An extreme cold snap created a heating system problem Ed from Woolley Home attempted to resolve the issue Ed who is a highly experienced technician, had never been confronted with this type of problem He contacted the furnace manufacture’s technical service department They were stymied by the problem After a couple of hours, they thought they had a solutionUnfortunately, shortly after leaving the problem continued Once again, I contacted Woolley Home Solutions and Ed returned first thing the following day He was relentless in trying to diagnose the problem After significant effort on his part, was successful in correcting the issue with out the help of the manufacturer I can not praise Ed highly enough for his analytical and technical skills Not to mention his persistence Once resolved he further demonstrated his professionalism by contacting the manufacture service technician to advise them of the solution for which they were grateful Woolley Home again exceeded my expectations as it relates to their commitment to customer service

I want to share a very positive experience about Woolley Home (Maplewood, NJ)Art Dwas very professional and helpful in determining what was going on with my home's AC Fortunately the issue ended up being something different than the ACI was charged for only a service call I believe some companies may have taken advantage of the situation and charged me significantly more $ I strongly recommend Woolley Home and will ask for Art Dwhen I need Woolley Home's service again

Compressor for central a/c stopped working It was a tricky issue, but Art discovered and fixed it

I and my parents before me have been dealing with this firm since they were * * *** They have maintained our furnace with excellent service for over years of conversion from coal to several furnace replacements over the many years of living in the same house I just had my annual furnace tuwith Art Dand Chris They called me ahead of their expected ETA, arrived early and the job was done efficiently, and all was left clean in the furnace room in the basement When my Mother was ill in the hospital in December, 2011, I had to leave the basement open for the techs who were scheduled to install the latest furnace and tank while I was at the hospital daily to oversee Mother's care This major job took about a week I was able to have heat and hot water when I came home in the evenings I cannot tell you how trustworthy and honest the guys were--no problem! I would highly recommend this company to other homeowners--and courtesy, knowledge, honesty, people skills reign supreme
