I do not understand why you will not respond to my emails, about the product I received from you, except with form letters. Twice I have sent you photos of the problem and still you appear too busy to help solve the problem of capitalizing a first letter of my order??? I have been very disappointed with your customer service, and I am your neighbor In Tennessee and would like for your business to succeed but you need lots of help with customer service.

I have ordered pieces that I am using in a cancer fundraiser and am very pleased with the awesome craftsmanship of the pieces.
