Went to web site looking for a truck...called dealership and was referred to Jeremy [redacted]. Good guy to deal with fun to talk with and knows the vehicle line I would recommend him to friends and family

Was a painless experience for the most part. Brandon [redacted] was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and courteous; he did what he could to get us where we needed to be with payments, etc. Would buy a car from him again.

I saw an add on-line for the exact truck I was looking at when standing in person. The add on line had the truck listed for $57,981. When I arrived onsite and starting talking to the sales person (who was very helpful) I noticed that the final starting price was ~$71K (due to extra work done on the truck). I have no problem with the truck or the actual values - the problem is the picture of the truck was accurate and not of a "stock" truck and the advertisement said $57,981 yet when I arrived the price of the truck was ~$71K. This, in my opinion is false advertising and a poor technique on getting people to stop at the dealership.

Thank you Brad [redacted] for making this such a wonderful experience for the purchase of my first new car. It was so great and I will let all of my friends know to come to Rock Chevrolet and see you.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, they did replace my center cap for free because when I dropped off my car I had all four of them on and my car was picked up with only 3 of them. Yes, it's been replaced and I am grateful. However, that should not have even been an issue since I dropped it off In one piece. To add, the cap is in fact for my car but doesn't even match the other 3 of them. Again, this was not an issue for me, but since it's being brought up, that's another thing to add on. I don't have anything against any of the gentleman that I spoke to regarding this issue, but the service provided was not a job well done. Why would the shop I took my car into lie about what liquid was in my tank? If they were trying to rip me off, wouldn't it make sense for them to just keep quiet and let it crack my radiator, which seems to be the intention from the service department at Rock Chevrolet? That would certainly have gotten them a little more money. I have never been so dissatisfied with ANY service done on any of my cars until taking it in to Rock Chevrolet. I am honestly disappointed that it has to come this far but the way that this business is being ran is unacceptable. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.

Our sales associate Brandon was very helpful. He was straight to the point and also helped us pick out our car. We will be more than willing to recommend to other people.

I brought my 2012 [redacted] in for service on some recalls and because I smelled a bad odor when the hvac was on. I was told the recalls were repaired and when I asked what was done they could not answer the question and just told that it was "all taken care of" Pete in the service department (service advisor) was very rude and condescending. This was on a Friday. They told me that they could not smell the odor and there was nothing they could do. They transferred me to the mechanic and he said he would call GM. The following Wednesday I still had not heard back from them and I was happy to think they were working on it. I called to see how it was going and again, Pete the service advisor was very rude and said he left us a message Friday saying there was nothing they could or would do for us. I never received that message and have been without my car for an additional 5 days for no reason. On Friday, I told them I took a whole 5 minutes searching online and found the problem that they could not find. I found SEVERAL blogs and forums that stated the [redacted] and [redacted] all have this problem. It's the transfer case vent that needs to be relocated and I gave them the part number and tech line case number. Part number 01CDZ110 and Tech line case number XXXXXXXX from another owner that had the same problem. Pete refused to research this and insisted there is no odor and would not do any further work on the vehicle.

I left and will never return to this dealer. I took it to another Chevrolet dealer a few miles away and it was fixed with no questions asked a few days later. Rock Chevrolet in Grayslake Illinois is horrible, lazy and rude! DO NOT GO THERE!

I was there about a month ago. Assisted by William [redacted] He said he use to work in finance then work as a salesman. Aside from eating candies in front of customer, transfer me from desk to another desk. Covered a huge flyer stand on my right side and fell on me, and I had to fix it. He was still helpful. I wanted a car that I want and I was showed over 5 cars I did not liked at all. I test drove couple cars. Then he said to hop in to a [redacted] or [redacted] with him with my daughter and her nanny in the back of the seat, Then he just floor the car in their parking lot without me having my seatbelt on yet. I was like "wooooh Slow down" And he was like" sorry". Then finally. from 4:21 pm to almost 9:00, we are still figuring out what to do. Then I went home and realize that my drivers license is not with me. I went back to pick up my drivers license and he had it in his pocket. He said I dropped it in the parking lot , which is impossible. Then the next couple days, I came back to give it another shot, I was given to another salesman , as he refused to help us again. But that's because he did not get along with my husband. Then after that, My credit score went down plus they were unable to help anyway. My credit was sent to over 19 financial, and still kept calling me. Then one in awhile, I still get the mail called "drivenow" in which everyone gets it even if the customer is under a "do not call list, or a dead deal" That's how the world works. As long as they get appointments and get someone in the door, doesn't matter what type of day a customer will have.

Mr [redacted] came back to Rock Chevrolet on May 21st and had his 2 new tires installed and new remote and key programed for his 2008 [redacted]....

Mr. [redacted] has everything he was promised at time of sale and also 2 new tires that he requested after the sale.
