Thank you Jason and Brad for a wonderful experience purchasing my new car In all my years, I have never had a better experience You guys are the greatest!! This was so easy and enjoyableThank you, again!

I was referred by a friend to Bruce at Rock Chevrolet for the purchase of my new [redacted] I was looking for a specific car with specific options and a specific price Bruce located the car and brought it in to the dealershipIt was perfect and I would highly recommend Rock Chevy for service and friendliness

We have asked the customer to return to the shop to review her problems and she refuses to do soWe have called and been hung up onWe have been accused by an unnamed third party technician of doing something we did not doWe replaced a center cap on her wheel for freeWe filled her coolant tank for free and have been accused of putting an oily substance in thereOur ASE certified tech follows strict guidelines to refill a coolant tank and there would be no oily substance in the tankThe only thing these claims are based on is some third party technician's suppositionWe have noting further at this time

I brought my [redacted] in for service on some recalls and because I smelled a bad odor when the hvac was on I was told the recalls were repaired and when I asked what was done they could not answer the question and just told that it was "all taken care of" Pete in the service department (service advisor) was very rude and condescending This was on a Friday They told me that they could not smell the odor and there was nothing they could do They transferred me to the mechanic and he said he would call GM The following Wednesday I still had not heard back from them and I was happy to think they were working on it I called to see how it was going and again, Pete the service advisor was very rude and said he left us a message Friday saying there was nothing they could or would do for us I never received that message and have been without my car for an additional days for no reason On Friday, I told them I took a whole minutes searching online and found the problem that they could not find I found SEVERAL blogs and forums that stated the [redacted] and [redacted] all have this problem It's the transfer case vent that needs to be relocated and I gave them the part number and tech line case number Part number 01CDZand Tech line case number XXXXXXXX from another owner that had the same problem Pete refused to research this and insisted there is no odor and would not do any further work on the vehicle I left and will never return to this dealer I took it to another Chevrolet dealer a few miles away and it was fixed with no questions asked a few days later Rock Chevrolet in Grayslake Illinois is horrible, lazy and rude! DO NOT GO THERE!

I was contacted on 2/6/by Rock Chevrolet for a inquiry I made the night before about a vehicle I saw on their websiteThe person who called (Sheena) assured me that they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive later that day, so she scheduled an appointment for me to go, and I specifically said that I was driving miles to make sure the car was still available, which she confirmedSo after driving for more then an hour I meet the salesperson which without hesitation delivers the news that the car had sold earlierAfter my complaint the manager just quickly apologized making all bunch of excuses about the way they conduct their business and refused to offer me a gas card for wasting my time and money on a mile round trip

Ok to first start this off my daughter is a first time car owner and she got approved for a car but the insurance was very high and with her not knowing she had to pay she was getting upset and just asked for her payment back and with us living in Wisconsin we told are ride to leave for the simple fact we thought that she had the carWell after going back and forth with the help of Tim *** Matt *** Cody *** and Brandon they made the miracle happen and she was on her wayI would recommend this dealership to anybody and give them *** five stars and then some thank you Billie ***

John and Matt were very helpfullI was in and out with in a good time and was able to get what I wanted!
I would recommend others here

First let me say that we do sincerely offer our apology for all of these inconveniences
One of the biggest problems we encountered was a Social Security Number mis match according to the bank and that did slow things
down considerably, but should not be used as an excuse for these other items
At this time we do have information on several components related to the abnormally long time it has taken to get your paperwork processed, but not all of the answers as to other questions that you haveSuch as who did not call you back and why you were not kept in the loop on issues surrounding your deal
Our office has confirmed that your vehicle will show registered at the Sect of State's office and the title is being fed ex'd to us per the bank
We left a message for you on Tues this week but are not sure if you received it*** *** from our office is available Jan to speak with you about additional details
In closing we will be talking to our serv dept personnel to determine who was not contacting you regarding the status of the service on your vehicleWe do not have any information on this as of today

Customer service was great worked with me on finding the right car that fit my budgetI will be back

Ms*** purchased a bmw on 12/07/trading in her ford fucosThe purchase was finalized and completedOn 01/07/Ms.*** traded her bmw for a Chrysler That purchase was completed on 01/09/Since this point Ms*** has not made her first
payment on the which was due Feb 23rd also the full coverage auto insurance needed was canceledRock Chevrolet has reached out to Ms*** to try and help resolve the issue. Ms.*** has been told Rock Chevrolet will hold the for her until 3/25/and if she can produce her first car payments and provide full coverage insurance we can return the car to herIf Ms.*** would like her back to resolve this issue Rock Chevrolet would be happy to do so
