I was charged money for two products that I revived without issue, then was charged $and $dollars to my account that I was unaware of, and also received no product for!! If you are going to charge my account (that I did not agree to ) you should at least provide me with a product or service!! I don't have the money to replace what was taken from me! This is literally ruining my life as it effects my credit!! Help!!

I was on *** and saw the advertisement about RejuvaEssence & LumaEssence According to this ad this product was supported by Lori Gfrom the *** show (so upset that I cannot remember the name) The ad specified tht these products were free and only pay S & H So, I was gullible and I signed up to get my free sample Gave them all my info, credit crd etc Upon receiving these products I happen to check on line to see where they were made and that is when I saw that it is not Revdex.com accredited Long story short, I called them to cancel my account The gentleman asked me why and I told himHe offered to sell me the "free products" at a discount (times) and I refused and only wanted my account closed He finally understood and told me I had to return the "free products" to a North York address This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything before checking with Revdex.com *** **
Thank you,
Michele

Unfortunately should have done more research before falling into this ***In short...this company has many websites and lies about being on ***'s *** and *** ***With so many lies, I would not even try this product because who knows what may actually be in it
The "Trial" where you are suppose to pay only $is a way to get your credit card infoand then they charge what ever they wantThey charged us many different charges under different aliases
Even though we realized this as a *** within one day they tried to get us to send the "trial bottle back"The person on the phone stated a different address than listed in the terms and conditionsNo where does it state you have to send a "trial bottle back" if you cancelHence...trial pricing is the $only and therefore should be the maxprice if you cancel within days
Lesson Learned! If it sounds to good to be true...always remember it is!

My experience is not positive, quite frankly I have not even opened the box It does not matter if the product works or not at this point I ordered the trial on March 23, did not receive the product in the mail until March and yet those days in the mail count towards your day trial period I was out of town when the product arrived and I returned on the 15th day of the trial period and was immediately billed for the full cost of the product When I called customer service they apologized and told be there was nothing I could do This business practice is horrendous and I sincerely hope people read this before even trying the product and chose not to even take the trial

got *** - just like everyone else

I ordered the free product offered by this company, pay shipping only! I phoned in to cancel any future shipments as I had a feeling the free product was not the only shipment I would receive and thinking it would be very expensive, rightThe day after I cancelled there was charged to my M/CI phoned in, they couldn't find my info, told they would return my call when she got a hold of her supervisor, ***N*** ***

I cancelled this order on April my R.M.A # is *** so far they have taken almost $off my *** from April 16th and April 28th and again on May 1st.This company is a scamming people out of there moneyCalled yesterday and the frost guy just hung up on me.After saying you have to pay it.Your not getting your money back

I had ordered a RejuvaEssence skincare sample online for about $3usdAn agent called me to ask how I liked it and I told her it was not something I'd be using and that I would not like to be charged for anything, or signed up for anythingShe assured me that I would not be charged since I did not like the product
On April 11, I was charged $usd for the sampleWhen I called in they told me it was because I didn't cancel my orderI explained that it was cancelled with the first agent who called meThey are currently (for now) refusing to refund my money in exchange for their product being returned

I ordered a sample product on-line through a face book ad The cost was between $-$I was presented with another screen asking me to order more product I then backed out of the process thingking something was off
Approximately 2-weeks later I received the sample
The next day I recieved another sample and a few weeks later I recieved another sample
I was three times for the original sample howver, I ahve misplace that bill
I have since been billed as follows: Mar 10-Mar $
Mar 11- Mar $
Apr 10- Apr $
I repeatedly sent emails asking for an address to return product and to get a refund The response is always the same telling to to contact their customer service at 800-984-The problem is that this number will only asccept my call if I ordered by phoneI have tried many times and have not been successful in having my call forwarded to a live person
I ahve asked that this order be cancelled - not sure that has happenedDue to the exce

Rejuvaessence offered a free trial for their anti wrinkle product on *** which was endorsed by Dr*** The customer only had to pay for the shipping fee of, so they needed a credit card number I requested only the one product and the company sent me products I was shocked to see that there are unauthorized charges on my credit card from this company which has also used other company namesAs you can see from the details of my credit card statements

Hi, I agreed to pay for S&H for products from Luma EssenceTrial period of weeksI wasn't aware of the regular charge of $that would be charged to my credit card on the 15th dayI called the company on April and was advised the charge couldn't be refunded and they offered to reduce the price on one of the products that I hadn't been charged for yetI turned this down.Customer service told me to return the unused Rejuva Essence, get a tracking # and the account would be cancelledWhy do they want back the unused product first of all? Anyways, I"m very disappointed and annoyed about the charge of $to my credit cardPoor business practice in my opinion

I ordered free samplesI received themWhen I got my credit card bill, they chared me small amounts (I'm guessing it wasn't free but charges for two free samples?) And at the bottom of my Statement were two charges totalling nearly $250! I called them and found out it was for my day supply I didn't authorize or orderI cancelled my subscription right awayThey said they would give me a refund if I returned the one month supply of both but I never received it! I can't return what I never receivedThey are refusing to reimburse me for the products I never authorized or orderedI have cancelled all future orders and cancelled my credit cardI need your help getting my money backI've been reading all over the Internet this is a big scam! Please help!!! Thank you

I signed up for a trial agreeing to pay the postage & handling charges for RejuvaEssence and LumaEssence at the end of December but only had to pay shipping & handling
Two weeks after that, my credit card was charged the full amount of $and $without my approval and I never received an actual bill that I would have to pay this amount My credit card was simply charged these amountsThe following month (February 2017) (I received more products without a bill in the box and once again my credit card was charged for the amount listed above I was able to reach customer service and they gave me an authorization return number for the last products recently received but I have to pay for the return I don't mind paying for the return but I would like them to refund me the amount from January that I was never made aware I would have to pay and my credit card was charged without my authorization I tried to get reimbursed but they simply refused to do so and refu

They offered a free sample of their product if the customer paid shipping They did not adequately state that this sample was in fact a trial and that they would charge my credit card after the trial period was overThey mentioned they would refund me once I returned the product to meI'm still waiting for the refund, days after the product was returned to them (based on the shipping tracking number)

I have ordered Luma and apparently also Rejuva; they charged my card for both; several different small chargesRejuva has not arrived; Called them and cancelled the subscription within the week period for both; They charged me full price for both productsRejuva arrived about days after cancellation filed so refused the package and returned it; I have called several times and was told by people I was going to be refunded; last one on Apr 28; the supervisor - whose name I can't understand left message twice, don't have her name because I can't hear her ...this morning she called at 5:13am PST; she knows where I am located surely ...she says it was unauthorized return and therefore I can't receive a refund but to call them back so "they can find solution for me"; you call her back and get a machine - none of the supervisors are available leave a messageno possibility of waiting on the phone for one of the supervisor, just leave a message; terrible business practices, terr

The product itself is okHowever the fine print is either non existent or extremely non transparentFor every free trial you are are paying a fee of under $plus you are automatically enrolled in a membership for $/ month!!!!! *** ***

I had begun to order a sample product from a ** add for $in mid MarchI entered my credit card info but in order to complete the sale I had to also order another product, I did not complete the sale but a few days later I was charged just under $Not good business but cheap so I waited for the product
I received what I thought was my sample size and was now being charged $99(teach me to read the fine print)I called to cancel my never really ordered account and was told I would need to return the product for my refund which now was at $dollarsI was speaking to "***" After much discussion and *** not allowing me to speak with a supervisor, he did promise a 100% refund upon the return of the productI was told I would be sent an email with the return address but strongly encouraged *** to give me the address right there on the phone, he did along with a RNA(?)number ***And upon seeing that I was indeed charged $137...after taxes, I called again to de

I saw an advertisement offering a free sample of RejuvaEssence anti-wrinkle lotionThe ad said it was completely free and I would pay only a small shipping freeI then filled out the online request to receive my free sampleI noticed I was charged several times for shipping costs, and I received another product two weeks after I received the first sampleMy credit card was also charged US$At no time did I ever agree to this, nor did I see any fine print indicating that there was a big "catch" involvedNow I want my money back, and I'm willing to return the unopened productMy order # is ***

company offered a "TRIAL SAMPLE' which they subsequestly charged the full amount for and without my request sent a second sample (I say sample as the products were the same size as the first set sent- small tubes of two products Luma Essence and ReJuva Essence) They charged my CC with over $400, the original 'trial sample' was only to be charged the 'shipping cost of $or however they actually charge over $per product tube sentDid not realize this until I checked my CC statementI returned all products well over a month ago and have still not been credited the full amount of these productsI have had phone calls with this company already and to date they are not refunding to my CC

I placed an order for a free sample agreeing to pay the $shipping, there were no terms and conditions attached to the order itself and I did not agree to any monthly sign up on the offer site itselfThere are charges on my credit, on the date of purchase, $and then another the next day for $The next charge appeared on March for $On March I received another smaller sample which I did not order (and if it's supposed to be monthly, it isn't a month since the original sample came)I called and cancelled my "acct" on March and was told that I was supposed to go to their website and read their terms and conditions, which I did not see on the offer site, or in the shipment
