I agreed to pay the S/H for a sample of Rejuva from an add that was posted on FaceBook I specifically read the fine print and did not see any restrictions posted pertaining to their product When I recently received my [redacted] bill, I noticed that I had been charged twice for S/H, and then separated entry for $for the product I immediately contacted my bank, who is investigating the dispute I contacted Rejuva and spoke with "Fab" Fab advised me that the special I spoke of only was a one time promotion and that the product I ordered required me to cancel within days Fab would NOT issue a refund for the product, even when I offered to send the item back in its original packaging I told Fab that I thought his company was a [redacted] and told him that I now knew why the Revdex.com had complaints listed online I advised him that I too would be filing a report to the Revdex.com Any consumer knows that a good/reputable company with NOT try to [redacted] with fine print, normally hoping

I signed up for a trial agreeing to pay the postage & handling charges for RejuvaEssence and LumaEssence at the end of December but only had to pay shipping & handling Two weeks after that, my credit card was charged the full amount of $and $without my approval and I never received an actual bill that I would have to pay this amount My credit card was simply charged these amountsThe following month (February 2017) (I received more products without a bill in the box and once again my credit card was charged for the amount listed above I was able to reach customer service and they gave me an authorization return number for the last products recently received but I have to pay for the return I don't mind paying for the return but I would like them to refund me the amount from January that I was never made aware I would have to pay and my credit card was charged without my authorization I tried to get reimbursed but they simply refused to do so and refu

It is essential that you read their small print before placing the order, you will be charged the full cost of an order within days of ordering the 'trial' Full cost of these products are $Cdn for RejuvaEssence and $Cdn for LumaEssence So, by ordering, you will pay The business of being able to cancel within days of placing the order doesn't mean much, you don't receive the products much before the days and at that point, you still aren't clear that these are not samples...they are the products as soldThey also have a sister company that begins billing your credit card $Cdn monthly for a RadFitnessJournal subscription which is an on-line copy of a fitness magazine that would be $5-a copy in the store! You need to get a cancellation confirmation number from each of these products, give this information to your credit card company as soon as possible so that the credit card company will stop accepting billings from them The fraud department at MasterCard is very aware of them and other companies operating in a similar way [redacted] Given the shadiness of their business approach to make big money fast, I have no intention of trying whatever product is in the Luma and Rejuva packaging It was my oversight in not reading the fine print carefully enough, it cost me just over $The only good thing I can say is that I was credited for one month of the on-line subscription which I did not receive (and to my knowledge, did not order) Note that all testimonials on their ads are positive but that you are unable to add to these reviews[redacted] These companies are also using celebrities and shows like [redacted] to claim their products are legit but they are not doing so legally

All the complainits submitted here are exactly what I experienced The same thing happened to meI ordered the trial size where all I had to pay was S&HThe company's website is VERY MISLEADING in that they do not tell you there is a trial period and that you are automatically signed up for subscription [redacted]

I had begun to order a sample product from a [redacted] add for $in mid MarchI entered my credit card info but in order to complete the sale I had to also order another product, I did not complete the sale but a few days later I was charged just under $Not good business but cheap so I waited for the product I received what I thought was my sample size and was now being charged $99(teach me to read the fine print)I called to cancel my never really ordered account and was told I would need to return the product for my refund which now was at $dollarsI was speaking to "***" After much discussion and [redacted] not allowing me to speak with a supervisor, he did promise a 100% refund upon the return of the productI was told I would be sent an email with the return address but strongly encouraged [redacted] to give me the address right there on the phone, he did along with a RNA(?)number [redacted] And upon seeing that I was indeed charged $137...after taxes, I called again to de

On April 3/I clicked on an advertisement offering a no obligation 14day trial of lumaessence Emphasis on the 'no obligation' I received no email response and I had never heard of rejuvaessence I then went and had back surgery and when I got home there were trial packages sentto me I checked my bank account and on top of the payment I authorized for lumaessence there are charges for rejuvaessence Last night I checked my account again and I have a $US charge for rejuvaessence again on top of the charges I called and have been told I've been automatically subscribed for lumaessence too and they just signed me up for rejuvaessence on their own And they're in the process of charging me for lumaessence too They will also not allow me to speak to a supervisor to resolve the [redacted] charges and have me a complaint department email address

I answered an add in the [redacted] for a free trial of Skin Essentials on March 29/ It stated you just need to pay the shipping I received the product, two tubes of anti aging skin cream This arrived in the mail while I was away Due to travel I did not check the credit card I charged this to A couple of months later I received another box in the mail with two more tubes of cream which I did not order I checked my credit card & that is when I noticed the company had billed me for the following: March 29/$2.73+$5.42+$for shipping April 14/ $for Skin Essentials Cream April 16/ $for Skin Perfect Cream May 13/ $for Rejuvenate Skin May 13/ $ S Essential May 13/ $ S Perfect June 29/Refund $S Perfect June 29/Refund $S Essential August 5/ $Sk Essential I was horrifiedI did not see these charges until I received the second box of creamsI immediately contacted the company & told th

I would like to return this product for a full refund, as I feel I have been deceived by the advertisement Feb 18, - Approximately this date, I ordered a product which was advertised on [redacted] called RejuvaEssence it said it was a FREE TRIAL OFFER I thought "why not?" since it "seemed" like a good product I feel it's great when you can try an expensive product before making the commitment to buy it I received the product within a few weeks About a month later, I receive another product from them, LumaEssence, with an invoice or something that described the products but did not have any price on it I was confused When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that they charged me $ Then I also noticed they charged me a total of $on different posts from Feb18-Feb.20/I was also confused by this They did have VERY fine print after the ad in which I ordered it, and I only skimmed through it because it was so difficult to readSo I do n

I signed up for a Trial offer and agreed to pay S + H No where on the application which I did through Facebook had any terms and conditions When I noticed the charge on my Visa from this Company for the full price later, I went to try to find their Free Trial to see if I missed the information about canceling before the free Trial ended The way it read, it was a free trial and there was no time frame attached I had a hard time maneuvering through their many websites, I did read through the terms and conditions at the bottom of a website attached to Rejuva Essensce and other product they sellthere was nothing about Trial offers ! When I called to complain, I was told I would be sent an email within hours which I must respond to in order to cancel my subscription I have not received that yet She said the best she could do was offer me 30% of the purchase price and it would take 5-days to process I will be monitoring that as well [redacted]

[redacted] this company open under different names offers free trials and charges you visa without authorization when you call to find out they start to bargain 30% off 50% off they know they have [redacted] you but you have to cancel your visa submit a complaint to get the charges off and ship it back with signed service costing over $adding insult to injury

Just a face cream that for your agreement to pay $shipping of your 'free' trail will then put you on a $100/month auto charge subscription unless you find the phone number and cancel it within daysFun details which they neglect to state clearly when you sign up for the 'free trail'

Hello Feb20/- trial offer charged $and $ Mar8/- they charged me $without consentI called them Marwhen I seen the charge pending to see why they took that from my credit cardI was told by [redacted] that they ran out of trial offers so charged me the full price, I was charged even more than their regular price advertised on their websiteI hadn't even received the product yet [redacted] said that he would cancel the order and would have the charge reversed and if I received anything in the future it would be at no costI had never received as much as an email from them to that timeMarI received an email from [redacted] saying my parcel was on it's way but had no business name attached with the email so I wasn't sure if it was them as I am awaiting package from another companyMarI received package from them so I called them again to make sure that charge was reversed as it was still showing on my cardI was told that account was cancelled and

The first problem occurred when I went on line to accept a trial offer of their product on February 19, After entering my personal information, their website was pushing me to sign up for other products, and would not allow me to exit when I tried to cancel the orderI thought it had been cancelled, when a few days later I noticed a confirmation email in my email box, as apparently the request had been placedA few days later I received what I thought was a trial size of their product LUMA EssenceI received no information in their package indicating that this was a trial sample, nor any information stating that I had to respond to them with days of the trialOn March 10, I received another in the mail, a product called REJUVA Essence, I immediately called today, March 11, to explain that I had received their trial product and did not order any additional products I have since learned that not only was I billed $US for the first product, but another $
