I have purchased 2 of the metal flags from Redline Steel. Both are basically works of art. Gorgeous finish( I believe powder coating). Tons of compliments from people. Got the American and Texas flags from these folks. I absolutely recommend this company and their products. Great work and made in America!

I love their work! The metal is thick enough so that it doesn't bend easily and yet light enough to hang anywhere. The letters are fancy and their work is amazing!

I ordered the Tree of Life from Redline Steel, LLC and absolutely love it. The versatility of hanging it outside w/o worrying about it rusting is fantastic. With everything that I have purchased, the level of quality is fantastic. When I need something different than the average norm, this is one of the first places I look. I have used the items for decorations, (for both at home and also our church) and also as gifts for family and friends. I am so glad to order from such a company that puts vets at the top of their lists.

Purchased a address marker for our house, I purchased the larger of the two so the house numbers could be seen from the road, numbers are to small.
Purchased house number marker for the front of our house, I purchased the large one so that the numbers would be big enough to see from the road. Received item on July 2, 2019 and the numbers are only 1 1/2" tall on a large piece of thin metal. It is barely noticeable close up and can not be seen from the road. I believe that most towns, states require a minimum of 3" as our town does for these type of signs, something this company should have known before offering this product for sale. My order number is XXXXX. This is a useless piece of garbage that is an embarrassment to display anywhere. Company claims they can not refund money due to customization. They failed to supply an approved house number marker. It is a disgrace that this company is calling itself veteran owned and selling useless merchandise.

I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with this order. I can see on my end that the order was placed for an 18" Address Monogram. Unfortunately, every municipalities zoning code is different regarding house number signs, and even within those municipalities the rules can vary. Again, I apologize that you were not satisfied with your order, however as is stated in our Support Center, Terms and Conditions, and Shipping and Returns section -which do have links on every page of our website and are publicly available at all times- all custom made items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled outside of the first 24 hours from the time the order is placed. This is due to the fact that each custom order is made to order to the customers specifications, and cannot be resold. In the future, if you need to ensure an item meets specific sizes or any other concerns, I would recommend reaching out to our support team before the order is placed to ensure that the item will work for your needs.

I bought the larger item so that the numbers would stand out more than the smaller item. This cost additional money and the numbers should be larger to match the larger size. This does not look appropriate to the scale of the large size. Then why offer two sizes if the numbers are the same size and extremely small. The item does not serve its purpose. I will never be a customer again.
