Reel Tackle Box

I started a monthly subscription with Reel Tackle box in April and have received 1 of the 4 boxes I have paid for.
On April 7, 2018 I began a monthly subscription for a gift for a friend from Reel Tackle box.
I have been charged four times since then and my friend has only received the shipment once. he should be receiving product every month.

First month order number 1969 on 4/7/2018 was delivered on 5/21 ($30.69)
Order number 2201 charged on 5/10/2018 never received ($30.69)
ORder number 2375 charged on 6/7/2018 never received ($30.69)
Order number 2597 charged on 7/14 never received. ($30.69)

I have emailed and left messages with this company multiple times and have not gotten any type of response.

purchased big crappie box never got it. tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. they straight up did not ship. will not return phone calls.
tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX purchased product online and they are not sending me the product. per ups the item has never been shipped. they took my money 2 months ago. I have tried to call several times with no return contact made.

On 5/13/18 I subscribed to Reel Tackle Box and still have not received any of my orders. Customer support has not responded to any of my inquiries.
On 5/13/2018 I subscribed for Reel Tackle Box "Big Walleye Box" for $30.40 per month. The payment method used was my Debit card. The first month was Order #2230. It was supposed to ship on 6/10/18 and never did, then on 6/18/18 I got a email that the Order #2230 was shipping along with a USPS tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). After tracking the package every day and seeing that it still had not been received by USPS as of 6/27/2018 I placed an email to RTB customer support ***@reeltacklebox.com asking what was going on as the box still hadn't shipped and I had already been charged another $30.40 for the next month Order #2421. In my email I included screenshots of my orders from the Reel Tackle Box website, and of the USPS tracking for my order. Then on 7/2/18 I sent a Facebook message to the Reel Tackle Box page with the same information I sent in the email and stated that I haven't gotten a response yet from emailing support. I have also tried calling their phone number listed on their Facebook page XXX-XXX-XXXX and every time it goes to voicemail. As of today 7/20/18 I still have not been contacted in response to either of my inquiries on the status of my order. I have put future shipments on hold to prevent any more financial loss but I cannot find any way to cancel my subscription on their website. At this point I am looking for a full refund of $60.80 for the two unfulfilled orders and would like my membership to be cancelled.

Bought a $60 dollar gift box took 2 months to get and came with $24 wort of stuff
on may 10th I paid $60 for a big bass gift box 4.0 after several weeks with no shipment I contacted them multiple times, they answered me and said it would ship on June 10th a couple weeks after June 10th I got notice from ups of a shipment pending. I finally got notice it was shipped July 11th. I have received the package but it was the $29 level box not the $60 level box. I have tried many many times to contact them to no avail.

Terms & Conditions do NOT state "NO" refunds, and would not offer one, when they broke the terms.
So this company states that their item ships the 10th of every month, I understand things happen I emailed them a gazillion times because I never got a shipment notice, they were quite rude and said check the terms & conditions we ship 10th to the 15th, your item will ship friday (15th). Ok, well not what I signed up for but whatever. So on the 20th, I still have no shipment notice, so I email them a gazillion times again because they have horrible customer service, and I magically get sent a shipment notice, for the 20th. Well the terms and conditions say ship 10th-15th so in my book thats not what I signed up for, not what I paid for and unacceptable. And they state that they do not do refunds!? Well, nowhere does it say they do not offer refunds, and I think I deserve a refund. Also, it's now the 22nd and when I track the package it still just says that a label was created, it has never even left the facility and has not even technically been "shipped" so I would just like a refund and skip out on the product.

I ordered a box on May 20th never received any email as to when package would be sent out I emailed them several times the first response said all boxes ship on the 10th so I patiently waited Fathers day was in Sunday May 17th and still no box. I emailed again several times they finally sent me a tracking number on May 18th today is May 22nd and still no package the did however print a tracking number to send to me which proves the box is still not been sent out to me. I would just like a refund at this point and would like for other to not be treated as Reel Tackle box has treated me with no response , no refund and no Box

I ordered a gift box for my husband's birthday on May 28. Despite numerous emails, I've not received the product or even a response to emails.
I placed an order for a gift box for my husband's birthday on May 28. The order number is *** The website said it confirmed the order and that they would email confirmation of shipping. On June 5, I emailed asking for a shipping date. No reaponse. On June 7 I emailed again requesting an update on the order. My husband's birthday was June 11 so I was still hopeful I would receive the box in time. No response. On June 11 I emailed yet again with no response. I still have not received the package and they've charged my card. At this point I don't even want the box but if no refund I'll take the package.

Ordered product and items were not shipped it's been 2 months and no one will contact me back
My order number was #1961 I placed an order for goods items were not received. Original order was placed on April 11th. My account was drafted for payment and product has not shipped and not been received I have tried to email the company 3-4 times with no response. There is no phone number to call. It's been 2 months and I would like my money back.

I ordered first box April 20 and did not receive until May 9. There was not an explanation and no answer to emails nor Facebook posts. I have tried to cancel subscription, but don't have an address or phone no. The box I received was poor quality and not as advertised. I didn't realize I had signed up for three months. There is no way to reliably contact this company and discuss issues.
