Ordered on 4/28/2020 for a tackle box. It is 6/2/2020 and I have no received the box nor have I received an email confirmation for shipping. I have emailed two email addresses for them with no reply. I have called numerous times with no answer or return call. I have messaged on Facebook for them to block my messages without a response so I cannot message again. They have deleted my account through them so I cannot login to view my purchase history or cancel my subscription with them anymore.

I just want my money back for the tackle box I did not receive and I want to make sure no future charges come out of my account.

I got charged and never received a product.
I placed and order and was charged on 5/9/20 in the amount of $23.75. The order still shows unfulfilled on there website. I have made multiple attempts to reach them via email with no response what so ever. I am not overly concerned with the relatively small amount of money they got me for as it is the principle of the matter. I have browsed the extensive list of complaints against this company and am wondering why nothing has been done up to this point. I think this company should be looked into heavily for what looks to be actual theft. I would recommend you anyone stays far away from this company!

I paid for a subscription box on April 14th and as of today May 20th have still not received anything.
I purchased a subscription box from them on April 14th and it is now May 20th and I still have not received anything even though they already charged my account for over $30 their website says that I paid but my order has been unfulfilled and they are blocking me from canceling my subscription. This company has not sent my package and refuses to answer calls, email and Facebook messages. They are scamming people.
On April 17, 2020 I bought a "big catfish box" fishing tackle as a gift for a loved one. It was $34.02, my receipt number is #XXXX-XXXX, I have yet received the package and the package status online says "unfulfilled". I have called them twice as well as emailed them on 04/21/20 and 05/11/20 as well as Facebook messaged them today 05/13/2020 due to their everyday activity on Facebook. They also opened and viewed the Facebook message but have not responded. I have provided screenshots for proof of purchase and can also provide screenshots of my attempts to contact this company. I believe they are scamming people and should be shut down.

Took my money never delivered the product blocked me on social media and won't answer emails, can't cancel and they keep charging me.
On 1/30/20 I ordered my son a 3 month subscription (order #4576) to be delivered monthly. He never received a single product (supposed to get 3). I tried to contact them via email beginning in March, and they wouldn't answer. They have no phone number. I tried to contact them via social media and they blocked me. My daughter in law tried to contact them via social media and they blocked her! On April 30, I was again charged for a 3 month subscription order number 4965 $103.08. All my orders are marked unfulfilled. My bank won't refund me they said I need to cancel the subscription. This company doesn't give you an option to cancel. They just charge you and don't send a product. I want all my money back and I'd like this internet scam to end.

I began my subscription for the big linker box on March 8. The order was paid for and the money was deducted from my account. I kept Checking back and in my reel tackle box account it shows that my order is unfulfilled. I have Reached out to their support email and another email I found and I have Not received a response from them yet. I contacted My card company to dispute that amount and as soon as they opened a dispute and put a temporary credit back on my card I was Charged again. I checked Back and it says for the charge in April 12 that the order is unfulfilled so I now Have two paid for orders that are unfulfilled. I have Not found a contact number in order to speak to someone at all.

I think this company is a scam!

I would like my $118.98 back. I have disputed the charge with my bank as well.

Can not receive the product that I have paid for.
I originally started my first order back In October of 2019. Never once did I receive a product until 4 months later and well worth less than I paid for the product. I have now been renewed 2 more times with no way to cancel my subscription. My account shows that I have January, February, and March that have been paid and unfulfilled in orders. Now I am into April, May, and June and I know these won't get fulfilled either at this rate.

On February 9, I purchased a 3-month Big Bass Box subscription, valued at $131.07. The first box was to ship March 10. No email was sent saying the box has been shipped. Arrive, their company tracking/delivery service, shows the package has not shipped. No one responds to emails, and no phone number is listed on the website. I finally found a phone number on my sales receipt. Surprisingly enough, no one answers. I want my money back immediately.

I purchased there box and never received anything. Total scam, and after reading other reviews how is it they are still in business? Looks like they have been scamming people for quite awhile now. I was billed for a box on January 16,2020 and no product has been received. I have tried to end my subscription for over a year with no response.
I complained to them on twitter and I have been blocked. 1/16, 1/18, 2/1,2/4/20 with no reply. I have called and left messages with no reply. I do not have my older emails but there was never a reply. Their subscription system does not allow you to cancel and you cannot remove your credit card. I reduced my subscription to "0" quantity but you think it takes it but then it pops up as "1" again. The only way to "manage your subscription" is to "skip" shipments. I missed adding in a skip so I was billed but never received the goods.

I ordered the big walleye box in January, was charged that day and received nothing. I signed up for one month and they immediately added 6 months of orders, which appears to keep adding since now a 7th month is showing. They have a counter at the bottom stating boxes ship each day, this is outright false advertising. They are completely a scam and not in any way a legitimate business. The FTC should prosecute this.

Ordered a three month subscription in November for my son for christmas. It was 85.00. I received ONE shoebox of crap, charged again last week 85.00

No one will return phone calls or emails.
