I was down to $200 dollars I got sick and lost my job. Which they was informed and my truck got reposted. Now then say they want 500 and my daughter made a payment in April to get them calmed down. Then in June they took money out of her account with authority and Wells Fargo has documented this. Now there threaten to put me in jail. But won't tell me what I owe them

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Tell what is really owed and I'll make arrangements to pay it off. I don't have the truck it was repossessed

Rent-N-Roll Response • Jul 26, 2019

I have left a message with customer to call me back. RNR has made the decision to close the customer account out and write off the remaining balance to help customer since his car was repossessed. He will no longer be obligated to make any further payments on this account.

I had my mother to mail a money order to the store on or around July 12, and they have not received it as of yesterday, July 16. She (my mother) stated that she did, indeed send it to the Ruston store. At this point, I am trying to contact MoneyGram to track the money order. Management is refusing to work with me to get this resolved.
Product_Or_Service: Tires

Desired Outcome

Desired Settlement ID: Other (requires explanation) To locate the money order and have it applied to my account as it should, in a timely manner.

Rent-N-Roll Response • Jul 25, 2019

According to our company records the last payment that was received for this account was for $55, which was a credit card transaction, conducted on 19 July 2019. According to management, this would be the second money order that was sent by the customer, however, unaccounted on our end. With two money orders being now lost, perhaps the customer can double check the address of which they sent the payment. As a company, we do not have any additional resources to track money orders than those that are available to this customer. We join the customer in hopes that this money order is found and can be applied to her account at the time that it is received.

I purchased tires last year from RNR Tires in Broken Arrow. I paid on these tires for 6 months. During 2018 I took my car back in to the shop because of a thumping noise heard on my tires. I took my vehicle in a total of 5 times since my purchase in Jan 2018. I was told that it was normal at first for the sound to be there until the tires got broke in. The other times they rotated and balanced my tires. I went into the store on last month because I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed. I was approached by the technician and he explained that I needed a new set of tires because my tires were bad and were totally wore out and not safe to drive. I explained they were only a year old and should not need replaced. He said that I needed to speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager by the name of Charles W. (none of the people that I worked with before are there anymore) He basically told me there was nothing he could do that it was possible an alignment issue. I explained if that was the case why did the professional tire technicians who checked my car multiple times let me know that? He said he could not answer for them. I asked for his boss's name and number and he told me he was the boss and there was no other person to contact. The technician after we were leaving came out and told me to contact the Revdex.com because this happens all the time and he is tired of seeing people being taken advantage from. Also not that after I paid my account off in full, I was notified every week by phone from the store that I needed to make a payment this went on for 2 months. Every time they would say I am sorry for calling you have no balance. I then got a call 4 months after I paid my tires off from an attorney representing RNR tires stating I was turned to him for past due payments. I explained to him I paid them off 4 months ago and sent him my statements and he called back and said I was right it was a mistake. Obviously this office has issues and I believe my complaints have gone un-noticed.
Product_Or_Service: 4 new tires

Desired Outcome

Exchange I think that my issues have not been taken seriously. I obviously was not taken care of the times I did take my car in for the noise I heard. RNR has commercials out about they take care of their customers just as the owner takes care of his mother etc...I heard that commercial today and decided to send this complaint in . Nobody has taken care of me or my issues. I should not have to buy a set of tires already.

Response to Revdex.com Complaint Case# *** (Ref#1-***-***-7-300)
Greetings,
I am happy to advise that after speaking with the customer, we have come to a mutually agreed resolution. We view this complaint as closed, thank you for your business, and We look forward to working with you in the future.

Thank You,

RNR TIRE EXPRESS

I am a paying customer who was very satisfied upon signing my agreement for new tires and rims, but that perception was tainted.
I signed my agreement in December of 2018, this is when they had a special in Lake Charles,La. Of course, I was very excited and satisfied with the men in the Lake Charles office. I am a single mother of 3, so this was feeling like a blessing to be able to purchase safe and affordable tires for my vehicle. My payments always fluctuated but I never gave to much a fuss about it, I just paid my balance and kept it moving. I was late and more times than one but the account representative who called was always friendly and open to solve the problem. Well,I got behind 2 weeks, when this particular incident took place. Shane called and I tried to give the tires back, and only keep the rims. I wanted to keep the rims because they had been used fairly but he was so open to solve the problem, because he said, I had been paying and he wanted to help me keep them both. We agreed on a price and a date and I kept my word, I called and paid and was supposed to be good for 2 weeks. Well, I received more than one text message from a regional manager claiming I had stolen the merchandise. I called in to the Lake Charles store to verify my payment and informed the representative(Jo) on the phone that I had received some threatening messages and he say ow its the district manager and rushed me off the phone. Well, I received another message
threatening me that if I dropped another dime on him "in so many words" that he would "terminate my contract and leave me stranded". I asked him to quit texting me in a very ugly way. I assured him I had already paid but still there was no apology or anything. I honestly quit paying after that because I was always afraid he would take my tires and leave me and my kids stranded.

Desired Outcome

consolidation but I do not want anymore business with these folks after that. I would like a closed resolution where I don't have to deal with them ever again! I have paid a lot of money on those rims and tires and that seems wasted.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

If you have an account with Rent-N-Roll, and it goes into to collections for any reason, then the Collections Dept start to harass you,
I open an account with Rent-N-Roll in March of 2019 in regards to 4 new tires for my 2015 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after starting my contract, the transmission went out in my car, and I have not been able to drive it since. Since my car was the means of being able to pay for my tires, this was a devastating situation to my account. I cannot even make a $5 payment towards the balance. I have been waiting on a check that I am intending to payoff my account with but there has been several delays in getting the check. I have advised Rent-N-Roll of this several times; however, Xavier J who has been placed in charge of my account continues to harass me, and is rude all of the times that we have had conversations.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking that the Revdex.com reach out to this company in regards to their Collection procedures, policies, and practices. Then need to know that even if a consumer's account goes into collections, they do not have a right to harass that person with numerous back to back phone calls, and text messages.

My complaint is about my contract something that wasn't provided to me at the time of purchase.
I purchased some tires and rims from RNR in Jan or Feb of 2019. I put $200 down to start the process. I kept asking them about signing a contract. The workers kept saying oh you do not have anything to sign. I asked them was the sure because I know I should have signed something. I kept asking for paperwork. No one produced any paperwork. I never knew how much everything cost. I never knew how much I had to pay a month. I started calling them every week asking how much do I owe. I made several payments of $75. I CONSTANTLY asked for my contract. They never said anything. I called last month and a guy name Chris said he's with corporate and they fired all of the old workers. I explained to him about me not signing anything and never knew the amount of the rims and tires. Chris started threatening me with pressing charges on me for theft. That's really funny when I have been begging for my contract from RNR. I have all of the messages Chris sent to my phone.I will be returning their merchandise back Monday June 24, 2019. Chris said they have no record of my deposit. WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT? WHERE IS MY PAYMENTS? I WANT MY MONEY BACK.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! RNR BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME. I HAVE NEVER SIGNED OR RECEIVED ANY PAPERS FROM THIS BUSINESS

Desired Outcome

I want my money back!!

xxxx ***. *** The business is RNR tire express and a full set of rims were purchased. Now with a defect company won't
Last year so I'm within my warrantee and the company won't exchange my one rim out even though it is clearly seen to be a defect on their fault . The rims are not rented they were purchased in full and all I need is a exchange of one of my rims . I visited the office in Columbia S.C multiple times and still the staff haven't came up with any solutions . The sales amount was over 2000 dollars and I'm not asking for anything back but merely an exchange of my one defected rim .

Desired Outcome

Exchange of the defected rim that I purchased

I do not have anyone in my system by this name. I tried to call the customer and it went to his voicemail. We do clearly state to all customers that all Cash purchases are final and no returns. If there is a defect I would not have a problem seeing about getting the wheel replace but that would be up to the vendor to determine if they would replace it for manufactory default.

They refuse to cover a tire that was bought from them and has become defectiv .
I bought and paid.for my tires in a timely manner and they refuse to replace the one tire that has become defective. I spoke with the store manager William bell and a home office representative and they told me once I finished paying off my tires they no longer provided a warranty so I would have to purchase another tire

Desired Outcome

One new tire repla ed

Mr. case, he successfully terminated his rental agreement through purchase back in
December of 2018.

out to Nexen (the Manufacturer). We additionally outlined the manufacturer's warranty for his
tires. We will do all we can to assist in communication between Mr. and Nexen.
We value customer satisfaction, and in this instance, even though the warranty that is in effect
prior to purchase is not active, we are eager to assist in answering questions or facilitating

I have a vehicle in my name that my son was buying from me. He went to RNR and got tires. He defaulted on the payments. I received a letter in the mail stating I needed to return the tires or I would be taken to court and charged with theft even though this was not my account. They said because the car was in my name I was the responsible party. I called them and made arrangments for them to draft my account weekly in the amount needed to ensure the balance was paid . They did start drafting my account but not enough to ensure that I would not be charged an additional amount because it was not paid by a certain date. I called them because the drafts continued after the date I was advised it would be settled. I will gladly pay what is owed but do not feel I should be responsible for their mess up. They set up the drafts.. iI did not. I have tried to settle this on multiple occasions now they are saying I owe the whole amount because it was not done by a date that I never received. Now they are coming to home and leaving notes on vehicles in my yard that don't even belong to me saying they are there to pick up tires on the vehicle that is not even in my posession.
Product_Or_Service: tires
Account_Number: never given one.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I have no problem paying what is owed but do not feel i should have to cover the fees they are telling me I owe. i have left several messages and I can't get anyone to call me back. The last time someone did call me back her and i exchanged unpleasant conversations and she hung up on me. They won't return a call but will go to my home to pick up tires. I feel this is very unprofessional.

>This has been resolved.

I financed a set of 20 inch tires from this location. It has been almost 10 months since I had these tires. 6 months same as cash been paid in full.
The tires I purchased from this location is well enough paid off but they are staying that I still owe the $456, last visit I made here we (Josh) discussed another set of tires plus rims for another vehicle I own. I advised Josh to give me a lag off on the 20 inch tires before I purchase another set. The total balance I owed for those tires were $500 and some change. I made a payment of $300 and have been making my payments consistent since the $300 payment, now I still owe almost $700 dollars. I'm not happy with this and I really feel like I'm being charged more then expected. They were running my card without my consent first of all but I let that slide because I wish not to owe a large sum of money to anyone. I feel like this place needs a better management system because I asked to speak with the manager and he (Greg) never tried to resolve the situation nor apologize for any inconvenience (poor customer support). Greg told me to review my contract which I did anyway before I called and the things he stated were not being consistent with my contract or what his employees advised at time of purchase. Then I was hung up on before I could advise anymore questions or concerns. I'm really in disbelief with this company because I've heard so much great things but I'm not experiencing any of it. Overall, I'm very sure that those 20 inch rims that I purchased almost 10 months ago are paid in full. I need help with this, I'm a single mother of 6 kids and the way I'm being treated and giving the run arounds about my contract that no one is really trying to go over nor explain is not acceptable.

Desired Outcome

I'm seeking that my contract for the 20 inch tires gets resolved as paid in full. I still have another contract with this company for a set of tires and rims.

I have been trying to reach out to the Marketing
Manager but the number provided just rings, I've also called the local store to see if I could get a hold of Matt but no one seems to know him or give a valid phone number where he can be reached. This is ridiculous as a business. Yes, they called me but as humane I work fulltime hours so the day I'm off I call and no answer. But they are calling me about payments. I'm shocked at RNR.

Rent-N-Roll Response • May 15, 2019

My car antenna was broken off during or after service was done to my car by one of their employees.
I went to RNR to get new tires and a alignment. I had heard about them through a co worker. He said they had great deals on tires and that it was a nice shop. So I go to get tires/alignment done on my car. They service my car and and I notice after the services was done to my car after I leave. That I forgot my tire key lock and that my antenna was broken. So I go back to get my key for my lock on tires. After I leave again I also notice that they forgot to do my alignment on my car and that my antenna was broken. So I call the shop and inform them on what's going on. I believe I spoke with a gentleman by the name of "Wade". I tell him that they forgot to do my alignment and that my antenna was broken. He said something like ok bring the car in tomorrow and we'll fix it. He also said that they will take a look at the camera to see what happen to my car. So when I go back to the shop the next day to fix the issue. They fix my alignment and the guy informed me that his employee did damage my vehicle and that they will fix it. Now at the time I was not able to pay to get the damages fix on my car. Only because when I went to get quotes the prices was and are really high. When I went back to the shop to give them my quotes. I was informed that I would have to pay out my pocket first and they would reimburse me. But I informed them that I don't have the funds at the time and that it would take me a while to get the repairs done. They guy said ok that's get it fix when you can and that I didn't have a time limit. I just want to express that this is happen I think last June or July. But when I went today (5-1-19) to get repairs done since a was financially stable. I had the mechanic to check out the damages and quote of the repairs so I can get the repairs done. But before I had the mechanic to start working on the car because I informed him on what happen and that the company who damaged it was going to reimburse me my money back. I was suggested to bring the car back to the company who damaged my car and make sure they were aware of what I was doing and to make sure I was still getting reimbursed. Now when I go back to the company RNR the guy (Wade) informs my I waited too late and that the dent where my antenna was broken could been damage by myself. I did inform him that since that antenna was broken I had my father tape and glue my antenna down until I was able to pay to get it fix. The way the guy was talking to me as if I damage my own car just to get free repairs. But he took pictures and got my information and said someone will call me. But I didn't trust that he would have someone to call after what he insinuated that I could of done something to my car. I over communicated what I was doing/trying to do. They were understanding at the time but now when it comes to get the repairs done everyone/everybody saying I should of been got the repairs done. But I was informed that I didn't have a time limit and that I was ok until I can get the repairs done. So after talking to (Wade) I called the corporate office. A lady answered and said the person I needed to talk to over the area was not in and that she will have him to call me back. Hours later a gentleman by the name (Matt) called me back. I informed him on what's going on and what happened. He asked me why I'm I now just calling my issue in 10 months later. Because he insurance company want be able to fix my issue without proof. Because their cameras don't go that far back.I informed him that I was told that I didn't have a time limit and that I kept communicating with his managers at he shop. He said it is a time limit and that it is going to be really hard to get proof. It seem like (Matt) thought I was lying and was being very smart and rude over the phone. At this time all I want is for the damages to get repair including them fixing the dent in my roof. I was told that I didn't have a time limit by there employees so I don't see the problem.

Desired Outcome

I just want my antenna fix and the dent. But I refuse to talk to (Wade or Matt) they were rude.

Rent-N-Roll Response • May 06, 2019

Dear customer I want to start off with an apology for the experience during your purchase.
We have spoken with the customer about what took place during the installation and have agreed to pay for the damages caused to the vehicle antenna. This was the same agreement the store manager and customer came to on 8/22/18.
The only issue now is the customer is now saying there is body damage on the vehicle as well. This body damage was not observed, seen or communicated about until 5/2/19.
When customer claims we have damaged there vehicle our procedure is to document and investigate by observing the video footage from the installation or service.
Video records are not kept for this length of time and this makes it very difficult for RNR to accept fault for these newly discovered damages 9 months later.
In closing to the customer please accept my deepest apologies it was never are intention to make you feel like we did not believe you. We would just need supporting evidence of your claim.

Again we are still honoring what the manager agreed to 9 months ago to fix the damages to your vehicle antenna.

Sincerely,
RNR Tire Express

Customer Response • May 07, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am accept part of what is being offered to me. I called the store manager back today and was told that I was being offered $125 for my damages. The store manager (Joe) said they called a few shops for quotes on parts and labor and came up with the price of $125. The manager said that they got a quote of $30 for antenna and $100 for labor. I told the store manager that I got a quote from my dealership and it was costing over $400. Who ever at the shop at the time said it was a lot and then I said ok I'll find another shop more reasonable. But what they offering is an insult. But after talking about the antenna I then asked about what are they going to
do about the dent on my roof of my car where the antenna is and he said they don't have proof that it was their fault as far as the dent go. But he really didn't have much info for me other than them paying for my antenna. The store manager said he was informed that this was a corporate issue and that I would have to contact them. All I want at the end of the day is for all the damages caused by this business to be repaired not just my antenna.

Customer Response • May 08, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Like I said before I accept part of what was offered to me. I am pleased about the antenna being fixed. They have expressed that numerous times. But as far as the dent goes I am past upset and understand the part of them needing proof. But if they did an investigation like I was told. They never thought for some reason by my antenna getting caught on a string or whatever they said it got caught on the it might have or cause a dent. Because when you look at the antenna you have to replace the antenna and base and you slightly see a dent around the area. I mean it's crazy how you take your vehicle to get service and all of a sudden it gets damaged in the care of the business you left your vehicle with. If they put themselves in my shoes they would be *** like I am. Also I see they keep listing a time frame on how long ago my issue has taken place. At the time like I said plenty of times I have been communicating as much as I can with them and about when I'm able to get the repairs done and was told I didn't have a time line on several occasions. So it does not matter when I get the repairs done it's at my earliest convenience if I wasn't given a time frame. Now it's not my fault that their camera only holds footage for a short period of time. I have also in the past tried to give quotes both physical and verbally and was told they didn't need it and to just bring the receipt after I pay for the damages. I called the manager I believe yesterday (5-6-19) and told him another quote I have gotten and that I will be taking my vehicle to be serviced this Friday as far as the antenna part go ( 5-10-19) and will be bringing in my receipt after the repairs are done on my car. But the $125 I was told that will be given to me is not going to work. Because it cost more to get both the antenna and base of the antenna to be fix plus repair fees. But I'm not stopping until we come up with a solution about the dent on the roof of my car.

Rent-N-Roll Response • May 08, 2019

The customer purchased tires on 8/22/18 (last year).
During the installation the customers antenna got caught on the bay door pull rope and was snapped off.
The Manager agreed to pay for the damages and instructed the customer to get two quotes.
The customer has not provided quotes for damages caused to the antenna.
The customer is now claiming 8 months later that the store also dented the vehicle.
The manager did not see any body damage to the vehicle on the installation date.
The customer did not communicate that there was body damage on the vehicle caused by RNR on that date.
In the 8 month period from the installation date the customer has not communicated that RNR caused body damage to the vehicle.
RNR was notified by the customer on 5/2/19 that we dented the vehicle during the installation 8 months prior.

RNR is fully excepting responsibility for the damage caused to the antenna.
RNR cannot except responsibility for the body damage the customer is now claiming 8 months later.

We are very sorry the customers antenna was damaged during the installation. This is certainly not how we want our customer experiences to go. What happened was an accident and every bit our fault. We want to pay for what we damaged.

Thank you

I have a set of tires from the RNR tires in Dothan Alabama. They have my card on file cause I work out of town and it's easier for them to call me and I authorize them to run my card for the payment. Well they ran it March 16 2019 with calling and told them to put a note in the system to call first. They claim they did. Well March 23 2019 my payment was due again and they ran it yet again without calling me. So I called up there when I seen they ran my card and talked to baylee and he call the manager. Well the manager refunded my payment and said my next payment was due March 30 2019. I went into the store to make that payment. That put my next payment due April 6 2019. I was busy at working and couldn't call to make the payment. I guess they just made a judgement call and ran my card again without calling me.

Desired Outcome

To keep my card on file and not run the *** thing without calling first.

As of 4-20-2019, 3:45 pm , the customers card has been removed from our system. The customer will have to make the next payment due by coming into the store or calling the payment in over the phone with his desired payment method..

My complaint concerns billing issues that need to be addressed and unacceptable activities.
Recently I received wheels and tires from this company and as of April 7 2019 a issue arrived when I went pay my bill online. Online has both bills separate which I just found out from speaking to the sales manager, when I went online to pay it had what was due which I thought and I paid it twice plus I ended up having my spouse come in and make a third payment. The major problem arose when I realized someone from that shop authorized my card to be charged without my permission. My spouse spoke with the sales manager who in return stated that his manager deals with charging accounts and he didn't see where that happened on his end! Unacceptable, highly unprofessional and no one has reached out for and explanation.

Desired Outcome

I want to know why this business felt it was right to charge my card without my knowledge!

On 2/22/19 I purchased 4 used tires and wheels from this RNR Goodlettsville, TN location for $806.00 for my Honda Pilot.''

Soon after leaving the shop my TPMS light popped up on the dash.' I called the shop and complained (they had specifically told me they reset the system and all was good to go), and they scheduled me to come in on 3/1/19 to have it fixed.''

Soon after that I noticed that my front passenger tire was very low on air.' I checked and the PSI was at 12!' I called the location again and the manager told me that basically there was nothing they could do and I should've noticed sooner.' I couldn't have know the pressure was low because my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) was not working, due to their error.

A couple days after I called about the tire pressure I received a call saying that they would not have anyone in the shop for my appointment on 3/1/19 to fix the TPMS sensor and look at the tire.' I had to reschedule for the following Saturday (3/9/19).

I have had to put air in the front passenger tire ever day since I noticed the leak.' Then on 3/7/19 on my way home from work my VTM-4 (variable torque management 4WD system) and check engine light came on the dashboard.' I can no longer drive my vehicle for fear that more damage will be done to my car due to their faulty install.''

I requested that my original tires and wheels be put back on along with a full refund and compensation for any further damage caused to my vehicle because of this disaster.

The manager argued profusely and said that we must contact the owner (whom she had just spoken with) in order to receive a refund. The owner will now not answer any calls.

Desired Outcome

Refund I requested that my original tires and wheels be put back on along with a full refund and compensation for any further damage caused to my vehicle.

Customer has been contacted and joint efforts are currently underway to resolve the issue to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. The vehicle is to be examined by a Honda dealer 3/20/2019. Efforts will be made to correct the tire sensors ability to perform correctly. We request additional time to resolve the matter.

I have done business with RNR Custom Wheels & Tires over the course of several years in the past without any issues. However this particular experience has been unpleasant starting with the initial quote that I received. I made contact with RNR back in November of 2018 stating that I was in need of 2 Tires. I spoke with a individual who gave me a quote of $225 total with $20.00 down $25.00 per week. I asked the gentleman to repeat the quote to verify the quote given and set an appointment for installation. One the date of the appointment I pay the deposit quoted and complete all necessary requirements installation takes place without any problems. Once I began to read over my rental contract I observe that the tires rental amount is now $274.00 plus tax I immediately questioned the price listed as it wasn't the quote that I agreed to. They began to stumble stating that they weren't aware of who gave me that quote however this was the price of the tires. I felt mislead and taken advantage of considering now they have swindled me into paying $300 for two tires. Upon inspection of the 'tires? they were dirty as if they were previously used however, contract was signed so I paid as promised. From the beginning I paid $60 so that I can meet my 120 day same as cash date. I received a message that my account was due and upon checking my bank account discovered that someone unauthorized placed two transactions on my debit card at the weekly amount without my permission. The shady business dealings in false advertisement was one thing however THEFT and utilizing a my personal debit card is another. I attempted to call and speak with the store manager by the name of *** and rectify this issue to no avail. I ask that not only the issues of misrepresentation of prices investigated, I would also like immediate action for the individual that ran my debit card unauthorized without my permission.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like the price that I was quoted at initially at $225 and credit for all payments made up to current. I would like the individual responsible for processing a payment without my authorization held responsible and my debit card removed from their system immediately. Finally, all responsible individuals held responsible for THEFT as well as taking advantage of females by up charging products.

This is a response to complaint ***. Spoke with the customer Mrs. about her charges and we agreed that a $50.00 credit would correct any issues that she may have. This credit was posted to her account and she is happy now.

Miss representative of contract policies as far as payment plan
Purchase date August 13,2018. I went into store and inquired about their rental/Purchase program. I was told by the sales associate they have a 6 months same as cash program. I was quoted $900 out the door for a set of tires with a $20.00 down payment and bi-weekly payment of $66.56. I was told as long as I made the bi-weekly payments the tires would be paid for in 6 months with no additional fees added. I have made every payment as agreed and my contract end date is Feb. 9, 2019. I am now being told that I will still owe as of Fed 9 $433.00 and if not paid in full I will still owe $1500.00. Cassie my account rep stated it was in the contract. She also said they have had many complaints about this and admitted that the sales rep miss spoke about the 6 months same as cash. But she said because it was in fine print at the bottom of the contract there was nothing she could do. My husband also was told the same information make payments and it would be paid off in 6 months . That will mean I am paying somewhere around $2000.00 for a set of tires. I told Cassie I would have made higher bi-weekly payments had I been aware of this. He misrepresented verbally the policy.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the additional charges dropped and pay the original quoted price as I was verbally told by their sales rep.

Thank you but no I am not satisfied with their answer. None of the figures we were and have been quoted are the same. Last Thursday Feburary 7, 2019 we had to pay $330 to pay off the account. Their letter stated we owed $112.05 by February 12, 2019 to pay out. We were told by cassie we had to pay $330 which is what we paid. So do we still owe $112.05? And our figures add up to alot more we have paid then their figures are. Also yes we were quoted the $930.47 for the tires told that was out the door price for installation alignment and everything. But when I spoke to cassie she said that was just the price of the tires and the salesman was told to quote it that way then the accounting office would add on the additional charges of installation and alignment. So to be quite honest I don't know what I paid what I paid for and how they arrived at their figures. Thank you for looking into this. They are scamming customers in their practices. They need to be fully investigated. I have been in the car and tire business for 30 years and have never deceived anyone like this. Deception is their normal procedure. Thank you

Thank you. Since I sent you that dissatisfied email the company did reach out to me and actually refunded part of our money. So as for me the outcome ended up being satisfactory there are many other people who have been hurt by this company. Thank you.

Buying tiers from them and it's not working out so good

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I pay 77 a week for rims and tiers and still having problems

Signed up for 6 months interest-free financing at the end of the six months they said I still owe over a month in payments. I have a signed contract that says weekly payment amount which I follow to the T. Don't think this was a malicious Act but I'm getting stuck with the bill because of their accounting error.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Rent and roll stay true to their word.
