Ordered an "Only 5 left" in stock item for Father's Day, money processed immediately at the time of purchase. Have not received anything.
Distressed Fireman Flag
Some type of notice! Why the false advertising??
I apologize for the confusion. I do have your order pulled up now. Order#XXXXXX placed on June 11th . I would be happy to assist you with your question on delivery. Our distressed FIRE flag are hand crafted, hand powder coated, hand bend so those do take a little longer to get through our production process. However, I will address your concern with our shop manager and see what I can do about getting your order pushed out sooner than the normal lead time. Once your order is placed for shipment you will receive a email with tracking information along with your tracking number.

Your "advertising " practices are misleading to say the least. I do not know the law practices of Alabama, but to advertise a product and use terminology " 5 left in stock" and now to turn around a spout your manufacturing fluff as the reason for your delays. I call BS. I sent emails asking for a refund, because I did not want to wait any longer to present my son, who is My hero a Father's Day present. I received NOTHING in response from your company. Father's Day has come and gone. Do you truly think I was going to wait to give home something?? I don't want the item now. If you would have addressed my email, or had a working phone or a truly active customer service chat like your web site falsely displays, you would have known my choice in this matter.
Why you're allowed to continue your false advertising on Social Media is beyond me! And with "New, Exciting Arrivals??" Get the "old, boring orders delivered First!!
We apologize for any confusion or frustration that this situation may have caused. The Distressed Fire Flag piece is not something that we keep in stock, as all of our pieces are made to order. We thank you for bringing this to our attention, and have since removed that notice from that product page to ensure no further confusion transpires due to that feature. However, as far as the Father's Day sale went, all of our advertising made on emails and social media clearly stated that orders made before June 9th would not be guaranteed for delivery by Father's Day specifically if the order contained a Monogram or a Flag. All advertising for the sale after the 9th stated that there was no guarantee for delivery by Father's Day, only the sale prices remained. Your order contained both a Flag piece and was placed on the 11th. Regardless of this, we did our best to put your order through as quickly as possible. All of our Flag pieces generally take upwards of 6 weeks to be created and shipped out. We had yours completed for you, shipped, and delivered in under only 3 weeks. Although this piece arrived to you later than you had hoped, we do wish that your son is greatly impressed with our work and can treasure the thoughtful gift for many years to come.
