All detailed information about the costs and pickup details were listed in the voucher, and You agreed with them when making a reservation. If you do not agree with the terms of the lease, you had to cancel a booking before the start of rental period.Under the terms of our company, *** collects administration fee in amount of USD/CAD if the client did not show up to a car rental counter on the pick up day, or showed up late, or dropped the car off ahead of schedule. ** *** ***

If you abided by the rental agreement and had the car that I reserved and paid for in full prior to picking up, I would not be making a complaint I am making a complaint because you did not have the car I prepaid for and instead of giving me an upgrade you gave me a downgrade and I am making it known that I reserved the car for the additional timeframe based on the price but knowing that car would not have been available, I would not have prepaid or gotten a car for days Because I only ever needed the car for one day from day So you speak to rental agreement and I am going to speak to a contract I paid in full for a car and agreement that I never received Due to the fact that you did not have the car I reserved and provided a downgrade My prepaid agreement was null and void and I made known to the agent that it was being returned the next day under the downgraded car agreementYou should never agree and have a customer prepay for a car if you are not going to hold upon your side of the agreement and not have the car and then act like the customer did something wrong
