I continue to be charged for a subscription box to which I have never received. I am unable to unsubscribe and they have not responded to emails.
On 6/15/19 I purchased a one month only subscription box from Reel Tackle Box. The exact product name is "Big Catfish Box". I received email confirmation and was charged on 6/15/19 for order #3765. I was charged $29.95 plus $1.80 tax for a total of $31.75. This order was charged to my VISA card. I never received my order and my online account with them showed the order was "unfulfilled". On 7/15/19 I was again charged $31.75 for order #3889. I never received the order and my account shows this order as being "unfulfilled". I emailed this company twice attempting to have this subscription stopped and demanded a refund. The company has yet to respond. I was again charged on 8/15/19 for order #3997 in the amount of $31.75. Again, no order was received. I attempted to end my subscription via my online account through Reel Tackle Box. They do not have an option to unsubscribe or remove payment method. My account order history on the website even indicates ALL three orders were "unfulfilled". I have been charged a total of $95.25 for absolutely nothing. The company is completely unresponsive, and has no way to end the account or subscription. The only option online is to "skip" the next months purchase. I have gone through and skipped all upcoming purchases listed. However, I have very little faith I will not be charged. This company is a scam.

Ordered a 3mo subscription "fly fishing" subscription box on 6/11/19. Was sent a receipt and a confirmation of order. nothing was shipped or received.
On 6/11/2019 I ordered a 3mo subscription box for my husband as a father's day gift. I received a receipt on 6/11 for the $97.09 I was charged (receipt # ***). On 6/14 I received an email for a customer account confirmation. I emailed ReelTackle for a status update on my shipment on 6/12/19 and followed up with a voicemail on 6/15. Again on 7/20 I sent an email to (***) with no response. I left another voicemail on 8/5/19 with no response. We have not received anything in the mail. According to my account nothing has even shipped out. It stated that shipments go out on the 10th of each month, we have not received anything.

I placed my order on 5/20/19. The website falsley displayes a shipping time that counts down at the bottom of the page. In the FAQS it reads that all boxes ship on the 10th of each month. I waited untl the 10th of June as my order should have been sent at tha time, however, as of 7/5/20 the order has not been fulfilled. I have contacted the address provided on the website multiple times with no response. I have requested a refund for the product as it has not been received. This was purchased online with a visa card.

I purchased a big bass box and a big striper box on 4-19-2019. Order #'s 3536 and 3537. I never received them. I was then charged again on 5-19-2019 for 2 more boxes. Orders 3657 and 3658. I have emailed the company 5 times asking for a refund with no response. I have called the company 3 times leaving my contact info on the answering machine. No one has called me back. No one ever answers the phone. Its now June 30 and I have not heard from anyone. I have not received any of the 4 boxes I was charged for. My orders on my account on their website says unfulfilled. There's no way to cancel your subscription on their website, only postpone it month to month. I wasn't signing up for a monthly subscription just a one time buy but now that they have my credit card on file, they can charge me once a month. I'll have to call my bank and tell them not to pay these people anymore. They are just robbing people!! I just want my money back.

Emailed company on two different emails, called three times leaving voicemails with no contact back. I am unable to log in to my account now to cancel and have my credit card information removed.

Last year, I placed an order for a single box, after getting billed for a subscription the second month, I tried to cancel with no response. I suspended the rest of the "orders" for the remainder of the year. On May 02, 2019, I was billed for another round of subscriptions. After emails and calls to cancel my order and subscription, got no response, I was again billed on June 02, 2019. Again with multiple emails and call got no response. This company has not shipped any orders that are payed for and has not responded about a cancellation, refund, or even a shipment of wrongfully charged orders.

On or around 15 March 2019 I purchased the 3 Month Walleye box from Reel Tackle box. In mid-April I had still not received any product which was supposed to be sent out according to their website and my login around Mid-April. I called and left messages on their answering machine. I sent emails to which I received no reply. I was finally able to get in touch with them over Facebook IM and they told me they would send out the box on 29 April. I received nothing nor did I get any notification of any package shipping from them. I have tried to call multiple times, email multiple times, and hit them up on Facebook IM to which I get no reply's. I would like my product that I paid for or a refund of my money.

In February I purchased a stripper box for my husbands birthday. Money was withdrawn from my acct feb28. The box was supposed to be mailed March 10. I have yet to receive it. I tried emailing the support email on the page and I went to Facebook. They do not have a phone number. My confirmation email said they would update when shipped. Finally got someone on messenger and they said the box was returned. No postal service had any tracking info on this box that was returned. I keep messaging. They say it's sent and tracking info will be given to me. Still waiting. They have my money and I have no product. I asked for overnight shipping and they would not respond

Subscription order for 6 months and only 1 month was ever received.
In December 2018 I ordered a 6 month subscription for my husband for Christmas. The order number for this was 3093. The total I paid was $188.69 I received the 1st box in December.

On January 5, 2019 my debit card was charged again for an additional 6 boxes totaling $188.69 with an order # of 3217. After several attempts the company finally emailed me back saying I entered my subscription wrong and would automaticly renew every month and be charged $188.69. Apparently, according to them, I misunderstood when I did the inital sign up in December. I thought by entering a total of 6 I was paying for 1 box a month for 6 months. I disputed this charge with my bank and received a refund. Reel Tackle emailed and told me that I would receive a refund of $188.69 for the January charge but that I would also receive 5 additional boxes from the December order that I had already paid for. I received the email confirming the refund and 5 boxes on January 8, 2019.

I never received my box in January. On February 11, 2019 I emailed the company again and told them I never received my January box but I did get the credit for the January recharge.I never received a response. I emailed again on Feb 19 asking for a response about my missing boxes and never got a return email. I told them my next email would be to the Revdex.com if they could not respond.

Here we are in April, I have never gotten a response from them. I have never received any of the 5 boxes I have already paid for in full.

I would like for this company to refund me the difference for the boxes I NEVER received. I paid $188.69, an average of $31.44 per box. I received 1 box and feel that I am owed a refund of $157.20 I have emails from them stating I would receive 5 more boxes.

Ordered a Big Bass Box at 49.95 plus shipping of 3.79.
Ordered a product from the website on March 19. The website states that it will ship within hours. I received a confirmation and my credit card was immediately billed. Contacted the company on March 21 about shipment via their support email. No response. (Used ***@reeltacklebox.com) Contacted them again on March 22 via their Facebook account. Got an automatic reply but still no actual reply from anyone. Contacted them again via email to request a refund for the product that was never shipped. My order number is #3429. Unfortunately I didn't investigate this company via the Revdex.com before ordering. It seems that this happens to a lot of people. I've learned the hard way.

I tried multiple ways to contact about canceling subscription, got no response. I was billed for a second month but never received a the product.
I subscribed in December as a gift for my husband. When his box came in it was only one lure, not happy with the product we try to cancel. I sent emails, no response. I called and left voicemail, no response. There is no option to cancel on the web sight but you can suspend subscription monthly. On January 16th I was billed for the second box. I called and left voicemail requesting a call back, got no communication. I NEVER even received the box I was billed for on 01/16. I feel like I am being robbed.

Do not order from here. Zero response from email, calls, and online help. We received our first box however we were charged for 2 more and haven't received anything or heard from anyone. STAY CLEAR!!!!

I made a mistake in the quantity of product I ordered from the company, which the company said was corrected. I was still charged the wrong price.
On Friday, November 31st, 2018, I ordered the Big Fly Fishing Tackle Box subscription online from Reel Tackle Box Co, order # 3074. The cost was $35.95, recurring for three months. After checkout, I realized I had order a quantity of 3 for a total of $107.85 to recur for three months.
There was no option to change or cancel the order online, so I sent Reel Tackle Box Co an email on Dec. 2nd, detailing my mistake and asking them to contact me to correct the order. On Monday, Dec. 1st, I called the company. No one answered so I left a message asking them to contact me. On Dec. 5th, I received a email reply from Reel Tackle Co stating they had corrected my order and would be receiving only one subscription box per month.
On January 2nd, Reel Tackle Bok Co charged my bank for $107.85, the price of the incorrect order they told me they corrected. I emailed them again and have never received a response. I have left several messages on their voicemail, but they have not responded to my attempts to contact them since Dec. 5th.
On Feb 1st, after Reel Tackle Box Co. again charged me $107.85, I attempted to contact them via Facebook. They deleted my message and blocked my ability to contact them through Facebook. I have still received no product that I have ordered from Reel Tackle Box Co. I am seeking a full refund for this purchase.

11/14/2018 an order was placed for the "mystery tackle box" which has not been received despite many requests.
Mystery tackle box was not received. wrong item received. company ignored several email and phone messages about it and only responded when I mentioned reporting to Revdex.com. they immediately replied and said they would send the correct box. that was on Jan 8, and the box is still not here and they are again ignoring my communication attempts. I have been very patient and pleasant with them and feel that this is just ridiculous. My son would like his Christmas present!
