I was very pleased with the customer service I received from David Miller and others as I started this program He was very knowledgeable and understanding and very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question

When the agent first contacted me, I thought this was all a scam, but Ken assured me with facts and accurate information about the program that convinced me otherwiseHis knowledge and patience with my questions won my confidence in short orderAfter that, the enrollment was extremely organizedI was amazed at the amount of information given me, but Ken kept me informed along the way and made the process a breezeThanks to Ken and the program, I now have a higher level of financial confidence that I haven't had in a very long timeMy thanks goes out to Ken and this program!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I expressed that I was not in any hurry or desperate situation to "settle for a debt solution." It is true that I was referred to a LINK to apply for a loan to another company at a ridiculous rate and a lesser amount that what was needed to an "UNKNOWN" entity. If Rescue one is a "lender", then why would they offer a debtr settlement as the first option and NOT offer any loans. Secondly if they were a Lender then why would I need to complete a loan application with Resuce ONE and then another with PROSPER (or any other company).
If Prosper is one of their affiliates, then my application which began with Resuce one should have been sent to an "underwriter". The teaser Offer is defintely a bait and switch. The credit card companies are putting the squeeze on consumers and so are these agencies that advertise themselves as a "Debt Consolidation Lender"

creditworthiness we cannot extend you a loan.
We work with different banks with different underwriting guidelines and
unfortunately none of them would extend you a line of credit. My suggestion would be to open a secured
credit card and once you have re-established your credit you will have a better
opportunity to establish a line of credit
