Mid Sept I placed order 3mo subscription for surprise tackle box. 1 box didn't arrive til dec. never received others & impossible to contact company
Placed and paid in full for 3 mohthsworth of surprise fishing tackle as a present. Ordered mid sept for October delivery just in time as a birthday present. Noting arrived until December after I called, email, and Facebook messages the company.

It is now end of January & I have not received the additional 2 packages or a refund. Only way the company has contacted me is through Facebook messenger. The number listed for them after searching seems as though it's a house number for a frat house. It sounds like a joke and I was hesitant to even leave a message.

On another note the 1 package that was received had very little & poor quality product. I would estimate the value at $11. No where near $25 worth of fishing items.

They have no address or contact info for a customer service dept. very frustrating as I have paid for 3 months up front

I would like a full refund for my subscription & would hope that something would be done so this does not keep happening to people

I ordered 2 items from the website and only received 1 item. I tried to contact them several times with no response.
ORDER *** - I ordered 2 items from their website on 2/3/18 (a Big Bass box - $25.59 and 6 extra lures $14) for a total of $43.25 after taxes paying with my VISA debit card ending in *** and only received one item (the tackle box) on 2/12/18. When I asked about the other 6 lures on 2/12/18 they only responded once that the other item would be shipped separately. I contact them several times over the past year by phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram and they never responded to me after that. I still have not received the other item I ordered and no response from the company.

A full refund or I will still also accept the items if they are mailed to me ASAP.

I ordered a bass gift box on 12/14/18. I never received my order & was charged for it. I emailed 2 times & left a voicemail with no response back.
I placed an order for the mini bass gift box on 12/14/18. The money was charged to my debit card & deducted from my account on 12/15/18. The order number is 3146. I received a confirmation email of my order on 12/14/18. I got a shipping confirmation email on 12/21/18. When I went to the website to track my order there was no shipping information available. I never received my order. I emailed their support on 12/31 & 1/7/19 & have not received a reply. I tried to use the website to send a message but it isn't working. I left a voicemail 1/10/19 & have not gotten a call back. I'm out $23.74 with no product.

Company failed to contact me back and failed to send the package that I purchased.
On October 9th, I ordered a gift box for my boyfriend. I paid 29.95 on my debit card. The order number is #2933. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they have failed to send my package and contact me back.

I ordered a gift box back in the middle of September for my boyfriends birthday. I have sent several emails and messaged them on fb no one has responded to me nor have I received the product that was paid for back in September. I will be going through my bank and requesting the funds back since I'm clearly not getting any where with this company. NEVER buy from them! Pretty sure they are a scam. I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have too.

I ordered a gift on 8/25/2018. We have not received the package and I still do not have tracking. Via email they told me it would ship on September 10th 2018. It obviously has not shipped because we have not received it and still have not received a tracking number. I would like a refund as this was a gift and the order was placed over a month ago. I have since ordered from another tackle box company and we already received that package!

This is the worst service I have ever had. No one ever responds to email, facebook messages or phone calls. They will take your payment, but good luck getting your box. I had it for 4 months and in those 4 months every box was at least 2 weeks late, one was over 30 days late. I am trying to cancel my service, but cannot find any thing on the website to help me do this.

I ordered a box early July. Still haven't received it.
I ordered a box early in July. I have tried emailing twice, sent a Facebook message, texted, and tried writing on their Facebook wall. I have heard nothing back. After writing on their Facebook wall saying I want a refund they sent me an email saying my product has shipped. This was August 31st. The UPS site states they are in Pre- Shipment and a label was created and are awaiting a product to ship.

Purchased a gift box on August 16th. I was charged for the box right away. I sent several emails to inquire about my order status (beginning on August 22nd) and finally got a response on August 29th claiming the box was shipped. I checked the tracking number and it only states that the shipping label has been created, nothing more. I have made several Facebook posts to their business page, and each of them was deleted and they have now blocked me from messaging them.

I am afraid this company is a scam. I have been billed twice at almost 30 bucks each. I have not received ANYTHING from Reel Tackle Box, not even an email response as to what is going on. There is not a way to cancel your subscription on the website so I guess I will have to go through my bank to shut it down. Terrible business to be involved with.

Bottom Line: They have no customer service and they don't dont return any correspondence.

I signed up for a monthly subscription box. The first two months were great. Then I stopped getting boxes, but was being billed still. I called them and left several messages. No response. I have tried emailing them... still no response. I even IM on Facebook and no response. I had to eventually call my bank and put a fraud claim.

I logged in to my account online but it wouldn't let me cancel my subscription. I emailed the address on their website. No one has returned my email. There was no phone number listed but I googled it and found a number to call. All I get is an voicemail when I call. I have left numerous messages for them to call me back. And I still haven't received the box that I purchased on July 31. I used my debit card to sign up for a monthly subscription of $47.49. My order number was #2686. Do not buy from this company, I paid for a box 3 months ago. The company took my money and never sent the box. I tried to contact them by phone and email, with no response back.

We have no record of any contact from this customer. We have support links on our website and a customer service phone number. None of which have been utilized. We would be happy to provide this person with product if we made a mistake.

I ordered it with my wife on June 12th order #2413. My payment was processed on June 13th as per my bank. On July 12th real tackle box was emailed. There website said they only ship on the 10th of every month. However we never received a email back. On July 17th we called there customer service number and got a message machine and I left a message with name and order# and date it was paid. Also on July 17th I emailed real tackle box again with no response. A Facebook message was sent on July 20th with no reply. On July 23rd I received a email stating a shipping label was made however not sent. On August 13 customer service was called again and no response to me was made. Real tackle box is not holding up to there end of our business arrangement and is making false statements of "would be happy to provide this person with product if we made a mistake" I truly understand mistakes can be made and stuff falls through the cracks, however instead of fixing a simple mistake real tackle box has taken my money and now denies any dealing with me.

There website claims they ship on the 10th of each month As of July 12 2018 I had not recieved any shipment information. At that time I emailed the company at the email address they sent my order confirmation, they never replied. I went on their website and emailed the help desk on July 17 2018. They never replied. I contacted them on their Facebook page on July 20 2018. I got an automatic reply that they would respond within 2 to 3 business days. On July 23rd they sent me an automatic email with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX shows label created awaiting package. I waited until August 10th, their shipping date, my package still hasn't shipped. I called their company at 496 551 3743 on August 13 and left a voicemail message. They still have not responded,sent my package or returned my money because they are not going to send my product I am very disappointed that no one can be reached and the company refuses to respond to customer inquiries on purchased products

DO NOT buy from this "company". I ordered a product and money was taken from my bank account the following day. It has been 13 days and I still don't have the product. I have sent emails and left messages with no return contact from them. I even left a comment about my purchase on Instagram asking them to refund my money or send my product. Within a few hours of my post, their Instagram account was deleted. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.....beware!!!!!

Been a subscriber for two years now and have had a great experience.

I signed up for a monthly subscription with this company and I have yet to see the product. They have billed me the past 2 months. Will not respond.
I have emailed the company numerous times about delivery of the product. They did respond once and told me that it would ship the next day.(Not even acknowledging that I had been charged for 2 months of products that I hadn't received. They sent me a shipping email with tracking info. On the tracking info it only shows where the created a shipping label but had not dropped off the package to be mailed and this has now been over a week. Original purchase date was June 11th. 7 weeks ago. Now they will not respond to my emails. There webiste is very advanced and shows you an option to manage your subscription although will not let you cancel or change credit card info. There is a contact us link. Each time when you try to submit your message it shows an error and will not submit. There are no phone numbers on the website. This is stealing.

A complete refund or shipment of the product! Although I am scared now to see the actual product as I am sure this is a fraudulent business.

Product not shipped/no customer service response
I purchased 3 gift boxes plus additional lures on 6/13/18. I finally received one box today (7/30/18), after sending an email on 7/13/18 with no response. I received tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes on 7/23/18 (which their website states shipments will go out on the 10th of every month), but when I go to track them via USPS it states the facility is still awaiting the packages. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered the boxes, in which they charged my credit card same day as ordering. As I previously mentioned, I sent an email on 7/13/18 and never received a response. I sent a follow up email today as well as a Facebook message, but I'm not holding my breath for a response based on other complaints with this company. This is absolutely horrible customer service and false advertising.
