We have used Reddi Services three times within the past year. Each time, Reddi Services' employee, [redacted], has come out to handle the job. We were so impressed with [redacted] the first time, that we specifically requested him for the second and third job. [redacted] is conscientious, hardworking, and leaves the jobsite clean as a whistle. Best of all he gets the job done right.

We had Jorge P[redacted] with Reddi Services out to unclog our drains. Jorge P[redacted] had excellent customer service skills, was very knowledgeable, and professional. We hope the next time we need plumbing help that Jorge P[redacted] is our service specialist.

Bob from Reddi Services did a great job. Called first before coming. Did a professional job while here. There were no surprises. And he was pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up the workspace which I appreciate. I would recommend his work.

We had a pipe burst in our home recently. [redacted] from Reddi Services responded to the situation and was able to get it fixed for us. He came to our home twice and both times he was prompt and efficient. He kept his work area very clean even though he had to go into the walls to get to the pipes. He was very careful to test the work after it was done to make sure it fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work he did. [redacted] was able to turn a major inconvenience into a good experience. I am vey grateful for the help we received and I would certainly use Reddi Services in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I contacted Reddi Services and they scheduled an appt. that worked for me. They were on time. The Representative they sent was Chris S[redacted]. He was polite, very knowledgeable and honest. You can tell by the way he diagnosed our problem that this is an honest business who wants to the right thing for their clients.

Gerald S[redacted] arrived on time and solved my problem, fixing a leaky faucet very quickly. I would definitely recommend Reddi Services.

I needed the services of Reddi to unplug my bathtub and toilet. It was a very difficult plug which one plumber had tried and was not successful. But [redacted] with Reddi Services assured me he could complete the job to my satisfaction. He explained what he was going to do, answered all of my questions, and promptly went to work. It as a difficult job but he was finished his work and freed up our bathroom drains. He carefully went over the bill, explaining what he had done and what guarantees I had. All in all, [redacted] did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his service.

[redacted] came out to help us out with a backed up sewer drain at midnight last night. There was absolutely no hesitation to send out a service specialist at that time of night when I called Reddi Services. [redacted] arrived quickly, was very professional, personable, and happy even at midnight! He diagnosed the problem quick as a wink and fixed the clog while explaining what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. And the best part was that there is absolutely no extra charge for a midnight service call! Reddi Services charges the same flat rate no matter what day it is or what time it is! I LOVE THAT! The charge was more than fair. I highly recommend Reddi Services! I'm only calling Reddi Services for my plumbing/AC needs in the future. Thanks [redacted]! You're my hero! [redacted]

Reddi Services sent out a tech to handle a drain stoppage, a [redacted] job. Their dispatch gave a time frame, called back when an earlier time opened up, and the tech was here promptly. Mr. Jorge [redacted] was professional in his approach, courteous, engaging and, evidently, knowledgeable. After several attempts with different approaches at one clean out proved unsuccessful, Mr.[redacted] moved to another clean out and, after moving our washer, was successful unclogging our drain. Price was cheaper than my usual plumber. A most positive transaction. Reddi Svcs. is now my usual plumber.

We used ReddiServices today for a plumbing problem.

wonderful job before. He is thorough, knowledgeable and
courteous as well as honest. We like this company and

The receptionist put me in touch with Bob M[redacted] and he was great! He scheduled time to come out personally with the Service Technician, Jose, who could scope with the camera and find the issue with our pipe. They both arrived on time. Once the problem area was located, Bob called Mickey to come out the next day and perform the work. He had to access the pipe through our floor and wall to replace the damaged area. All three were courteous, professional and punctual. Our issue is fixed and I couldn't be happier with this company. (One of their competitors quoted more than $4000 over what we paid. Another plumber was unable to correctly diagnose and fix the problem.) Reddi Services did the work for a reasonable price. I will absolutely call them in the future for any of the services they provide, should the need arise.

[redacted] came to our house the same day we called. He was prompt, courteous and super helpful. I was pleased with the job he did and would recommend Reddi Services to anyone. We have used them for many years and have never been disappointed.

ReddiServices plumber, Gerald S[redacted], took care of 2 plumbing jobs in our home last week. He is quick, neat, and very pleasant to talk to. He has worked with us before and it is very reassuring to see the same service person or to be able to ask for the same person again. We continue to be very satisfied with the service we have received from ReddiServices over several years. Thank you very much.

I can't explain how happy we were to have Gerald S[redacted] show up at our home. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the service call and fixed our water heater in no time. Very professional and even early. Thank you Gerald….our family of 6 is now back to hot showers!

I have been using Reddi Services for many years. They always do an excellent job repairing air conditioning, heating and plumbing issues! A special thank you to Frank M[redacted] for doing such a great job repairing our air conditioning today. He showed up on time, explained exactly what was wrong and was able to fix our problem quickly. I am happy to recommend Reddi Services!

[redacted] was very helpful and knowledgeable in fixing our irrigation line. Very Friendly Service and assisted in telling us what was needed to be done to fix the problem on hand.

[redacted] at Reddi Services is the best! He came out and repaired my toilet that wouldn't stop running. Within just a few minutes, the toilet was back to normal and was not making any more loud, obnoxious sounds--just like new! He was very professional and kind..my dogs even loved him!! Two thumbs up!
