Review: This company harasses me constantly and threatens me. They say that they have me on camera getting a loan that I never paid back. They say that I can go to jail for writing bad checks. I don't ever remember taking out a loan OR even having the financial institution that they say I have. the woman that I spoke with said that I had 15 minutes to come up with $500 and if I did, everything would be thrown out and if I didnt, she would be forced to turn over the paperwork to the authorities and I could be served at work or my job with court papers. I did make the mistake of giving them $100 because I was totally freaking out about the charges and facing possible jail time. She said that she would call me back for me to make additional payments. Something in me told me to look up the company and I saw many complaints about this company and possible reports of scam. Now I have to now call my banks to make sure additional money hasn't been taking out and contact the credit bureau as well.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop contacting me and if this is a scam, I would like my my $100 back

Review: This company calls my house from 2 to 6 times per day on a daily basis. It is always a computer generated call with all sorts of automated messages demanding that I call them before 6 pm that day or they will file charges against me. The charges have ranged from telling my son they are charging me with felony fraud, felony check fraud, bad ach transaction, debt collection, etc. They have not once told who they are calling just start in demanding I call them long distance immediately. I have never received even one letter from these people stating they are collecting on any account. They told my son they were trying to collect a debt on me for a First Savings Credit Card and told him I owed over $1100 which all was a violation of my privacy an the Fair Debt collection practices! Not once has there been an actual person on the line when they have called nor have they sent anything in writing where I can dispute it. They continue to call daily with their threatening messages and I'm about sick of it. Not only do they harrass me but they harrass my son as well who doesn't even live with me and has nothing to do with anything I might or might not owe.Desired Settlement: I want them to cease an desist in their threatening phone calls . I just filed a complaint against this company on February 26, 2013. Their resolution was that my phone # would be removed. Obviously that is their standard bs resolution because they obviously don't abide by it nor do they remove your phone number! Prior to 2/26/13 this company had called my home anywhere from 2-6 times per day demanding I call them immediately. They have misrepresented who they are on several occasions to my son who they also CONTINUE to HARRASS ALONG WITH MYSELF. The calls started again just 2 minutes ago so they DO NOT REMOVE ANY NUMBERS. They use that resolution to shut the Revdex.com up and the person filing the complaint. They on several occasions told my son they were getting me for FELONY FRAUD, FELONY CHECK FRAUD (have not had a checking account in at least 8 years!), told him they were a mediator NOT a collection agency and also told him they got his number through our local courthouse which is a blatant LIE! They have not once addressed in their robo calls to me who they are even calling, just start in demanding I call them that day. I do not make long distance calls back to people who I have no idea who they are even calling and I surely will NOT call someone who has NEVER even sent anything in writing to me to begin with on what they are collecting on to give me a chance to dispute it!

Yesterday alone 8/22/2012 this company called a total of more than 6 times between my home phone and cellular phone, and this is after I received the email that the company will resolve this issue. This morning 8/23/2012 I received a phone call at about 6:30-7am both on the home number and cellular number that woke up my kids. This company still does not explain what this in reference to and refuses to send any written documents, statements, etc. and continues to threaten me with court dates and legal action. Like I explained in my first email to Revdex.com, when I received this call for the first time I googled the number and found that other people were victims of this too, all without knowing why. Review: Our company has received several threatening voice mails from several different representatives of R & L Capital LLC in response to fraudulent checks that were written by an individual who does not work with and has never worked with our company nor does any representative of our company have any knowledge of the existence of this individual. They are rude but agree to not call but yet the calls have not stopped. It is evident this is a scam but nothing seems to be getting done because this company is still harassing citizens of this country...who pay taxes and obey the laws of this country. Review: This company has called and bugged me constantly. I was told that I owed for some company that they never stated who or what.

I told them I could make arrangements to pay the bill but asked who and what for but was ignored, I let it go then and asked later to be sent a copy of terms and agreement

I didn't get it posted on my debit card until maybe 11 or 12 noon. They kept calling my phone stating that they had issued a summons for my court date and I was suppose to have my money in the bank by 8 am when they do their transactions. I called them to explain that I have to manually put money on the debit card and to at least email me a copy of these terms. I have asked 3 times for this and still have not received it. Review: Both my mother and myself received a phone call from this establishment this morning (9/17/12). My mother received the phone call first where a man stated that there had been a "packet" delivered to them at either their residence or place of employment. My mother asked what this was in reference to, and he went into detail stating a litany of false statements related to the "specifics" of my "case" without even asking who he was speaking to. He also stated that I had been served papers related to criminal charges. My mother asked about the contact information he had, and he provided her with addresses and phone numbers that had never belonged to me. He also told my mother after the conversation was over that the conversation had been recorded, which is a violation of FCC Interstate regulations.
