I'm always a little skeptical when purchasing from a company for the first time. Redline made my first time experience a pleasure and the shipping was fast. I would highly recommend to anyone who has any doubts. It will not be your last purchase from them.

Redline Steel never fails to make us happy with each of our purchases. I have been so pleased each time, having given several pieces as gifts to my closest friends. My husband is even looking forward to having them make a specific custom design for his Clan crest. Cannot leave a negative review. In spite of being asked not to be contacted by redline because of the absolutely atrocious experience I have with them I continue to get emails and advertisements from them there are better competitors out there use them. Redline will not allow me to comment on their website but sent me an email saying they would give me a coupon if I gave them a five star review. Many of the positive reviews are solicited in that manner

Redline has a nice array of products and work hard to manufacture and finish their quality items. I've bought a number for myself and gifts for others. Any customer services are resolved promptly and to your satisfaction. If you haven't ordered from them yet, give them a try. I think you'll be more than happy with their products.

I ordered 2 items which came with a 3rd for free, I have only received 1 of the items an have got no response to my e-mails.

Delivery of the one item I did receive was past the 4-6 weeks it was supposed to take, the other paid item of $16.49 and the "free" item I have not received nor had response to my emails about them.

The quality of the items is excellent. I was also surprised at the quick delivery. I would recommend this company to my family and our friends.

I love everything about this piece of art: my favorite shape (heart), color (red), and the tree (with adorable birds on the branches). It is so well made, cut nice and crisp, with no ragged or sharp edges. It was also shipped very quickly and is now hanging in our family room. I also love that it was made by Veterans who deserve our business and praise for everything they've done and do.

I LOVE this company!! Their products are of superior quality, and I have never had a problem with the buying experience. I have been purchasing their products for over 2 years and have been highly satisfied with each item. Late Tuesday night before Father's Day, I decided to order an item for my dad for a gift. I was worried about receiving the item in time to give to my dad on Sunday. To my surprise, I received the item on Thursday!! And the product quality was excellent, as usual!! When a different piece arrived other than what I had ordered, I contacted Customer Service by email and they responded the same day, asked a couple "typical" follow-up questions to which I replied and my order was submitted immediately...which I then received in just over a week's time. I ordered a custom sign of our last name and marriage date. When it came in and my husband opened it, he smiled (this is a great emotional sign for him) He liked it so much that he won't hang it until he can seal it and have a matching screw (generally he doesn't care about art at all). This product is beautiful, well made, and reasonably priced. I sent pics to my mom and have already ordered her birthday present from Redline.
