The same thing happened to meI ordered the trial size where all I had to pay was S&HThe company's website is VERY MISLEADING in that they do not tell you there is a trial period and that you are automatically signed up for subscription

I had the same thing happen to me, bought the two trial sizes one for Rejuvaessence for dollars and change and this month I received a charge of and also Luminateskin for dollars and change and a charge of showed up on my credit cardAfter phone calls made they said if I send the samples back the will refund me percentStill waiting for confirmation e-mail to this effectThey supplied me with a RMA number for each sample that I am supposed to return and they said they will refund me my money***

I have been charged almost $so far from a company I've never heard of I did not order anything from keepfitworkouts.com

I ordered free sample received them followed by another order and another order and taking costs from my credit card I tried to call number received voice message that it was customer service only to be put on hold for 3/hourI called again and same thing put me on hold with horrible piano music - never did get throughI cancelled my credit card

I cancelled my free order for the productRejected the second delivery But the company took over $from my credit card after cancelling They said they would refund - have not They said they would confirm by email - have not I called several times and confirmed my order for monthly deliveries has been cancelled No product received but they still have my money I cancelled within the specifies time Now when I call they do not pick up - I believe they are blocking my callsThe automated system confirms I have no outstanding orders but believe they mean free product - which is confusing when you are told deliveries have been cancelled

I read their advertisement online stated that their products were recommended by *** that touted me to have a 'trial'They charged my *** on 03/28/for the amount of $They sent me two small Luma Essence and Rejuva Essence(just like samples) together with a card which does not mention any regulation or policy of their Company that I had to be aware of
After trying their products, I smelled a strange odour that I had no confident of using them, therefore I had no intention to make any further purchase order
On April 21, a pending transaction of $on my statement, I phoned the Company right away but they hooked up and the line went deadI tried several times until at about pm, a guy listened to the phone, I argued with him about the transaction, he advised me to return the product to the Toronto address then I would get the refundI don't do it because I don't trust them
On April 22, I phoned them again, they put on the cancellation

The advertising for this product was misleadingThe advertisement led one to believe there was a free product offer, but the product was a "free" trial for a certain period after which the consumer was charged an exorbitant amount if the order wasn't cancelledMy credit card was debited before I ever had a chance to return the productVery poor business practices

Terrible,you get an e mail from *** telling you that you can get a free gift and this is what happens I was suppose to get a free sample and in the end it cost me and they are still taking money out of my visa account even though I have cancelled my account with themThey promise to look after it and I will receive an e mail within hrs, it never happens, ***i have my bank looking into itstay away from RejuvaEssence

I signed up for a Trial offer and agreed to pay S + H No where on the application which I did through Facebook had any terms and conditions When I noticed the charge on my Visa from this Company for the full price later, I went to try to find their Free Trial to see if I missed the information about canceling before the free Trial ended The way it read, it was a free trial and there was no time frame attached
I had a hard time maneuvering through their many websites, I did read through the terms and conditions at the bottom of a website attached to Rejuva Essensce and other product they sellthere was nothing about Trial offers !
When I called to complain, I was told I would be sent an email within hours which I must respond to in order to cancel my subscription I have not received that yet She said the best she could do was offer me 30% of the purchase price and it would take 5-days to process I will be monitoring that as well

On April 3/I clicked on an advertisement offering a no obligation 14day trial of lumaessence Emphasis on the 'no obligation' I received no email response and I had never heard of rejuvaessence I then went and had back surgery and when I got home there were trial packages sentto me I checked my bank account and on top of the payment I authorized for lumaessence there are charges for rejuvaessence Last night I checked my account again and I have a $US charge for rejuvaessence again on top of the charges I called and have been told I've been automatically subscribed for lumaessence too and they just signed me up for rejuvaessence on their own And they're in the process of charging me for lumaessence too They will also not allow me to speak to a supervisor to resolve the *** charges and have me a complaint department email address

Provided payment information for a trial of this product I received the trial product and figured that my commitment was completed Instead I received two additional charges and only received two additional trail containers I called the company, spoke to a *** and he quoted me a cancellation transaction number *** This is not sufficient I did not consent for the additional charges and he told me that I did by committing to the trial

Same company as RejuvaEssence and LumaEssence All send product not ordered, claiming "you did not read the terms and conditions" Even after they have been told to stop shipments and charges, they continue to do so, claiming they "have no record" of the cancellation Attempts to contact by e-mail result in messages bouncing back as "the destination computer is unknown" These companies, are located at the same business address, although they deny that they are the same company All are well known to the banks, and there have been many disputes against them
