Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Moving the due date to the 25th will help them to be able to get my invoices to me before the payment is dueBut it does not fix the current problemsIf resurgent changes the due date, AND removes the last late fees (because the invoices weren't sent in a timely enough manner for me to return payment before it was due, and the 3rd when I did as resurgent advised through a Revdex.com response and didn't wait for an invoice and sent a check without the payment coupon from the invoice and it took days for it to get to them and days for resurgent to process it.) If the late fees are removed and the due date move I will consider the issue satisfactory and closed
