Thank you for making my first time for getting a car loan at a real dealer for a proud mother. Brad [redacted] did me rightous and I am very glad that my cousins told me to come to Rock Chevrolet and see you. It worked, I got myself my dream car!!!!!

Rock Chevrolet was very helpful during my experience with purchasing a vehicle. I came in to buy one car and found a better one instead. All thanks to Jose [redacted] with all of his help. I could not of ask for a better salesman to conduct business with. Again, Thanks Rock for a new adventure on the road.

I came to rock in look for a upgrade on a car. Christopher [redacted] helped me out in finding a chevy [redacted] in good looking conditions. by it being a used car it had minor maintenance needed and they did not hesitate on resolving the issue and making my car like... service and sales both gave me great service I would recommend my friends and family to Christopher [redacted] and rock Chevrolet..

I just bought my new car today and got home and studied my contract because it seemed not right. After careful study I found out the finance person Matt added on $2300 worth of services that I did NOT ask for!! He cleverly listed it to make me think it was the extended Warrenty so I did not question it at the time of signing. Needless to say I'm very angry and feel betrayed. I am very curious to see how they respond to this major error on their part!!! I will of course demand my money back!!! I think they resent me getting such s good deal on this car that they wanted to get their share out of the deal too!! People can be driven to do such double crossing deeds. I sensed something was very wrong when I shook the finance persons hand --- it was all sweaty cold and clammy---very gross!! Stealing people's money can do that to a person!!
I hope to resolve this on Monday when I speak to my salesperson first thing in the morning!! I hope they give me my money back.......

Bryant [redacted] made the car buying experience enjoyable. He listened to my desires, worked on a win-win solution, and acted in a professional manner during the entire process. He definitely earned my business as a loyal customer and I will seek him out when we purchase a new car for my wife. If you need a car, and want to be treated well, ask for Bryant. I was referred by a friend to Bruce at Rock Chevrolet for the purchase of my new [redacted]. I was looking for a specific car with specific options and a specific price. Bruce located the car and brought it in to the dealership. It was perfect and I would highly recommend Rock Chevy for service and friendliness.

At Rock Chevrolet we strive to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with the purchase of their new or pre owned car or truck.
As for the amount you paid for the car. The price was fully disclosed in all the...

paperwork you have and that you signed and was given to you prior to you signing anything. Additionally, you asked to take the car off premises and be allowed to discuss the the purchase with your associate. We gave you time to leave the store and discuss your purchase with your friends and have one of them return to the dealership with you to finalize your purchase and review your paperwork. So you and your chosen assistant were both involved in this process as you instructed.
In closing, please recall your desire to lease a vehicle for 12 months that you shared with us originally, and how we explained to you that based on credit worthiness you were not qualified to lease a car for that period of time without significant restrictions that you were unable to meet.
A purchase was the only possible way for you to obtain transportation and you were made fully aware of that prior to signing any documentation finalizing the transaction. The night you made the purchase you were quite satisfied with our service, the price, the fact that you were able to obtain financing and the process.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want the transaction which was made on 08-Nov-14 between me and Rock Chevrolet to be dissolved completely. This transaction was made without my knowledge, I have taken Rock Chevrolet sale representative words and signed the document on 08-Nov-14.
I would completely deny and say all your statement above are false. Price was never disclosed to me, all I have discussed with sales associate is Leasing used car. I was told by sales associate that leasing new car is not possible for 12 months, but you could lease used car for 12 months. (and if I could recall the exact phrase Sale rep. said " It is kind of lease").
The sales associate or anyone in Rock Chevrolet never disclosed that it is used car sale during the transaction. During signing the agreement, all I have taken face value of sale associate and rock Chevrolet , and to be fact I was urged and never asked to read and sign the document since it was closing time on Saturday evening. I signed the documents only by taking the words of sales associate.
Rock Chevrolet took control of car (Mitsubishi) key, I was given the car (Hyundai Accent) to drive and bring the old car title and pay check, since those were at my home. I asked my car (Mitsubishi) for this travel and sales associate asked to take Hyundai accent car to see the performance. I would have used my car (Mitsubishi) if you would have given my car key.
I would never acknowledged or signed the document, if it was told sale and for the loan period 72 months. As you were saying, I was asking for 12 months lease, how could I would be able to sign a loan for 72 months. I have informed very clearly the Sales associate about my period of stay in united states (will be around a year since I work in a non-immigrant visa).
Also I was never informed by the sales associate that loan was processed for the transaction.
I now, request you to dissolve this transaction since this transaction was made without my knowledge even though the document I have legally signed, since I was given wrong direction and misleaded by the sales associate.

There was absolutely no misleading of the consumer. He received total disclosure including the ability for the him to take the car off premises, investigate any part of the deal and confer with an associate, as was his wishes. The consumer knowingly signed numerous documents at the dealership that disclosed all of the conditions and never brought any of this up at the time of delivery.

We have taken steps to remove the customer from our database.

Rock Chevy has always been our go to for any repairs on our car. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the service department member, Jim. Jim would not return phone calls and forgot to pick me up after five requests for a returned phone call. Our paperwork even had the specified time to be picked up since they did not give us a courtesy car

I got dropped off so that I could buy a car for myself knowing my credit wasnt the greatest. I ran into a salesman by the name of Brad [redacted], and he was able to help me in my greatest hour of need for myself and my family.
He was able to get me a great, reliable car that I didnt think was possible.
