I have ordered three different times from Redline Steel and have been very happy with my orders. In total we have 6-9 pieces from them and love the quality of work. We especially like the items are made in America and Veteran owned. Reading other comments, time it took for order to arrive was mentioned. Our orders arrived quickly, and it is mentioned on their site custom orders take longer.
I've had friends also want to order from them due to the quality of our pieces.

I have purchased several items online and am very pleased with the product and the service. The quality is great and now that the busy Christmas season is over, they are shipped immediately. I ordered some Christmas gifts in Nov. and was worried they would not make it in time, but they did. I am a very satisfied customer.

I've ordered 2 items. Both arrived in short order. The quality beats anything I've ever seen. My mailman played Hulk and bent an item so it would fit in my mailbox. The package was clearly marked, DO NOT BEND. I was sent a replacement literally the next day. I'd never hesitate to order again. Thx.

I received my 18" Tree of Life today from Redline Steel. It is so gorgeous.. Powder-coated so paint won't chip. Made in the USA. Owned and operated by veterans. I Support our veterans! I would definitely recommend this company

I ordered an item for their Hurricane Harvey fundraiser. After I paid I was told that there was a ridiculously long lead time of 60 days before the items would ship (ordered 20). Tried numerous times, more than I can count to contact Redline via email, phone, and messages through their website to cancel the order. Absolutely no response. They do not have POOR customer service, they have NO customer service.
