When I called for an appointment, they were booked up and the first appointment they had was a week out But, they offered two other businesses that may be able to help me faster I decided to keep my Rock Heating and A/C appointment since the problem was with one of my A/Cs and the other was still cooling fine They called and said they were running early and coordinated be to my home early, so showed up before the appointment time Both techs were dressed well, very polite and wore booties in the house to keep our floors clean They found the problem quickly, offered what they said needed to be fixed as well as a short list of optional services with prices It was easy to select what was necessary and what wasn't at the time I will use Rock Heating and A/C again
