My acct has been charged 4 times for boxes I have never received. Unable to reach business.
December 2, 2019, I ordered a one time subscription for a Christmas gift. The box was never received. My account has since been charged in Jan, Feb and Mar for boxes that have never been received. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, phone and facebook. I have never received as response. So far this company has attempted to abscond with $151.92. Fortunately I have been able to return the charges; however, I have been told by my financial institution that I will have to cancel my card and reissue meaning all of my legitimate preauthorized withdrawals will have to be changed. This is a major inconvenience.

I wish to have this company STOP debiting my account for a product they do not deliver. I wish to cancel/stop this 'subscription'.

3-month Ice Fishing subscription box ordered and never received, then charged again when I did not order another box.
On November 29, 2019 I ordered a 3-month ice fishing box subscription from ReelTackleBox.com as a Christmas present for my husband. I was charged $165.33 to my American Express card. Receipt #XXXX-XXXX.

After 3 months I had received nothing from Reel Tackle Box despite having emailed on at least 6 different occasions and leaving multiple messages on their answering machine. I received no replies.

Then on February 29, 2020 Reel Tackle Box charged my credit card another $165.33. Receipt #XXXX-XXXX.

They did this despite the fact I have never received my order from November AND despite the fact my initial order was for one 3-month subscription and nothing more.

Desired Outcome

Thankfully I used my American Express card to pay for the subscription that never came and the subsequent charge I did not approve. American Express has credited my account for both charges. The only resolution I am seeking by filing this complaint is adding my voice to others who have been cheated by Reel Tackle Box so we can warn others about their fraudulent business practices. I thought I had done my due diligence by doing internet research about the best fishing subscription services available, but I sure wish I'd gone to the Revdex.com website first and read all the Revdex.com complaints against Reel Tackle Box before I decided to do business with them. Lesson learned.

I only gave them one star because it requires some rating - it should be a zero star rating. I bought a subscription for my husband last year for Fathers Day. It has been a nightmare - to the point that I had to cancel the credit card I ordered with because they would not stop taking money from my account. We only received one box that was not worth $5.00. We only received it after turning the company in as fraudulent. They then charged my credit card - for the second time - even though I had sent numerous emails to stop the subscription. They will not answer emails or phone calls. Do not order from this company.

At this point I just want to cancel service. Emailed 11 months ago it was canceled for one month then they continued to bill.
At first box was fine. I wanted to change it and no response, then I moved and simply wanted to change address and again no response at all. So at this point I want to cancel the box and I have called and wrote multiple emails and even tried social media but was blocked by Reel Tackle Box I did get one confirmation that my box would be canceled in February 2019 and it was canceled for one month. The next month they billed again and no response at all when I asked why. Haven't received a box in months but they never fail to bill for something that they never send out anymore.

Just to stop being billed. A refund would be nice but highly unlikely anyone will get to contact these people.

December 26, 2019 a sum of $61.91 was taken out to start my subscription, order number #4564, I paid by debit card, then on January 26, 2020 another $61.91 was taken out for another box, I emailed the asking where my boxes were, they ignored it, then I asked on Facebook, ignored it until I said something on their page, then I asked again yesterday and they blocked me from commenting on their page or contracting them

Ordered a one time box and never received it. Was just charged again for a box for the next month and never ordered.
Purchased a one-time ice-fishing box on 12/12/19 using my credit card; I did not order a *** just a one-time purchase for ONE ice-fishing box.
Order #4387. Emailed 12/19/19 and then received USPS shipping information. Shipment still says In Progress as of 1/12/20. Emailed 12/31/19 and again 1/6/20 with no reply. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Still no reply from Reel Tackle Box.
Just today 1/12/20, received a receipt that I purchased another ice fishing box using my same credit card number for same price of $61.91 Order *** I never ordered a subscription service and I did NOT approve this January 12th purchase. I have emailed both [email protected] and [email protected]. To have this resolved, I would like a full refund from the company immediately and for them to delete my information (name, email and credit card information) from their system so this does not happen again.

Ordered subscription for spouse for Christmas...received 3 items with a total retail of $8 and some were duplicated. Want refund
Ordered a gift subscription for husband for Christmas. After multiple emails to company I thought he would be happy with the gift, but upon opening it, and seeing duplicate items and a total value of perhaps $8 in the box, he was highly disappointed. I have tried for weeks to contact the business to ask about cancellation and some refund, but no reply to emails and no calls returned. I would like a refund of at least $40 if not the full $62 paidI guess they need payment for the box sent, regardless of the quality/quantity-although I would like to return for a full refund as well. VERY disappointed with the service and lack of response to my complaint/concerns

This is a recurring monthly bill. Unable to cancel subscription and have never received product. No customer service responses to call and emails
This is a scam. 5 months of charges and no boxes ever received. When I called company no response and unable to contact by email. I continue to get billed $27.44 a month. There is no way to cancel and have been unsuccessful ever reaching anyone to cancel and obtain reimbursement for all of the Billings.

The company is providing false advertisement. Has not responded to multiple emails or phone calls.
I purchased a big ice fishing box for an Xmas gift. With the understanding that any product ordered on December 19th before midnight would be received before Christmas the page even said guaranteed. I never received any shipping information. So I called the second day after to see what was going on with my order,a well as sent several emails.there was probably a two day span where I didn't send any emails or make phone calls because I figured maybe there was shipping information and it just hadn't gotten into the system yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I have requested in my emails twice now for a refund I have called and asked for a refund and still have not gotten a return phone call. I just want my money back and don't understand why this company is still in business this man is ripping people off. And it wouldn't have made me as mad as it did. except for the fact that it was the only money that I was able to spend for my husband this year for Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift from my children to him. Not only did my husband not receive anything for Christmas but my children were let down because they weren't able to give their father anything for Christmas. I am furious with the false advertisement. Not to mention the fact that my sister got on to that Facebook page and posted a comment where it was guaranteed before Christmas. where she stated that I have called I have emailed and have not gotten any response back. Her post lasted about 30 minutes before he deleted it and the ability for anyone to comment on his post. So that right there tells you that his selling practices are deceptive and false I'm sure he was just looking for money for his pocket for the holiday season and all I want is my money back and to be 100% positive that I'm removed from any future payments.

I paid for a one time payment of $86.13 for three months of a product. They took my money and never received product. Can't stop payment on web page.

I purchased 2 boxes from this company and still haven't received what I have paid for. I received one box, and it had pretty much nothing in it. I sent an email, and they responded to it saying that I must have been sent out the wrong box, and they would make it right, but I haven't received anything else. I have emailed them several times without a response. The website is showing "fulfilled" for both orders, but when you click on track, it shows that the one box was delivered, but the other is showing that a label has been created, but the order is still sitting in Rockwall, TX since September 27, 2019.

Tried to cancel subscription, nowhere to do it online, and no response from customer service when asking for help.
I purchased a monthly subscription from reel tackle box on Dec 25, 2028 with the intention of canceling after 3-6 months. Their website says it is easy to cancel, "no questions asked." In May, I attempted to cancel online and couldn't find a place to do say. So I emailed customer service as they do not provide a number on their website. Nobody responded to me. I ended up continuing to pay through September because of the lack of response. I emailed two more times in September asking for assistance with no response. All I can do is "skip" a monthly shipment, and it seems I will have to do this indefinitely. If they do not cancel my subscription I will have to cancel the credit card associated with the account. I have now spent 5 additional months of the subscription than I wanted. It is $27.51 a month so a total of $137.55 that I would like returned to me and subscription immediately canceled.

On 09AUG2019 purchased online the reel tackle box monthly subscription. Item never received. Company was contacted multiple times by phone and email to request help. No response was received back from the company. Consequently on 01SEP2019 requested company cancel my subscription and refund for item not received. On 09SEP2019 The Reel Tackle Box charged my credit card again in spite of my request to cancel my subscription. Contacted the company once again to request my subscription be cancelled and money for two months now be refunded. Again no response from company. Researched complaints against company online and saw many people have had the same experience with Reel Tackle Company. Call credit Card company to block charges submitted by this company against my credit card but out $53.98 now.

My husband along with countless others have been robbed by this company ***. They do not have all payment history of my husband's but have taken his money of $30.33 every month for ten months with out shipping the product he ordered. He has tried canceling the subscription but the phone number for the company is never answered and emails are never responded to. They have blocked concerned customers from their *** page to prevent them from canceling their subscriptions. They have only responded to my husband once that was 5/2/2018, they have taken hundreds of dollars from him and he cant do anything about it. Transactions are from at least 4/27/2018 to 8/27/2019 with only a few boxes delivered.

I final got a hold of them and canceled my subscription and 1 year later they started charging me again for 38.20 for 4 months before I notice. They still haven't sent any product and continue to refuse to answer any method of contacting them on there website
