I've ordered several times from RLS/ Colin and its excellent quality and personalized touches. Colin even took the time to thank me in an email at Christmas.

They said I ordered 2 products at separate times and I never did why would I order 2 of the same.
I talked to someone there and told them I'm sending it back and asked for my money back because I never ordered it he said ok. We'll they have the product back and I never received my money back someone called and told me I can't get my money back when I was told on phone I could

We show 2 orders placed. One on 12/08/19, and one on 12/12/19. Please know that we do not question when there is 2 or more of the same order as customers order that way all of the time. We just send out what you ordered. I apologize for the confusion, but all sales are final on Monograms as it states on our website. I will attach a screenshot for your reference. Custom Monogram orders are final and again we have customers place the same order a lot, so its not something we check. Due to the situation, contacting within 24 hours we might have been able to help you with some form of resolution . Again, I apologize for the confusion. We have email records/proof of the communication between our customer service and customer regarding this situation. I apologize that this happened, but our policy is our policy for a reason and unfortunately I can not make exceptions otherwise there would be no need for the policy. If there is anything else I can help answer, I would be happy to do so.

Because I never ordered 2 and they have my money and I was told on the phone that they would return my money and also they have the product which they can sell again.

I understand your frustration, and I am sorry that this happened. Again, because the orders we're placed 4 days apart and CUSTOM MONOGRAM orders can not be refunded or canceled once order is placed. This is our company policy. 1 order was placed Dec 8,and another Dec 12 ????
