Revdex.com: I have...

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This company, Rescue One, Lured me into a debt resolution program that was totally inappropriate for my needs. The "senior financial consultant" (high pressure, commissioned salesman), [redacted], vaguely described the program as something like a debt consolidation loan, (rushing me through the "loan" application) which is the solicitation from them which prompted me to call them. Unbeknownst to me was that the program would destroy my otherwise very good credit thus ruining my opportunity to get a mortgage for the house I had a lease with an option to buy, deadline, July 1, 2017. I had discussed with [redacted] in DETAIL what my financial goals were, emphasizing the importance of seeing improvement in my credit score and the critical importance regarding my lease option. This program caused me to lose my purchase opportunity costing me over $25,000. It has been 10 months since Rescue One tricked me into signing up for this devastating program (which I cancelled when I realized the devastation this program was causing my credit score). From a FICO score reflecting a lifelong, perfect payment record, my FICO score is now as low as 423. I am nearly seventy years old and I will not live long enough to recover from this decimating, fraudulent transaction. Bradley Smith bragged to me that he was on the board of the local Revdex.com and told me, "Good luck with your complaint." Realizing the righteousness of my complaint he returned the profit he said his company made on the deal which was a BAIT and SWITCH from a consolidation loan to a debt resolution swindle with Freedom Debt Relief, which paid them a commission for luring me into their program. Freedom Debt Relief, using the contract I was tricked into signing, in turn engaged in a form of identity theft, representing me to creditors and allowing my accounts to become seriously overdue, ruining my credit. Regards,
[redacted]

Monies were received on Saturday, July .As we told the company, we can say the matter is resolved now, but we won't change our opinuon about the horrible experience with them.Thank you for your help in this matter.

You guys along with the big banks just don't understand. I'm not going to open a credit card to spend money that I could be sending these bills just so I could eventually raise my credit score in about 5-7 years. Even if I did that, my score is not going to change until these debts are resolved or taken off of my report. Screw you people along with every bank you work with.

Both Rescue One Financial and Freedom Debt Relief have had multiple conversations with Ms. [redacted] and are willing to do wahtever it is that she would like to clear this up. She is elderly and we are both having a hard time communicating with her. The end resul of this is that she originally enrolled in to our Debt Management Program and when she expressed concern over how the program worked, she was given a loan.
In November of this year, all of her debts show as resolved and her status is in repayment; however, she is delinquent on paying our loan back. There has been no bait & switch on this file and quite honestly, we should be the ones that are upset. What would she like us to do at this point?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have never spoken to anyone at Rescue One Financial, this company continues to lie about the whole situation. They did a Bait and Switch manuver when I applied for a consolidation loan online from Rescue and ended up with a Debt Management Program from Freedom. My problem is that I was coned by these companies into a program that I was led to belief was a Consumer Credit Counseling Program. I have not spoken to anyone at Freedom lately, they are responding to a certified letter I send the CEO's and to the VP of customer service. I have not spoken to them multiple times as they state. lies lies and more lies. I have paid over 20,000 dollars to these scammers and still owe them over 20,000 more, for what, frauds, I want them to admit that they mislead me with lies, and false promises. I dont have aymore money to send these con artists, I might have to get help from Legal Aide attorney's since it seems Im up against really smart con artists.

Do these people ever follow through with their appointments for clients?? No one answers the phone at main number. Had an appointment twice and no follow through. What kind of business are they trying to run here?? Do you want the business or not??

[redacted] had agreed to provide me with a credit protection and never sent me the information. Also nothing in their reply matches what they replied with here. [redacted] agreed it was an issue 100% and he didnt understand why I was even sent to them as a option. I am wanting a resolution here on the credit protection that was offered. And that is by far more than a good agreement on their half. If I had a employee threatening my clients and especially with their credit information as they disclosed to you that I was declined which is illeagal for them to share my information with anyone else besides my self I would of fired that employee on the spot. This is an unacceptable business practice. If [redacted] is unwilling to provide a positive outcome then this bad mark against the company on Revdex.com should stand.

Please note I was called by Rescue one financial ( the company I filled complaint against ) and they solved my problems.I believe solutions the company offered me was satisfied for me and want to discard my complaintThank you very much[redacted]

I originally got a letter from "Personal Lending Group", I was curious so I filled out as we are currently in a tough spot financially at the moment. The next morning somebody from "Rescue One Financial" called to follow up on the loan. They seemed promising on how they spoke and made it seem like we'd get a loan.
Today we get a response, and they pull a bait and switch on us. They said that we weren't applicable for a loan despite apparently being a service to help people with bad credit or low credit. Yet this is the part where they pulled the switch, They said they could do debt settlement for us instead, Sent them a check every month and they'll deal with the credit cards. Nice bait and switch Rescue One, Personal Lending Group or whoever you guys are. I don't care if you are accredited or whatever, But don't bait and switch customers who are legitimately trying to get out of debt.
