Redline Steel

Ordered on Nov 17 2918, advertise all orders by Dec 10 would be filled. Get a email on Dec 21 about 6:pm telling me that my ordered would not be filled. That I needed a back up plan if they were Christmas present. I ask what would they suggest I do for a back up plan since they had my money, answered telling me to print a picture of the item and give that. I did not order a picture I ordered merchandise. Then tell me I would be eligible for a 50.00 gift card to use in their storeNot Acceptable. Why would I want to order from them again. Asked for my money back and so fa they have not responded.

Ordered items October 27 and was assured items would be received for Christmas.
A month after I placed my order, I contacted Redline to find out when I could expect delivery. I was assured I would receive them in time for Christmas, that orders placed by December 5 would receive them in time. I ordered my items more than a month before the December 5 orders and I get mine at the same time? I received the items at 7 p.m. Christmas Eve. Two hours after exchanging gifts with those the items were purchased for. Had to buy them other gifts, and now I have these Redline items and no use for them. Anyone wanting to order anything from Redline had better allow a LOT of time.

This company has guarantee Christmas delivery if your product by December 5th, 2018. I ordered mine on November 18th, 2018.I'm not the only one either

Unable to contact company and no response to my email. It's been 4 weeks since I ordered online.
I ordered 2 monogrammed signs on November 26; order number XXXXXX. It was approaching 4 weeks so I sent them an email asking if order will be shipped before Christmas but I did not get a response. I just wanted an idea so that I can plan accordingly as this is a Christmas gift. Because I didn't get a response I looked online and found that I'm not the only person with this issue. On December 21 I received a general email explaining that they are extremely behind and I will not be getting my order by Christmas.
I am willing to wait the 4-6 weeks they advertised but do not want the product if they exceed 6 weeks. They were still advertising on Facebook even tho they couldn't fulfill orders on time. I wouldn't be writing this complaint if redline steel would just respond to emails and give us the choice to cancel our order if they can't fulfill their promise.

I got the LOVE sign in red with the 4 birds cut out and it's just beautiful and has a family meaning to me. You won't be disappointed if you get one!! The craftsmanship was top notch. Not a scratch or ding in it! It arrived really quick! I absolutely stand behind this company of veterans.

This is my second time ordering and it certainly won't be my last! Absolutely LOVE the products and have been spreading the word! You have a longtime loyal customer here!

I order three God is Good metal signs from Redline. I kept the gold one for my self and gave the other 2 , which were black, as gifts. Both parties loved them and put them on their gallery wall. I will be buying other things from Redline.

The products are incredibly well made and are affordable. They make wonderful gifts for others or for yourself! The items are always packaged in a way that keeps them safe during the travels and so that they are in mint condition when they arrive at your house. The items are typically processed quickly and email communication is always sent regarding the status of the items. I bought the love sign with the paw print on it for my daughter for Christmas. I wrote on the tag, to mommy from Brady ( dogs name)
She opened it and cried like a baby, she is 49 years old. She said I have never seen anything so beautiful!!!!
