Sad to learn that Woolley Home is not Revdex.com accredited (Perhaps it is under the name Woolley Home Solutions or Woolley Fuel Company.) I and my parents before me have been dealing with this firm since they were [redacted] They have maintained our furnace with excellent service for over years of conversion from coal to several furnace replacements over the many years of living in the same house I just had my annual furnace tuwith Art Dand Chris They called me ahead of their expected ETA, arrived early and the job was done efficiently, and all was left clean in the furnace room in the basement When my Mother was ill in the hospital in December, 2011, I had to leave the basement open for the techs who were scheduled to install the latest furnace and tank while I was at the hospital daily to oversee Mother's care This major job took about a week I was able to have heat and hot water when I came home in the evenings I cannot tell you how trustworthy and honest the guys were--no problem! I would highly recommend this company to other homeowners--and courtesy, knowledge, honesty, people skills reign supreme

Art recently came to perform our annual service and cleaningHe called before arriving to keep us informed and updated on his arrival timeWhile performing the service Art explained some of the features of our boiler and showed me how to perform a check of the system if for some reason it failedThis included how the computer would reset and indicate the problem area so this information could be used when calling for serviceHe conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner the entire time and I would highly recommend both him and this company to anyone

Annual boiler check up Ed is a seasoned professional who takes the time do the job right and answer my questions He always does his best to make sure the boiler is operating at peak performance

An extreme cold snap created a heating system problem. Ed from Woolley Home attempted to resolve the issue. Ed who is a highly experienced technician, had never been confronted with this type of problem. He contacted the furnace manufacture’s technical service department. They were stymied by the problem. After a couple of hours, they thought they had a solution. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the problem continued. Once again, I contacted Woolley Home Solutions and Ed returned first thing the following day. He was relentless in trying to diagnose the problem. After significant effort on his part, was successful in correcting the issue with out the help of the manufacturer. I can not praise Ed highly enough for his analytical and technical skills. Not to mention his persistence. Once resolved he further demonstrated his professionalism by contacting the manufacture service technician to advise them of the solution for which they were grateful. Woolley Home again exceeded my expectations as it relates to their commitment to customer service.

Ed seemed to know immediately what the issue was with our boiler What I thought would be a thermostat replacement was actually something much more simple Ed passed the thermostat went straight to the boiler and found the problem My husband had turned the water temperature up too high so the heat wouldn't shut off minlater, done! Also, what I figured to probably to be an all day wait for service simply did not happen Ed was there by 9:am

Eddie of Woolley Home has done a great job working through the idiosyncrasies HVAC system in the house we just moved into He has been patiently trouble shooting all sorts of noises and control issues It is already improved and we have a good plan for the fix
