To anyone thinking about buying from Redline Steel, please do. I love what their product stands for. MADE IN AMERICA. Thankyou for being a made in America product. The coating on my steel "Love" piece is coming off in one corner and has began to rust :(

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on November 19th for a Christmas gift. A month went by and my order was still showing as "in production" so I emailed customer support, and received a generic email response saying all orders placed by December 5th would ship before Christmas.

Another week went by, and nothing, so I emailed again, and once again received a generic response stating all orders placed by December 5th would be delivered in time for Christmas. When I pointed out I had ordered several weeks earlier than that, I still got the same generic response. They didn't even bother to look up my order to see when IT would be shipped.

Then, on December 21st at 9:37pm EST, I received a mass email from the company saying my order would NOT be delivered in time for Christmas and that they were notifying me now so I could purchase a replacement gift. They gave all kinds of excuses in the email about why they could not fulfill my order, and apparently thousands of other holiday orders, before Christmas.

Despite all of these issues apparently going on with their company for months (as the email stated), I received constant promotional emails in November and December trying to get me to buy more AND I saw daily promotions on Facebook, all promising Christmas delivery.

I decided to look up reviews on this company and discovered they did the exact same thing LAST CHRISTMAS!

This is unconscionable. I now have no Christmas gift for my son in law. I also have no idea when my order will actually arrive. I have also emailed them several times asking them to change the ship-to address so it will go to him directly, since he lives in another state, and I've received no response.

Horrible way to treat a customer, especially at Christmas time, and especially if they did the exact same thing last year. This company should not be in business!

I love every item I've purchased from Redline Steel. The products are high quality, and the customer service is incredible! As a U. S. Navy veteran myself, I am especially pleased to support a business that is veteran owned and operated here in the United States!

I love this company. The work is high quality and beautiful.
I have my wall decorated and love it.
After the holidays I plan to order more.
Their service is top notch and I highly recommend them

I ordered 4 Christmas presents on November 15th. It's December 24th and no presents. I ordered keeping in mind the 4-6 week processing deadline. I emailed them on December 13th and received an auto-generated response (see below). You can tell it's auto-generated as the field for the order date is blank, with just a comma. Additionally, the paragraph about ordered before December 5th. Clearly I ordered well before December 5th. I emailed them again on December 22nd and no response.

So here we are, 4 people without gifts. Merry Christmas - not.

I will be contacting my credit card company on Wednesday to file a fraud claim.

I bought God is Good for me and I loved it so much I have bought 7 total . and gave them to my family and friends. Customer Service is excellent .

I purchased two of the 'God is Good' products. I was pleased that is was made well and durable. I hung it and posted it on Facebook and good wuite a few likes. I ended up giving the extra one to someone who wanted to know where I purchased it. I will be ordering another as a birthday present for one of my best friends. Thanks for such a variety of nice products to choose from.
