay $7,214.82. However, I've never signed agreement, and the agent in red payment company said that I've never signed agreement too. The company sent me a bogus agreement, and I've never saw that agreement. I contacted them several times, and they did not reply. The red payment is no credit, and cheating customers.Desired Settlement: Let the collection company do not disturb me, and I do not owe. Release relationship with that company.

Review: We started to use your machine on October, 2014. Unfortunately, Their customer services/support does not function as claimed. They cannot assist me after a total of 20 hours of waiting on the phone. After a total 20 hours of waiting on the phone for their technical support, I received a response that because of their network cut off, which in turn allowed the merchant processing improperly such as have improper credit card amounts on my customer payments to my business. Because of this issue, my restaurant is experiencing severe while we are waited for their technical support to correct the credit card charge, we’ve received complaints that our restaurant attempts to process overcharge credit card so they will not return to the my restaurant.

Their error mean that we incur such damages as Customer complaints, run a business without customers, and customers clained that my business do some Credit card fraud . - to name just a few items. I would like a refund in the amount of $650 that merchant had been unauthorized charged to my account, I do not like writing someone off on the basic of a single error, but one credit card fraud is one too many. In this case, we had more than 20 credit cards errorDesired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $650 that merchant had been unauthorized charged to my account.

Also, The business should test the merchant machine and network before used. Also, they need to train their Customer services/Techinical support to ensure they understand their product performance, functionality as it intended

I am disgusted. I call to ask about fees and what they mean. First person I talked to said she could only tell me about one fee, she would need to transfer me. I asked the second person what a misuse of authorization fee was. I didn't understand what was involved and asked again and she put me on hold. I'm speaking and then we have elevator music. Multiple times I have asked questions and get no real answer or not an appropriate answer. When I have gotten frustrated they cut you off. There is no resolution. Counting the days until I no longer have to do business with Red Payments. I left Pivotal for the same reasons and my rep neglected to tell me that Red Payments is part of Pivotal.
Customer service really exists, just not here.

Review: We cancelled our account on 6/*/14. Credit Card payments which we had received on or before this date continued to go into our account up until the 6/**/14. Therefore, Red Payments charged us for the full month of June, 2014. I am fine with this; however, they also continued to draft funds out of my banking account for july 2014 and August 2014, in the total amount of $509.92. We started calling in July to inform them they were still drafting out money. We spoke with [redacted], [redacted] our account representative, and a [redacted] named [redacted]. [redacted] stated he saw the problem and would get it stopped immediately and the money reimbursed. In August they drafted more money out. We contacted our bank and stopped payment immediately, as well as contacted [redacted] & [redacted] again. [redacted] assured us this would be handled immediately. At this time they informed us we had a contract with them and a cancellation fee. We faxed all our paper work to [redacted] and disputed this and showed them where [redacted], the sales guy, had specifically HAND WRITTEN, we had no contract and no cancel fee (as well as many other hidden fees that popped up on our invoices). At this time, [redacted] again agreed that they would honor this and get us our money back. Now we are into September and nothing has been reimbursed to me. I spoke with [redacted], (he refused to give me his last name or Title but I was able to find his last name out), today 9/**/14 and he did nothing but yell at me and demean not only me, but all his employees that honored this agreement. I told him on my contract there was nothing stating cancel fee or terms for contract. He said I was suppose to go to a website to figure this out. I told him if it's not on a contract that is signed, why would I go to a website that can change day to day. I also informed him that his employees had told us [redacted] had been fired for faulty contract negotiations and that as a company, he should honor what his employees do. After all, that is why they license them and insure them. He again stated he would not honor what his employee "sold" to me and would not reimburse me any of my money. I told him I would let me attorney handle this and needed his job title and name, which I requested twice through his yelling, he refused to give it to me and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like the money they illegally drafted out of my account in July and August to be refunded immediately, in the amount of $509.92

I have been emailing and calling your customer service for over 3 months with absolutely NO call backs. If I did get in touch with someone, they would say.. "Oh that should have been taken care of, we will have [redacted] call you back." And guess what.. NO CALL BACK. What is interesting though, the second I contacted Revdex.com, I have had more interaction with your company than in the last 3 months of me trying. Guess it works to resolve issues with large companies like yours that bully small businesses.

I will wait for the check, to see if it has a signature this time and is for the same amount, before I will accept the resolution. I want all of america to know what kind company this is and for no one to be taken advantage of and have money illegally drafted from their accounts like you did. Review: To whom it may concern, A sales man called me from Red Payments. His name is [redacted]. He offered me a $50 ($50 statement fee + $0.25 Batch Fee which is a bit less than $60 per month) monthly flat fee for merchant services. He said no matter how many transactions I had, but this was the amount I was going to pay. I decided to give it a try, because it sound too good to be true. After a month, I received the May statement. My net sales was $17,179.94 and I had been charged $880.01. I contacted the sales man [redacted]. He told me that the $50 per month was only for his business. The rest charges were for Visa and Master. He also said rates were wrong and he was going to give me $400 refund and lower my rates for next month. I knew the $50 flat fee did not exist in this world, so I accepted his offer. But I did not receive my refund in the time frame he promised. I called [redacted] again. [redacted] told me to ask [redacted] (his sales manager) for the refund. By this time, I received my June statement. My net sales was 17,852.14, the charge was $936.94. So [redacted] never gave the refund and never lowered the rates for me. I realized [redacted] won’t do anything for me. Then, I called this [redacted] guy. [redacted] told me he was just a sales, he did not have the authority to give me refund. He transferred me to a lady called [redacted]. [redacted] told me that she would talk this issue with her boss, figure out how much money they are going to refund me and call me back in the same day. Off course, she never called me back. I called her again, she said the same thing. But she never called me back. At this point I knew I got screwed badly. I was really upset and I text [redacted] (he gave me his cell phone number) and thanked him for ripping me off. He told me that he quitted the job at Red Payment and [redacted] did have the power to give refund. He also admitted Red Payment screwed me. Now I’m here to ask for your help! I really appreciate your time and consideration!Desired Settlement: I want Red Payment fulfill the contract I signed which should only charge me $50 statement fee +$0.25 batch fee for May and June. And I want to cancel my services no cancellation fee.

Good afternoon We reviewed your information, We have determined that Red Payments are not at fault with this situation All of our contracts take effect after we do a SUCCESSFUL welcome call to our merchants On Feb. *, 2015 one of our customer service representatives called [redacted] and went over her account with us. She explained to her what type of funding she was on and when she will get billed monthly and welcomed her to Red Payments. Merchant processed with us for 4 months and now that she decided that she wants to get out of her contract with red payments free of charge, she states that she did not sign up with us. We will not be refunding this merchant the cancellation fee

When I did get a courtesy call they asked me if everything was OK and I said yes because because I never knew that my signature was forged by one of their representatives

Review: In March, a sales rep named [redacted] from Red Payments stepped in my store, asked to take a loo at my merchant statement and save the processing fee. Also, he said he can cover the ETF $500 from my previous processor and if I wanna cancel service with red payments, it's only $300. Everything sounds reasonable, so I signed the contract and the sales rep wrote sentences: red payents will pay ETF for me on the contract which I signed. But 4?5 months passed, I didn't receive even one bucks from red payments. I called red payments complaining about haven't receive ETF in September many time, they said they can pay only half which is $250, and paid me in 3 months. This month, I wanna break contract with them, they said I have to pay $1230 for early termination, but $1230 is not in the contract I signed.Desired Settlement: Red payments stops my service. I don't wanna deal with a cheating, cheap company. I want get back the rest of $250 ETF and cancel my contract without any fee.

Response:

We will let the merchant out of their contract without an ETF, but I need the merchant to contact me with the MID number so we can know exactly what account we need to take care of. We apologize for the delay in the response Please have merchant contact me at the number I provided below Thank you so much for your time on this matter [redacted]

Review: Red payments is absolutely unethical providing services and rubbing small business. I have signed up with them and after 6 month I tried to cancel the account and go to a different company because of better rates. Red payments told me that I have to pay $1,600 in cancellation fees which does not allow to leave or switch. Red payments is rude on the phone and don't even want to talk or negotiate when it comes to cancelling an account with them. I will never deal with this company and I hope no one will.Desired Settlement: I would like for Red Payments to let me go at the reasonable fee which is from $200-$400.

Review: I was using this Credit Card Processing service. I went to change to another service and cancel with this company. I have been trying to cancel since July and on July [redacted] sent form to do so as requested . They informed me I owed a $2000 cancellation fee since I had a signed contract with them. I told them I never saw or signed any contract. They sent me copy to prove I did. The copy had my name signed in 4 places but it was not my signature. They had me send copy of my drivers license to show my accurate signature and it is extremely obvious they are not one and the same. Instead of cancelling my account they did not respond to me but started charging my checking account $194/month and calling it an annual fee each month. After first month I noted this charge I called again and asked them to remove charge and cancel account. The person I spoke to said this would occur but she could not refund me my $194. I had gone to my bank prior to this being charged to my account and had put a stop payment for automatic withdrawal authorization under both names this company uses to my knowledge. They could not charge with either of these 2 name so processed through under a 3rd name so the bank would automatically process without my knowledge. I then couldn't dispute through affidavit since I did not attempt to do so within 24 hrs as apparently that is requirement when corporation to corporation though I am not a corporation I am a sole business owner of a very small salon. Today I received notice they have charged another $194 annual fee. When I called them today after much arguing they said they will cancel send me bill for remaining cancellation fee subtracting the monies charged to me as of the date I quit using their service. They agreed to send bill to my home and not charge my account but will probably due so if I don't pay this money I don't owe them by simply using another business name. They also told me the $194 was actually payments towards payoff of cancellation fee but that is not what the bill shows. It shows it as Annual fee every month and even if I paid this off every month until $2000 was paid I would have no proof I had paid it as that is not what bill says I am paying. The bill should reflect accurate label of any charge. I have informed them each and every time I talked to them that I would be informing the Revdex.com and seek legal counsel if necessary. This has not made them bat an eyelashDesired Settlement: A refund of the portion of the $2000 they have already deducted from my account and no further charges to me or my business checking account and a final closing of this account.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

You processed with us from March 2012 until June 2013. You spoke with representatives of our company of several occasions, and any concerns of your were immediately addressed. In June 2013, you called us after having switched to a new processor requesting to close your account. We did advise you that we have a rate guarantee, proposed specific lower rates, and encouraged you to send a statement or offer from the other company. We did not receive any response about the rates. Instead, you said that you did not sign the contract. This is the first time in 16 months of you processing with us that you indicated that you did not intend to sign up for or use our service. You did send us your driver license for signature verification, and the signature verified.

Your billing concerns have been addressed in telephone conversations. When we saw that you were charged the $194 for August we did advised that this would be refunded, but since the account is inactive and being closed, that it would be applied to the cancellation fee. We did not dispute this.

You also requested to have a bill sent to your home address. We agreed to do this, although this is typically not the procedure.

In regards to debits coming out of your account under “different company names,” those are only different descriptors that you are seeing. Different descriptors are for different types of charges. For examples, chargebacks are debited with a different description from month-end fees, and refunds (that you process to your customers) also have different descriptors, as do billing adjustments, and when funds are released after being held by [redacted]. We will be happy to look at the specific debits and to explain the descriptors that you are seeing.

Please feel free to call us at [redacted] if you would like to go over any aspect of your account.

Thank you.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am not disputing that they serviced my account. However, I never signed nor saw any contract and nothing with a clause that said I had a termination fee and the amount of that fee. Even the Contract with my forged signatures has no mention of a cancellation penalty or it's amount. I have a right to do business with whom I choose and to terminate that business at any time. My complaint is that to this date they have not shown me anywhere in writing anything that says I have agreed to a termination fee and the amount of that fee. This is because it does not exist. I have requested any documents to support this alleged cancellation penalty several times with no response. Again, because it does not exist. I do not wish to do business with these people and since I never signed anything that has a termination clause in it I should be able to terminate without penalty at any time and that is what I have chosen to do. This company has no authorization to withdraw monies from my account and should close this account ASAP as I requested in June. Any further withdrawals from my account would constitute fraud. To resolve my complaint this company needs to refund what monies they have charged since June, close the account and make no further attempt to withdraw or bill me for any additional funds.

Response:

The contract was sent to the merchant, and is attached to this email. The merchant submitted the driver license at contract signing and the signature was verified. The merchant is trying to avoid contract responsibility, and is claiming that she did not sign the paperwork. We have duly considered all the information available to us: all proper documentation being submitted upon contract signing, then continued processing for 16 months, merchant calling into merchant support during this time and speaking with company representatives for assistance multiple times, switching to a different company and calling to cancel the account, stating that the switch was made for rates, and then claiming that she did not sign the contract upon being advised of the cancellation fee. Given this evidence, it is clear that the merchant wants to avoid contract responsibility. We have advised the merchant that we are very competitive on rates and have a rate guarantee policy, according to which we will always beat or match any other processor’s rates. Thank you.

Review: I used Red Payments merchant services to process my credit card sales on 2013. Red Payments filed my 1099 K form incorrectly on 2013. I just want them to correct the error on my 1099 K form of year 2013. Here is the CORRECT information:
