I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Initial call to manager was to establish that there was work left undone, and to establish possible solutions. The call never got that far. The manager stated that the price was the same whether 5 minutes of work was completed or 3 hours of work was completed, and insisted they have great customer service and ratings with the Revdex.com. My problem with this is (A) insisting you have great customer service and cutting me off in stating so is far from providing that great customer service. (B) if the cost is the same for 5 minutes or 3 hours, why wasn't there a greater effort made to fix the problem? The tech did what was necessary to get the water turned back on, and nothing more. Leaving me without a functioning front irrigation/sprinkler system. (C) NO offer to send the tech back out was made, during that conversation.
Finally, we have had all plumbing/irrigation problems remedied by a third plumbing company.

I noticed water leaking from the bottom of my toilet a few days ago. The next morning, my wife and I went to buy a new one. While at the store, we saw the sign for installation that started at $99. We called for an over-the-phone estimate which quickly turned into $299. Instead of dealing with their vague explanation of service, we called Reddi and asked if Ben was available to do the job same day. Ben had done some work on our shower last year so we knew we'd be in good hands. Ben came out later that day and was professional, courteous and timely, just like the last time. Thanks to Ben A[redacted] for being there for us.
My husband and I really like PePe very professional he explained what he was doing very easy to talk with. If we need any other pluming done we will use this company and ask for PePe. Great job...great customer services.

On Sunday, 11/6, I awoke to toilets, tub, and showers backing up. I called Reddi Services for HELP. Within 2 hours a very professional young man (Benjamin A[redacted]) came to my rescue. After looking things over he said "no problem I will have all working well in about 30 minutes. In 30 minutes on a Sunday all problems were taken care of. Benjamin is professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. He told me what he had to do then walked me through it after he was finished. I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. Excellent plumber, great job, and very reasonable price. Thanks Benjamin.
Benjamin A[redacted] with ReddiServices came out to our home to help with a clogged drain and was very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the service we recieved and will be using reddi services again.
The service call was on time. The technician was polite, and efficient. Seemed willing to help and was honest in his responses to my questions. He did not "hard sell" me on anything. Which I very much appreciated. The job was done. It was done quickly and correctly. VERY happy with them. The technician's name is Jorge P[redacted]
[redacted] from Reddi Services came today to fix a leaking pipe. They came out the same day. [redacted] was very polite, cleaned up after and completed the repair very quickly, I would definitely use their service again, if needed, in the future.
Reddi Services has saved the day again - the Saturday before our Mothers' Day party, and the kitchen drain stopped up! Bob was on duty and came to the rescue and with his expertise managed to solve a tricky plumbing problem and got us up and running again! We appreciate all the Reddi technicians but Bob really came through for us this time!
[redacted] came to our home for a terrible smell coming from an ice maker no longer in use. He had a big smile on his face and he was ready to help. [redacted] is very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained what he was doing and thinking as he worked. In no time at all he figured out the problem and offered solutions. I would request [redacted] if/when I have another plumbing problem. Thanks [redacted]!
After Ben fixed the leak under the sink, he managed to get the garbage disposal unstuck. It hadn't worked for ages. I've used Reddi Services ever since we moved to Arizona in the "80s and have always been pleased with the excellent work they've done.
Gerald S. has been out to my house several times to care for various plumbing issues - he is always polite and prompt. His work is excellent and I continue to request him.
I just want to say that Reddi Services is the best thus far for A/C and heating and has one of the most pleasant techs [redacted]. He was so understanding and explained everything to me ad well as he showed me what he was doing. He and the business is very honest.

Our hot water heater went out and was leaking all over. We called Reddi Services due to all the positive reviews on [redacted]. I should also mention this happened during the recent record-breaking rainstorms in the valley. An appointment was made promptly and before long [redacted]. was at our door. Anyone affected by the recent rains knows how difficult it was to get around so such fast response was a surprise to us. Several other providers listed on [redacted] told us they weren’t making appointments due to the weather. [redacted] diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything on his truck to complete the job. He also recommended a dry-wall person to fix the damage done by the leaking water heater.
Before long a new American made water heater was installed and working perfectly. The entire job was cleaned up like he had never been there. [redacted] made such an impression that we will be calling Reddi this spring when we plan on replacing our home AC units. We highly recommend them, especially [redacted].
Fast, on time, polite, they clean up. Bob & Robert know what they are doing.
I have used Reddi Services three times and all my experiences have been Very positive. The past 2 times, the technician was [redacted], who was very prompt, efficient and professional. He made excellent recommendations about what needed to be done, i.e., replacement of a toilet and hot water heater, and the most cost-effective way of doing this. I will use Reddi Services in the future and will definitely request [redacted] if he is available.
Review: I had a plumbing issue and called this company. They sent a guy named [redacted] out. It was a leak in my bathroom, coming from under the toilet. After cutting the drywall to check the pipes, including looking in my ceiling for a leak, it turned out the problem was under the toilet. He fixed it. While he was here I asked if this company also did AC checkup and maintenance. He said they did, and I asked for him to check my AC to be sure everything was ok, in case a problem arose in 110 temperatures. He checked it and said all was fine. This was July 20th. Today is Aug 15th, and my AC is not working. I called and the guy named "[redacted]" told me they no longer service my area and the serviceman that had come out was no longer with the company. They advertise 24/7 service no trip charges, and emergency service and would NOT come out. Since the bill that Mr. [redacted] wrote me was not itemized in the way it showed he serviced the AC, they told me they are not sure it was done. Since he doesn't work there anymore, no verification could be done on this service. They told me they cannot come out and fix my AC I would have to call another company, and apologized for the website that shows they come out 24/7 for their work. They basically told me they WILL NOT honor the 30 day guarantee for the service preformed, and will TRY to refund my money for this service. This company even sent me a $25 gift card for the next time I needed there service! What good is that? I am now stuck on a Sunday with no AC and any other company I call wants a weekend emergency fee to come out that is over $275! The website advertising is false, and I am VERY unhappy with this company!Desired Settlement: Below is the answer I got from them this morning. There was NO call last night, and although a FULL refund would be acceptable, it is not what I wanted. I wanted them to honor there 30 day guarantee and come out and fix my AC. They refused, due to what is said in this email I received today. I have no AC it will be another 110 day today, and I cannot get another company to come out with being charged an emergency fee for Sunday! I understand that sometimes things break that no one can foresee, but they should have sent out someone yesterday or today to look at my AC and fix it, not tell me they no longer service [redacted] area! This has only been 3 weeks since they were out here! Why send me a gift card to use the next time I need service, if they are planning on not servicing my area anymore? Should have sent a card telling me that!

I apologize for the inconvenience that we may have caused you. As of two weeks ago we are not currently servicing the [redacted] area. I understand our website is confusing in regards to our [redacted] service and we are working on getting that fixed. When our office is open again on Monday morning I will make sure your full invoice is refunded from the service performed on 7/20/15.
On the evening of Saturday August 15th Mrs. [redacted] sent en e-mail inquiry to our company e-mail address stating she had spoken with one of our Customer Service Representatives. During that call our representative told Mrs. [redacted] we would not be able to take care of her repair because we are not currently servicing the [redacted] area due to unforeseen circumstances. At the completion of the call my representative contacted me to make me aware of the situation and at that time I decided to respond to Mrs. [redacted] e-mail. In my e-mail response that Mrs. [redacted] already provided I stated that we were not currently able to service the [redacted] area and because of that I would refund their entire bill from the service we provided her on 7/20/15. Only $59 out of the $224.88 we charged her that day involved her air conditioning system but I decided we would refund the entire bill out of courtesy since we were not able to handle her homes emergency. The refund was processed Monday morning August 17th as I stated it would be and Mrs. [redacted] should find the refund check in her mailbox in the upcoming days. Our company never has and never will advertise any false information. Although we have not been able to service the [redacted] area for the last couple weeks we will be starting to do so again soon. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

He was very professional, fixed everything promptly, and then explained how I can avoid further problems with the older pipes I have.
I would highly recommend them.
