Review: This company has calld both my home and place of work. When they call my home they claim that there are claims against me regarding something to do with a check. They call my workplace stating that I should have received a packet at my home or place of business (which I did not) and that we had to discuss a certain page from this supposed packet and that there are upcoming court dates. I have no idea what this refers to considering I do not own or haven't used a credit card in literally 10 years!! And I most certainly did not have any issues regarding fradulent checks. They make the statement that if I do not respond that they will consider it a refusal to make a payment arrangements. The messages are aggressive and persisitant and I wish for them to stop calling me. They say they want to hear from me or my legal representation. I will pursue this further with an attourney if necessary.Desired Settlement: No more contacts & threats from the company & their affiliates with other names indicating they are law firms. Need confirmation & apology letter that they have taken cease & desist action.

Review: I called this agency to cease auto-drafts on my account. I advised 3 Rossi & Lombardi employees that I am having a financial hardship and will not be able to make the monthly payments for a few months. The first gentlement proceeded to ask me if I was "freaking serious about cancelling $25 payments". He continued to insult me and belittle me throughout the entire phone conversation with statements like "I want to know who authorized this stupid payment arrangement and that I will get sued." The gentlement then disconnected the call before cancelling my payments. I also noticed that he drafted my account today when the initial agreement was for me to be drafted on the 15th of each month. I also have a letter stating such. I called back and spoke with the operation, which was a male a well. I advised him of the horrible treatment I received from the employee and then he proceeded to insult me and stated that I was rude. He transferred me to the same man that I was insulted by the 1st time and ended up getting hung up on AGAIN. Now, I called twice more and spoke with a woman and was hung up on both times. Again, my request to cancel drafts was not granted. The female insulted me, stated that they were going to " [redacted] my funiture from under me" and everything else I own. She also stated that I was constantly "flapping my lips and not listening to her". Needless to say, I has to cancel my debit card because of this issue. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They belittled me and made me feel like a total criminal. The only thing I'm guilty of is falling on hard times after I lost my job. I understand their position as a debt collector but I also know mine as a consumer.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a detailed listing/explanation of RoomStore card charges and payments made since the account has been with Rossi & Lombardi. I would like to speak with a person that's higher up on the food chain so this issue can be sorted out as well.
