Both Rescue One Financial and Freedom Debt Relief have had multiple conversations with Ms*** and are willing to do wahtever it is that she would like to clear this upShe is elderly and we are both having a hard time communicating with herThe end resul of this is that she originally enrolled in to our Debt Management Program and when she expressed concern over how the program worked, she was given a loanIn November of this year, all of her debts show as resolved and her status is in repayment; however, she is delinquent on paying our loan backThere has been no bait & switch on this file and quite honestly, we should be the ones that are upsetWhat would she like us to do at this point?

The consumer enrolled into a debt resolution program on November 1, 2014. Prior to enrolling into this debt program the client was thoroughly educated on the process and effects of the program. This included our company representative sending him an official contract and walking
him through each individual page at which time he signed each page to confirm his understanding of them. The contract that was signed was with Freedom Debt Relief and not Rescue One as Freedom Debt Relief is the servicing company, this was explained to the client at the time of signing. At no time was the account handed off or sold by Rescue One as it was structured this way from day one. After the client signed every page of the contract he then completed a recorded compliance call to confirm he understands all aspects of the program, including but not limited to credit affects and potential legal action, see attached document for content. At the time of enrollment the consumers credit score was 593, this is considered by all credit bureaus as a poor score. Per the credit report we have on file that was pulled with the consumers consent on 10/28/prior to enrolling he has multiple negative codes as to why his score is so low. The top code is a which states "serious delinquency" followed by others that detail why his score is so low. These codes were all on his credit report prior to contacting Rescue One. Our representative spent approximately hours all told explaining the process, credit affects, potential legal action by creditors and rate of delinquency he would have to be at to resolve the account in this program The then signed the contract, went through the compliance call and at that point the consumer then made the decision to voluntarily stop payments to his creditors with the knowledge that Rescue One nor Freedom make regular monthly payments to his creditors. Mr*** is currently an active client and enrolled into a months program A copy of the signed agreement can also be provided at your request but the claims of being misled in any way are completely false

Freddie was really helpful and he explained to me and answered all my questions that I had and simply walked me through the whole process and it felt like a walk in the park on a nice sunny dayAt least I can breath a little bit better now, knowing things will only get better from here on outStarting my new year fresh!...Thx to the Rescue One Financial Team!

All the folks were very helpful and now I am on the path to get debt free!

We spoke with David *** about our credit card debtWe had sickness in our family and had to use credit cards to help pay the medical billsEven though we always paid our bills on time we were not getting anywhere in reducing the debtDavid walked through the options that were available to us and helped us to decide on the route to takeWe are confident that with the assistance of Rescue One we will be able to get out of debt quicker than we would on our own

The purpose of pointing out the low credit score was in response to Mr*** claim detailed here, "In the United States, your credibility is based on your credit standing
and reportMy credibility was completely destroyed by Rescue One
Rescue One needs to compensate me for damaging my credibility and credit
report" To insinuate that Rescue One is the reason for the poor credit standing is not true. Mr*** credit was in poor standing prior to any dealings with Rescue one. We did inform Mr*** that we do not make regular monthly payments to his creditors, both on the contract and the recorded compliance ball, he not only signed the contract but confirmed his understanding on the call. It is correct hat Mr*** would have to voluntarily stop making payments for the process to work for him, this was covered in on the recorded compliance call to which Mr*** confirmed he understood this. We also confirmed with him that he understood that his accounts may go into collections prior to resolving the account with each creditor. We did recommend that Mr*** close his accounts as the purpose of his ongoing program is to pay off the outstanding accounts and not to continue to accrue additional charges and raise his debt load. Mr*** is still an active client and on track for completion of his month program. The accusations of wrong doing on behalf of Rescue One are not warranted in any way Everything described in his complaint was not only covered verbally but signed off by Mr*** on his contact as well as on his recorded compliance call to which he stated he understood. We look forward to continuing to service Mr*** and helping him to a better financial situation by eliminating his unsecured debts to which he has enrolled
