Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. They claim to have previously given me validation which they have not. If they have, they should have no problem posting the validation I asked for in the response. Sending me a statement is not debt validation. They ignored my request for debt validation once again. You can see what I asked for and see what they provided. A form letter and a copy of an original contract with *** *** is not debt validation. I am attaching my debt validation request letter now for the 3rd time and I need specifically what it asks for or they have proven they can not validate the debt. Also, Junk debt buyers can not be factoring companies. You can not bend the definition. *** *** would be the factoring company, not the junk debt buyer LVNV. If they will not provide exactly what I ask for in my validation request letter, it shows they can not validate this debt. Claiming to have validated it in the past, when they have not, is ridiculous and I'd like return receipt proof they sent me anything. I am using the letter I sent them, with my requests, and the blatant disregard for what I asked for in their response, to contact the Federal Trade Commission. LVNV has shown in the responses here that they will not honor my request for debt validation or acknowledge falsely reporting as a factoring company. I will allow the FTC to investigate what they are doing here and how they have ignored my requests. Should they not immediately provide "WHAT I ASKED FOR" in the attached letter for the third time, they need to stop reporting to the credit bureaus as this debt is not validated. I will await their final response before contacting the FTC and filing a case against them based on their responses

*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The letter resurgent sent as their "proof"only supports meNo where in that letter does it tell me that mailing invoices to me is optional or only a coutesyIt does give me the option to set up automatic payments taken directly from my account, but that is not really an option for me as I do not get paid on the same day every month to know the money would be thereTherefore I chose to stick with the paper invoices. Even after resurgent responded in saying all the glitches associayed with my account had been taken care of, my invoice due november 15, was post marked November 19th and didn't arrive until the 23rdIt also states on the invoice to detach payment coupon and return it with paymentNow since resugents last response was I should send payment whether I get an invoice or not, I had already sent my payment alone without the corrisponding payment couponI have checked and Iit was put in the mail on november 19th and has not yet been depositedprobably because without yhe payment coupon they don't have the info they need in order to know what to do with it and I suspect they will use that as an excuse to charge another unwarranted late fee I spoke to a few other friends with loans that were taken over by resurgent who are also unhappyI will encourage them to also file a complaint with the Revdex.com &/or refinance with a different company
