*** *** was very unprofessional, rude and out of lineSo much that I will never use this company,and I will refer people away, alsoI don't have to tolerate rudeness and get insultedThere are plenty of companies out there and I will be seeking one of those for my servicesI have an entire lengthy email explaining his attitudeTelling me I should've returned his call soonerI explained I had surgery and returned to a very busy weekend at workHe said yes so does everyone else they still return phone calls,etcAlso, said that I just told him I had the day off and that if he calls back today he can EXPECT me to answer

I spoke to a rep *** ***, I was denied for a consolidation loan because of low credit score, I explained I had s business go under which was the reason for my bad credit rating and the need for a loan, he wanted me to sign up for a resolution plan, when I asked questions about the plan he got upset and started insulting me about my credit, he never sent the info that he said he would and I feel like he was talking down to me because of my situation like I was not supposed to question anything

Darrin was extremely helpful and professional He walked me through everything I needed to know and or understand! Thanks to Darrin I am going to be able to live Debit Free!
