I am very pleased with the Tree of Life I originally planned to use it as a door piece but it's too lovely to put it outside. We wanted it inside so we could enjoy it all the time so it is now in our living room. Delivery was very fast and the customer service is excellent.
Guess we'll have to get another piece for the front door.

I ordered the Tree of Life from Redline Steel. My order was beautifully crafted. I have it hanging on a wall where it is the first thing I see when I come in the house. It is beautiful and I love it. They were very kind and easy to work with.

Excessive wait time for delivery only to have wrong products delivered; lack of response to e-mail inquiries.
I placed an online order with Redline Steel on 11/26/2108 (order # XXXXXX) for $98.40 paid with my Visa card. I ordered 2 items: Flag - Rectangle, Medium 24" military green and Little eagle - small, 13" chrome and received a Fleur-De-Lis wecome sign, bronze for free with my order. Per the Redline Steel website, the orginial delivery time was estimated at 4-6 weeks. I contacted Redline Steel via e-mail on 1/10/19 as my items had not arrived after six weeks. I received an auto-generated e-mail reply stating "due to high volume of e-mails their response may be delayed up to 5-7 business days". On 1/17/19 I received a e-mail apologetic response that noted "... we have suffered through mechanical and equipment failures, delayed vendor shipments, and delays while moving to our new facility... we have equipped our departments with more staff, who are currently working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure that these Christmas orders are fulfilled and shipped out as soon as they can be. Orders impacted by this delay can take up to 3 weeks (if not sooner (in bold italics)) from the current date to be fullfilled and shipped" The e-mail was signed by *** Five weeks later on 2/18/19 I emailed the company again as my order had still not been shipped. No response from Redline Steel. I emailed again on 3/6/19 with no response from Redline Steel. I emailed for a third time on 3/19/19 with no response from Redline Steel. I finally received an email on 3/25/19 saying my order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On 3/28/19 which was seventeen weeks, yes 17 weeks, after my initial order my package arrived in the mail. And after 17 weeks of waiting, I open the package only to find that the 2 items I actually ordered and paid for were not what I received in the mail. What I received was the Fleur-De-Lis (this item was correct and was a free gift with my purchase) and they sent me a Dog Love sign (should have been a small chrome little eagle) and The Military Flag (should have been a rectangle medium flag with military green strip). There were no documents shipped with my order. The e-mail I received when my items were shipped did reflect the items I ordered and it does not match what I was sent. I immediately looked up the return policy on their webiste which in summary says "all items must be returned with a completed Return Authorization Form via UPS or USPS within 10 days at the customers expense. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days or without a Return Authorization Form. Shipping charges not refundable. A return handling charge of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount". Of note, I cannot find the Return Authorization Form on the website. I immediately emailed the company on 3/28/19 notifying them they did not send me the items I ordered. I included a copy of my original order along with a photo of the two incorrect items. Once again, I received an auto-generated email reply stating they were experiencing an unusually high volume of e-mails and that their response may be delayed up to 5-7 business day from the date of my most recent e-mail. As of today's date 4/8/29, I have heard absolutely nothing from the company. How can I meet their return policy if no one answers your e-mails??? I understand delays happen and sometimes those delays are out of the business' control but after 19 weeks, I still do not have the items I ordered.
I want a phone call from the company with instructions on how to return the incorrect items to the company AT NO CHARGE TO ME. I want the correct items I ordered shipped to me AT NO CHARGE within 7 business day. After waiting 19+ weeks, I don't think asking for my items to be shipped within 7 days is unreasonable especially since my items are not monograms or custom orders. I have given Redline Steel every opportunity to make this right and they have not even come close to providing adequate customer service. These items were chosen by my young daughter as a Christmas gift for her father and that's what she wants to give him (even if it is 4-5 months later). I am not asking for a refund, I want the items I ordered.
I apologize for the confusion on your order. I just received your complaint and would be happy to assist you with this. I will go right now and have our fulfillment manager fill your order and get it placed for shipment today ! You can keep or give to a friend the incorrect pieces you received.
I love these products. Genius idea for products, and I'm sure this young company didn't realized how fast and the quantity of orders would come in.
I ordered 7 Trees of Life for my first order! Everyone loved them!! I realized I didn't order one for myself. Today I'm ordering for myself and 2 gifts for later this summer. I give Redline time to make my order and they never have disappointed me!
