RejuvaEssence & LumaEssence Reviews (81)

Quite simply, I returned an item to Rejuvaessence that I did not want They had already billed it to my credit cardI wanted and expected a full refund and they did not provide it I understand that they might be following their established (and I assume "legal") business practices but to not provide a full refund for unwanted merchandise seems very *** to meFor that matter, sending me a second shipment of Rejuvaessence without my clear approval was also ***

I purchased the 'trial' offer of rejuva essence The website claims that the trial offer can be cancelled with just paying shippind and handling if cancelled within daysI wasn't impressed with the product and called to cancel it within the days of my 'trial' periodI was informed that I had to pay the purchased price of the products - I thought I only ordered one product but was shipped luma essence and rejuva essenceI ended up having to pay for both products - very misleading advertisingI called my credit card company and put a claim dispute against themMy credit card company couldn't do anything about he current charges but assured me no additional charges would be billed

Misleading advertisingOffer free samples when in reality they are taking hold of your credit card and making random charges amounting to hundreds of dollars before you receive your credit card statement

While their website displays the conditions of saleThey are resorting to placing adds on web pages that direct you to a page without this information
And if you do buy the item you are interested in, they then push you through to another item page with very small writing to say something like "Click here if not interested in this item" the page has a large "Continue" which then adds that item to your basket
They do send a confirmation of purchase but with no invoice or information to communicate with them, or terms of purchase

I ordered a sample of both the *** in the limo go from the companyI was sent both with understanding that I would pay the shippingOnce I received the package I realize that there was a contract in which I would have to pay for the product if I did not return itI called there customer service line and canceledAssuming because I had ordered both at the same time and they came in one package together that it was one waterI return the product with the tracking number met the requirements in timeI was charged $for productWhen I called to attempt to get a refund they denied me and told me they could only refund Half of the amount because I didn't have an RMA number for both productsI had mailed both products together under one and RMAThey're on able to resolve this for meI find it very unclear and unethical practice, as well as poor serial I feel he could've resolve this by locating the product

clicked online for a free trial on wrinkle free cream...no where does it states a limit on the product or a contact addressOnce you receive the package I assumed I would get more information in itThere is no return address with the product no letter or information with product no contact or information on this enrollment programme or it's limitationAbout days later you get charge for this product and it comes in individual products so I get charged individual times of over I had to call my bank to try to get the information on who withdrew from my bank and they gave me the name of the product at which time I had to research them online to find a customer contact number I called to get a refund and stated I am not happy I DON'T WANT to enroll and I would gladly send back the unused product they state I cannot get a refund, they finally agreed to a 22% refundThis is wrong they send no contact information with their product to get a hold of them to cancel with

I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF BOTH LUMA ESSENCE AND REJUVA ESSENCE, PAYING ONLY SHIPPING AND HANDLING THIS WAS THROUGH A *** ADVERTISEMENTTHERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT, WITHOUT A DOUBT, NO 'FINE PRINT' OR OTHERWISE STATING THAT THERE WOULD BE ANY RECURRING PAYMENTSTHERE WAS NO 'AUTO-SHIP'IT WAS SIMPLY A FREE SAMPLE BY PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF EACH SEPARATE PRODUCT THIS WAS ON FEB 18/ON MAR 6, I HAD A CHARGE OF $CDN TO 'REJUVENATE SKIN' ON MY CREDIT CARD AND ON MAR 8/A CHARGE OF $CDN TO MY MASTERCARD FROM 'BUYLUMINATESKIN.COM' I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE PAYMENTSAS STATED,THERE WAS NO 'FINE PRINT' OR ANYTHING INDICATING THAT THERE WOULD BE ANY OTHER PAYMENTS

Advertisement said if you pay for shipping they will give you a free product to sample then when I get my Visa statement and phone the company they said they sent the regular sized product When I asked where the free trial product was, the customer service agent couldn't answer that When I said I was going to contact the Revdex.com then he offered to cancel my subscription and give me 15% backThis really upsets me that this business has no integrity and obviously there product must not be very good if they can't do what they say and give you a free trialI would like my money refunded

*** this company open under different names offers free trials and charges you visa without authorization when you call to find out they start to bargain 30% off 50% off they know they have *** you but you have to cancel your visa submit a complaint to get the charges off and ship it back with signed service costing over $adding insult to injury

It is essential that you read their small print before placing the order, you will be charged the full cost of an order within days of ordering the 'trial' Full cost of these products are $Cdn for RejuvaEssence and $Cdn for LumaEssence So, by ordering, you will pay The business of being able to cancel within days of placing the order doesn't mean much, you don't receive the products much before the days and at that point, you still aren't clear that these are not samples...they are the products as soldThey also have a sister company that begins billing your credit card $Cdn monthly for a RadFitnessJournal subscription which is an on-line copy of a fitness magazine that would be $5-a copy in the store! You need to get a cancellation confirmation number from each of these products, give this information to your credit card company as soon as possible so that the credit card company will stop accepting billings from them The fraud department at MasterCard is very aware of them and other companies operating in a similar way*** *** Given the shadiness of their business approach to make big money fast, I have no intention of trying whatever product is in the Luma and Rejuva packaging It was my oversight in not reading the fine print carefully enough, it cost me just over $The only good thing I can say is that I was credited for one month of the on-line subscription which I did not receive (and to my knowledge, did not order) Note that all testimonials on their ads are positive but that you are unable to add to these reviews...*** These companies are also using celebrities and shows like *** *** to claim their products are legit but they are not doing so legally

I have called this company times between June 1-to cancel my order and they have not issued me a cancellation email as promised and I fear they will continue to send me the product and charge me for itI have called my credit cards company times these past few days as well

In early February from their website I ordered a free trial of their skin serum agreeing only to pay the shipping handling charges which would have amounted to less than $CAD Before I received the sample a number of days later I noticed the shipping handling charges on my *** USD $& $1.99!! And March 6th they charged my *** again $USD which was the full price of a tube which I did not agree to purchasing
Once received I called their North York ON office to complain and ask for a full refund which they said they could not do but offered me a discountI refused and asked for a full refund and again said they would not be able to obligeI then stated if they did not agree to refund me in full I would report them to the Revdex.comIt was then I was put on hold while they spoke to the supervisorThen they agreed to refund me in full and gave me their "return number" which they told me to print on the outside of the return envelope when sending the product back to th

My complaint deals with charges made to my MasterCard for Rejuva Essence and Luma EssenceI have had numerous conversations and e-mails with customer service peopleThe issue started with my acceptance of a free offer of Rejuva Essence for a $charge for handling and shippingMy MasterCard was charged $6.68,$and $for a total $I sent an E-mail on July on the above chargesCharges are made in US dollars, the above was the Canadian conversionI complained to Customer ServiceTheir answer always is that I was only charged the $MY credit card shows otherwiseAfter much complaining they provided instructions for returning the Rejuva Essence which I did by Canada Post at a cost of $Still no credits for the charges on my account
When I received the Rejuva Essence, I also received in a second box a tube of Luma essenceI did not order this productI was charged $90.34US($120.92CDN)I complained and received an E-mail on August thanking we for m

I ordered what was advertised as a "sample" on April 6, As I understood it, this was a sample size for me to try for $I used some of the product and actually feel that my eye bags have worsenedOn April 21, at p.mI noticed a charge for $on my debit card from RejuvaI immediately called and spoke to a man who was very rudeHe said that I had ordered it on MARCH and could no longer return the product, and that he would not refund me money even if I sent the product backI was so upset, I explained this to my daughter, who found the confirmation e-mail saying that I had ordered it on APRIL at 5:p.m(The confirmation e-mail actually says 6:p.m., but I received it at 5:25.) My daughter called on my behalf on April 21, at 4:p.mand spoke to Rita (#1678090)Rita explained that it was not a 15-day trial--you had to call and cancel on the 14th day(Very misleading, as all you see in the fine print is "15" and "15th".) Rita offered my daughter a refund of 15%I then took the phone and spoke to Rita about what a *** this is, and after I threatened to call our local TV's consumer reporter, Rita said that if I mailed the product back (at my own expense) she would guarantee a full refundI asked her to send me those details in an e-mailI'm currently waiting for that e-mailTechnically, my 15th day doesn't begin until April 21st at 5:p.m., so I feel I should not have to pay to return the product (I will send it back--it's ineffective for me) and I should get a full refund
The website is tryrejuvaessence.comThank you

I ordered a sample of Rejuva Essence for $plus shippingAfter I received it I noticed that I was billed $on top of thatI tried calling the *** Customer service number which is a none functioning numberI called the second number *** and that number is not functioning eitherI then sent an email to the the only support email I could find and it bounced back as undeliverableI did not order nor I then received another tube of Rejuva Essence which I did not order and was billed another $on my credit card which I did not authorizeI have no way of contacting these people to cancel any future orders or request a refundThis is a huge *** and needs to be stopped

Just like others, I feel their sales and marketing is very misleading I thought I was getting a trial sample to see if the product was something I wished to continue with However that wasn't the case, apparently I agreed to the cost of shipping for the samples which turned out to be $and $US for these samples The company has informed me that I did agree to the terms and that the two samples are indeed their full product lineI would never pay over $CD for a sample of this size I guess this is a good lesson for me Don't buy products over the internet

In late February, I ordered the "trial" of the Luma-essence, only The trial cost 2.68, and ordered February 21st Apparently, I was billed for the Rejuva-essence as well, which I did not receive On March 8th I was billed and on March I was billed I was told to return the small trial, which I did The other "***" came to the post office and I refused delivery I was told by the company that as soon as they received the "trial" returned to them, that I would receive my "FULL" refund On the return, I was asked to include on the outside of the package an RMA #, which I did It is now, April 20th and I have not received any funds credited to my credit card I am surprised that the "***" would even associate themselves with these companies Yes, I agree, I was dupedI have called the company on numerous occasions and they tell me the RMA # does not help them They did however, cancel future shipments in early March

I tried to cancel this product in May of I was told that my account was cancelled I received another tube of this product (which by the way does not work as it says it suppose to, it does not do anything) for the month of June, I called again to cancel the product and I was told this time as I was told last time that my account was cancelledThey denied that my account was cancelled previouslyThe keep charging my credit card!

I ordered a supposedley free trial for $- ended up being on an autoshipment - it was NOT a free trial - I called and cancelledon Feb at 10am with a lady named ***March I get another shipmentWhen I called and said I cancelled they said that I didnt cancel the other order (but I did NOT order anything) they charged me dollars U.S and when I said I did not order it Sandy said she would refund my *** dollars Us I did NOT order any second cream and I thought the first one was only which is what they claim on their websiteand in very fine print - you are on autoshipment without your consent

I would like for the company in question to stop sending the product and billing us accordingly. I have tried to reach them by telephone, but all I get is a recording asking me to leave a message.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop sending the product and to repay me for the products delivered after the first delivery weas sent
