Ed was able to fix our furnace issue where it would go off sometimes and not comeback on even after pressing the restart button on relay by replacing the motor...other tech replaced relay box twic, transformer, cell, thermostat etc visits and still furnace would stop working and you couldnt restart it...he has good instincts try and get him if you can

I and my parents before me have been dealing with this firm since they were * * *** They have maintained our furnace with excellent service for over years of conversion from coal to several furnace replacements over the many years of living in the same house I just had my annual furnace tuwith Art Dand Chris They called me ahead of their expected ETA, arrived early and the job was done efficiently, and all was left clean in the furnace room in the basement When my Mother was ill in the hospital in December, 2011, I had to leave the basement open for the techs who were scheduled to install the latest furnace and tank while I was at the hospital daily to oversee Mother's care This major job took about a week I was able to have heat and hot water when I came home in the evenings I cannot tell you how trustworthy and honest the guys were--no problem! I would highly recommend this company to other homeowners--and courtesy, knowledge, honesty, people skills reign supreme
