The guys put a new furnace, split system ac unit in my parents house Tuesday Anthony, Robert, Harry did install Rodger their boss came by to check with me and my parents. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Initial call to manager was to establish that there was work left undone, and to establish possible solutions. The call never got that far. The manager stated that the price was the same whether 5 minutes of work was completed or 3 hours of work was completed, and insisted they have great customer service and ratings with the Revdex.com. My problem with this is (A) insisting you have great customer service and cutting me off in stating so is far from providing that great customer service. (B) if the cost is the same for 5 minutes or 3 hours, why wasn't there a greater effort made to fix the problem? The tech did what was necessary to get the water turned back on, and nothing more. Leaving me without a functioning front irrigation/sprinkler system. (C) NO offer to send the tech back out was made, during that conversation.

Finally, we have had all plumbing/irrigation problems remedied by a third plumbing company.

was inspected we noticed that there could be a concern with the leaching system so our technician made sure to properly mark it on the ADEQ report for the home sale. The ADEQ form was clearly marked as "functional with concern" due to the concern with the leaching system. This concern was even notated on the "Inspection Summary" portion of page 6 of the report. I have attached this page to the Revdex.com response so all parties can see how it was marked. This report is made available to the buyer, seller and agents for the home sale. We are not responsible for the buyer continuing with the home purchase when the concern with the septic system was properly marked and explained through the ADEQ report.

I was present when the inspection was done, no inspection was done of the system. The "concern " was not explained as to why when I asked the technician. The person was just there to pump the septic system empty and did not perform the certification correctly. What was done was just to answer the other uestions with "unknown " so they are off the hook as to accountability of performance of the procedure accurately.

The inspection and paperwork were both done correctly. All parties involved had access to the ADEQ report to know that there was a concern with the leach system. The customer went through with the home purchase knowing there was an issue. The buyer should have approached the concern with the seller of the home to make sure the leach system was repaired before the sell of the home was final.

this is the second time clint west came to our home to resolve a plumbing issue. I got a quick service date; and clint was quickly able to assess the issue, give me a quote for repair, and fix the problem quickly & professionally. reddiservices has a customer for life!

I found Reddi Services through [redacted] with lots of great reviews. When I called, they could see me same day, but I scheduled it on my next day off. I was given a two hour (8-10 am) arrival window, yet Jorge showed up exactly at 8 am. Normally companies arrive at the end or later than agreed time. Jorge P[redacted]-M[redacted] was polite, looked over the two toilets I was having problems with and priced out the work within 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was even willing to let me see the whole work process and explained the steps so I could determine what needs to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up after the work was done and explained the warrantee to me. I found him to be the easiest and reasonable service repair person I have ever worked had. I plan to ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs.

Thanks so much to Bob and his crew. They helped us out of a tricky situation caused bu another plumbing company, they picked up the pieces and Bob even came up with an idea for getting our plumbing back in working order without having to tear up our custom flooring, as home owners that made us extremely happy! We will be referring Reddi Services to our friends and family! Thank you again!

We had problems with drains backing up. Called Reddi Services. They were very helpful & came out same day. Benjamin A[redacted] was very professional & was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Explained everything he was going to do & did. Done in 30 minutes. He was very courteous & did great job. The prices were great too. Highly recommend them and will use them for any future work that needs to be done.

We had Bob and his crew do work for us here in Sun Lakes. He and Reddi Services have now become our go-to plumbers. The job involved permitting and Bob was more than happy to help us out with that with a positive outcome. All the work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. We would absolutely recommend Reddi Services.

On Monday, May 26th Mr. [redacted] called into Reddi Services for our company to come out and repair his hose bib because the home was not receiving water. That afternoon our technician [redacted] arrived on the job site to complete the necessary repair. Upon inspecting the repair the Reddi Services...

technician [redacted] found that the prior plumbing company that had visited the [redacted] residence had not completed the hose bib repair properly and in doing so was the cause of water not reaching the home. Before Mr. [redacted] started any plumbing repairs he quoted the price to Mr. [redacted]. At that time Mr. [redacted] called his wife to inform her of the amount and they both agreed to the price that the technician Mr. [redacted] had quoted. Once Mr. [redacted] had completed the hose bib repair he tested the home to make sure it was once again receiving water which it was. While writing up the invoice Mr. [redacted] gave Mr. [redacted] a discount since he and his wife had first heard about Reddi Services on the radio. Once Mr. [redacted] was given the invoice he signed and paid for the work that was done. On Wednesday, May 28th Mr. [redacted] called into Reddi Services with a couple questions regarding the charges. During the conversation with the Service Manager [redacted] Gravatt, Mr. [redacted] stated he was concerned he was charged $140.00 for the work that was performed on Monday, May 26th that took the technician [redacted] less then an hour to complete. Mr. [redacted] assured Mr. [redacted] that the charges were correct and that Mr. [redacted] had charged him a flat fee for the repair which included labor and parts. Mr. [redacted] explained to Mr. [redacted] that Reddi Services charges a flat fee on any plumbing repair so prices stay consistent no matter the length of time the repairs take and no matter what technician completes the job. Mr. [redacted] mentioned his irrigation system was not connected properly and at that time Mr. [redacted] informed him that the repairs done Monday, May 26th were under warranty and if anything else needs to be done Reddi Services would be happy to send Mr. [redacted] back out to the residence to take a look at the issue. At that time Mr. [redacted] declined for anyone to come back out to the home. Reddi Services would be happy to take a look at the irrigation system if Mr. [redacted] chooses to do so. Reddi Services stands behind their correct price of $140.00 for the repairs made on May 26th that included parts, labor and tax. Reddi Services apologizes for any confusion or inconvenience Mr. [redacted] may have experienced as all of our customers are extremely important to us.

We apologize that Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with the previous response from Reddi Services. During the initial conversation with Mr. [redacted] the warranty on the work completed was mentioned and Mr. [redacted] declined. The warranty was again brought up in the first written response from Reddi Services and the warranty is also written on the front of the invoice that Mr. [redacted] signed off on upon the completion of the repair. Reddi Services would be happy to come out and assess the work that was completed to find a solution to the irrigation system since all of the work preformed is under a six month parts and labor warranty. All of our customers are very important to us including Mr. [redacted]. Reddi Services will be ready to help him with any future repairs he may need completed.

Middle of AZ summer, we began having issues with our home a/c. We had used reddi services once before, only because of there prompt service. A technician came out and diagnosed a bad condenser fan motor, he replaced the motor and our unit worked again, but was very loud. After about a day and a half our unit stopped working again. We called them again, technician came out again and told us our compressor went bad. The technician said it is not recommended to replace the compressor at about 3000$ cost and suggested we replace the unit because our unit is r22 freon and it's being converted to r410a. I had already opened my unit to check on stuff and knew that ours is already r410a. He then quoted us 7500-10500$ to replace our unit, I then looked around online just to verify prices on a compressor and they range from 600 to 900$ but would be 3000$ for them to replace it????

Seems to me the technician was just trying to make a big sell, either way 3000$ for a compressor or 7500-10000$ for a unit he never even offered to replace the compressor.

On the evening of Saturday August 15th Mrs. [redacted] sent en e-mail inquiry to our company e-mail address stating she had spoken with one of our Customer Service Representatives. During that call our representative told Mrs. [redacted] we would not be able to take care of her repair because we are not...

currently servicing the [redacted] area due to unforeseen circumstances. At the completion of the call my representative contacted me to make me aware of the situation and at that time I decided to respond to Mrs. [redacted] e-mail. In my e-mail response that Mrs. [redacted] already provided I stated that we were not currently able to service the [redacted] area and because of that I would refund their entire bill from the service we provided her on 7/20/15. Only $59 out of the $224.88 we charged her that day involved her air conditioning system but I decided we would refund the entire bill out of courtesy since we were not able to handle her homes emergency. The refund was processed Monday morning August 17th as I stated it would be and Mrs. [redacted] should find the refund check in her mailbox in the upcoming days. Our company never has and never will advertise any false information. Although we have not been able to service the [redacted] area for the last couple weeks we will be starting to do so again soon. To whom is may concern,On the morning of February 18th, 2014, Mr. [redacted] called into our offices at Reddi Services requesting service for a drain that had backed up and was flooding his office. Our dispatcher shortly thereafter sent one of our technicians to the job site. The technician...

was on site for a couple of hours and did not have success in clearing the line. Our technician decided it would be good to get another pair of eyes on the job to help with the blockage. The second technician was on site for over four hours attempting to clear the line, also with no success. At that time the second technician scheduled a third technician to come out the following day to help with the issue. On February 19th the third technician showed up and was on site for a couple of hours. The third technician also had no success in clearing the line and all three technicians believed the line to be damaged somewhere in between the building and the city sewer. The third technician decided to turn the job over to one of our supervisors in an effort to view the line with a camera to find out where the possible problem could be coming from. Our supervisor attempted to call Mr. [redacted] on a couple of occasions and left a voicemail for him to call back and schedule a time but never heard back from him.  Our charge for the services above was $200 total.On February 24th Mr. [redacted] called into Reddi Services with questions regarding the service that was provided on the 18th and 19th. The customer service team send  the information to our Service Manager and he called Mr. [redacted] back later that afternoon. During the conversation Mr. [redacted] told the Service Manager of the issues that he believed occurred during the service calls.  Mr. [redacted] told the Service Manager he felt that Reddi Services had "abandoned" the job. Our Service Manager assured Mr. [redacted] that was not the case and informed him the supervisor who operates the sewer camera had called him and left a message to set up a time but was never called back. At that time Mr. [redacted] informed our Service Manager he already had the issue taken care of by [redacted] but felt that Reddi Services should cover the charges for what was done. Mr. [redacted] also stated that the third Reddi Services technician that was on site on Febuary 19th broke a toilet while trying to clean the line. The Service Manager stated that if this was the case then Reddi Services would need to send a field supervisor out to the site to view the toilet and if we had broken it then we would cover the charge for replacement. Mr. [redacted] became very impatient and said that he did not want anyone from Reddi Services to come out since everything was already taken care of. The Service Manager stated that in order for Reddi Services to possibly pay for the toilet we would need to view it first and make sure the damage came from us.  Mr. [redacted] again declined so the Service Manager asked him exactly what he was looking for. Mr. [redacted] said that Reddi Services owed him "thousands of dollars" because he expected us to cover all of the charges from [redacted].   Our  Service Manager informed Mr. [redacted] that Reddi Services would refund the $200 charged to him but we  were not responsible for any work that [redacted] provided to his business. Mr. [redacted] then became extremely belligerent because we would not comply with his demands.  Our Service Manager again reiterated that Reddi Services would refund him the $200 but would need to view the toilet before any refund was made. Again Mr. [redacted] declined and his parting words were strongly profane.   Reddi Services did not hear from Mr. [redacted] until July of 2014.  We believe that five months after the fact makes it extremely difficult to find the facts of the situation and is very unusual for there to be that lapse of time between communications. Our offer stands of being willing to resolve the situation by refunding our initial charges of $200. Thank you for your consideration in working to find a resolution to this unfortunate circumstance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Benjamin A[redacted] of Reddi Services (Jan Ashford Plumbing) did an outstanding job after another plumber declined to do the repair on my galvanized pipe leak. He came out late in the same day that I called (a Saturday) and reviewed my problem, told me what he could do and promised to return the next morning to fix the leak. He arrived as promised the next day and took extra steps to deal with a difficult repair, both in terms of location (crawlspace) and the nature of the leak. He also advised me about what my long term needs would be regarding my overall plumbing situation and arranged to have his supervisor come to give me a written estimate. The amount he charged for his time and effort was very fair, and I would recommend Benjamin A[redacted] highly to anyone.
