This place is awesome!! [redacted] was the sales associate that helped us. He was remarkably honest and fair. Really went to extra lengths to get us the vehicle we needed. Never seemed bothered or annoyed even though I called and pestered him a number of times with silly questions. He and the "finance guy" [redacted] really did a great job. Offered me an extended warranty but wasn't too pushy or in my face about it. Also gave me an outstanding offer for my trade in. More, in fact, then it was really worth. I stopped in at Rock Chevy to purchase a new SUV to replace my current SUV. I previously worked with Bruce and that experience was great. This time was even better. Bruce and the whole dealership were so accomodating. I actually replaced my car also. Two new cars for a great price from a terrific dealership.

I came to Rock Chevy for a new car and drove out of here with an amazing new impala. The salesman, managers and staff were wonderful. I am very pleased and will reccommend Rock to everyone I know.

Just bought a used truck from here. I had a very nice, no hassle experience. The salesman, Chris [redacted] was very friendly and helpful. Every effort was made to make the sale happen. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2003 bmw on 12/07/2015 trading in her 2000 ford fucos. The purchase was finalized and completed. On 01/07/2016 Ms.[redacted] traded her 2003 bmw for a 2008...

Chrysler 300. That purchase was completed on 01/09/2016. Since this point Ms. [redacted] has not made her first payment on the 2008 300 which was due Feb 23rd also the full coverage auto insurance needed was canceled. Rock Chevrolet has reached out to Ms. [redacted] to try and help resolve the issue.  Ms.[redacted] has been told Rock Chevrolet will hold the 2008 300 for her until 3/25/2016 and if she can produce her first 2 car payments and provide full coverage insurance we can return the car to her. If Ms.[redacted] would like her 140.00 back to resolve this issue Rock Chevrolet would be happy to do so.

Tim and Bruce where great to deal with they gave us the best deal. Had to work at it but got it done.

We have asked the customer to return to the shop to review her problems and she refuses to do so. We have called and been hung up on. We have been accused by an unnamed third party technician of doing something we did not do. We replaced a center cap on her wheel for free. We filled her coolant tank...

for free and have been accused of putting an oily substance in there. Our ASE certified tech follows strict guidelines to refill a coolant tank and there would be no oily substance in the tank. The only thing these claims are based on is some third party technician's supposition. We have noting further at this time.
