During one of their busiest times last Christmas, we ordered one of the distressed flags. They apologized for not being able to handle the volume of orders and admitted that their customer service sagged a bit. But our product shipped BEFORE Christmas (which we needed) and was so very well received by its new owner that it spurred a few others to order as well. They have a dynamite product which high demand which makes it tough on small business. Our experience will bring us back to Redline Steel again!!
